President Trump brutally raped a former Miss Switzerland beauty pageant contestant at New York's Plaza Hotel in 1993 ... at least according to the accuser's account to Congress ... but Trump says it's all BS.

Beatrice Keul made the shocking claims in an interview with the House Judiciary Committee tasked with investigating Jeffrey Epstein's sex trafficking crimes.

Democrats on the committee recently released a report detailing all of Keul's allegations ... she claims Trump and Epstein preyed upon her and other vulnerable young women, ages 16 to 22, back in the day during the "Donald J. Trump American Dream Pageant," calling it a "hunting ground" for the two men.     

A Louisiana State University freshman was allegedly raped at gunpoint in an on-campus dormitory ... according to a report citing university police.

According to the New York Post -- citing an arrest warrant -- 21-year-old Ronald White was arrested and booked on felony rape and firearm charges.

The Post states cops received a call about an alleged rape that occurred at Spruce Hall ... an on-campus dormitory on the campus in Baton Rouge, LA.

The FBI is turning up the heat on former Congressman Eric Swalwell ... with federal agents raiding a Beverly Hills mansion as part of their ongoing investigation into sexual misconduct allegations against him.

According to Fox News ... FBI agents descended on the ritzy property Tuesday morning, marking the latest twist in the federal probe surrounding the disgraced California Democrat.

It's unclear what agents were looking for at the mansion or whether anything was seized during the search.

Paul Pierce claims he is "tapped out" financially while trying to keep up with his court-ordered support payments ... due to him no longer receiving income from Fox Sports ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Paul claims his last check from Fox Sports came in August. He said his average monthly income was $119K, but now it is zero. He said he earned around $23K last month from his partnership interests in other business ventures.

Paul said he pays around $28K in child support and another $20K in spousal support per month … but claims he only has $300K in the bank and $3 million in property.

A convicted murderer who escaped from a Tennessee prison is still on the run ... and with state and federal authorities launching a massive manhunt and offering a $2,500 reward, investigators believe the fugitive is still hiding out somewhere in the state -- at least for now, TMZ has learned.

The Tennessee Department of Correction issued a statement Monday, saying that inmate Jacob Allen Morley escaped through a fence at the Northwest Correctional Complex in Tiptonville Sunday night.

The DOC has also released surveillance video capturing the moment Morley stole a white 2008 Ford F-350 truck with Tennessee plates and a Lindamood Planting Company logo on the door. Morley allegedly took the vehicle from Lake County in the Tiptonville area early Tuesday. Officials also said they reviewed camera footage showing Morley giving them the slip in his prison uniform.

Dez Bryant's confrontation with police in Texas over the weekend is now coming into focus as a new video has emerged showing the NFL great throwing a teen's cell phone to the ground during a heated argument.

The California Post obtained the footage of Sunday's incident in the parking lot of a restaurant in Southlake, TX, and it shows Dez arguing with 19-year-old Noah Reyes and his friend.

In the video, Dez seems all fired up as he accuses Reyes of having a gun -- which Reyes denies -- and of recording Dez with a cell phone. Dez then goes off the rails, slapping the phone out of Reyes' hand and then picking it up and slamming it back down on the ground before allegedly assaulting the teen.

A mother of 4 in Florida allegedly left her children home alone so she could travel to Nevada for business ... and while she was gone, police say one of her kids got seriously injured ... and the mom's paying a BIG price.

The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office arrested the mother, Irene Miller, on four counts of child neglect without great bodily harm ... and on Friday she was booked in the Orange County Jail.

The sheriff's office released bodycam footage showing deputies escorting Miller off a plane and then placing her in handcuffs, before walking her to a police vehicle at an airport.

The singer-songwriter filed the copyright infringement suit against Trump 47 Committee ... claiming his song "Rockin' in the Free World" was played at the prez's Youngstown, Ohio, rally on October 12 without his permission.

While he specifically cites the Oct. 12 rally, Young claims Trump and his team have used the song "numerous times at other rallies designed to encourage Republican votes in the upcoming mid-term elections."

Jay-Z has officially been named the Super Bowl 61 halftime show performer.

The music mogul released a statement confirming the news. He said, "Thirty years of music, work, and culture on the world’s biggest stage. This run continues to be a dream come true.”

As TMZ first reported ... Justin Bieber and Harry Styles were being considered for the halftime show, but neither were interested in the gig.
