Flo Rida I'm No Deadbeat! I'm Paying $5k/Mo.

4/20/2017 2:16 PM PDT

Flo Rida is calling BS on the baby mama who claims he's a deadbeat dad, saying he already forks over a generous check every month ... and her lawsuit is nothing but a cash grab.

Sources close to Flo tell TMZ he's been making monthly payments of $5k to Alexis Adams to care for their 7-month-old son, and feels blindsided by her taking him to court. We're told Flo and Alexis both agreed on the amount, but he thinks she's being greedy by asking a judge to force him to pay more.

He says they were never a couple.

Alexis acknowledges she's been getting payments, but feels it isn't nearly enough to support herself and the baby -- considering his ailments, and the high cost of living in NYC. She claims she can't afford child care, so she can't leave the baby and go to work.

Our Alexis sources say she never agreed the $5k was a fair amount, but accepted it because she needed the money.

Flo Rida Sued by Baby Mama DNA Proves He's the Dad, But He Won't Pay

4/20/2017 12:40 AM PDT

Flo Rida has a 7-month-old baby boy in NYC, but he's not in the child's life and he's not paying support ... according to the baby mama who's now taking him to court.

Alexis Adams says in docs, obtained by TMZ, she and Flo hooked up in December 2015, and had relations into mid-January 2016. She says little Zohar Paxton was born in September.

We're told Alexis is saying the child has hydrocephalus, water on the brain, and she's struggling to cover medical expenses for his treatment.

According to the docs, Flo has yet to acknowledge he's the father ... despite the fact a paternity test in December 2016 showed a 99.99% chance the kid is his. Alexis included the test results in her filing.

She's asking the court to grant her child support. We've reached out to Flo Rida's camp, but no word back yet.

Mariah Carey Christmas in April?!

4/19/2017 7:53 AM PDT

All Mariah Carey needs is a Santa outfit, 'cause she's got the GIANT sack o' toys down pat ... even in April.

Mimi was out Tuesday with her twins putting a dent (small ding, really) in her pocket with a shopping spree at Tom's Toys in Bev Hills. Moroccan and Monroe get the fun ... mommy's bodyguards get the heavy lifting.

Mariah was in a giving mood -- a few hours later she was at Catch giving her manager, Stella Bulochnikov ... a $30k Louis Vuitton trunk!

Get this woman a Santa suit, stat! Low cut, of course.

Scottie Pippen & Larsa Moving Forward with Divorce ... But It's Friendly

4/18/2017 12:06 PM PDT

Scottie Pippen and Larsa have finally made a decision on the state of their marriage -- and will move forward with the divorce ... TMZ Sports has learned.

The good news ... the NBA legend and the former 'Real Housewives' star are on really good terms and have vowed to remain friends after the split.

We broke the story ... Scottie filed divorce docs back in October after 19 years of marriage. The two have 4 kids together.

But the two spent months trying to work things out and just last week they traveled to Universal Orlando Resort as a family.

In the end, the two sides decided it's just not working and the best move is to split. We're told both Scottie and Larsa have vowed to remain friends and co-parent their kids.

Of course, the couple had issues in the past -- but, as one source put it, "Couples argue. It never got physical."

The good news ... both should do well on the dating scene. Especially Larsa. See proof below.

Janet Jackson Estranged Husband a Hands-On Dad

4/17/2017 6:47 AM PDT

Janet Jackson's soon-to-be ex-husband, Wissam Al Mana, is a Qatari billionaire who could afford a nanny or 2, but he clearly prefers daddy duty.

Wissam took his and Janet's 3-month-old son, Eissa, to a London park for his bottle and a little fresh air. Gotta say, Wissam looks like a natural.

Wissam and Janet were married in 2012, but split in January, shortly after their baby was born. So far, no divorce papers have been filed, but it looks permanent ... a moving van carted Wissam's stuff away last week.

Looks like they're on track to some civil co-parenting.

Todd Marinovich LaVar Ball 'Makes Me Cringe'

4/17/2017 12:45 AM PDT

Todd Marinovich says he's concerned LaVar Ball is putting too much pressure on his son, Lonzo ... telling TMZ Sports, "I wish people would just step back and just let these kids have fun."

It's a subject the ex-USC and NFL QB knows very well -- Todd's father tried to groom his son into being the "perfect quarterback" from a very young age and was widely criticized about it over the years.

So, we had to ask Todd how he felt about LaVar -- and he told us straight-up, "I cringe a little bit at over-involvement."

As for LaVar, he's made it crystal clear he doesn't care about the criticism -- and won't change his ways.

Migos 'Bad and Boujee' is for Kids ... Coachella's Youngest Spits

4/16/2017 2:16 PM PDT

Migos had the masses rapping along with them at Coachella this weekend, and that includes kids too ... especially this little guy.

Here's footage of a little boy -- he can't be more than 6 or 7 -- propped up on his dad's shoulders ... and reciting Migos' "Bad and Boujee" ... almost word for word.

Looks like he knows the song pretty damn well, and he seems to enjoy it ... a lot. Giggin' like this usually means you're a bonafide fan.

Bet he doesn't know anything about "Versace" though ... it was before his time.

Boxer Dominic Breazeale Sues Deontay Wilder Over Post-Fight Brawl

4/13/2017 3:28 PM PDT

Heavyweight champ Deontay Wilder is being sued by another boxer over a post-fight melee back in February in which Wilder allegedly screamed out, "F*ck your kids."

The man behind the suit is fellow heavyweight fighter Dominic Breazeale -- who fought on the same card as Wilder in Birmingham, Alabama on Feb. 25.

After the boxing matches, Wilder and Breazeale got into it in the lobby of the Westin Hotel -- a violent incident Breazeale claims was started by Wilder and his camp.

In his suit, Breazeale says he was with his wife and kids (ages 5 and 8) when Deontay and his brother, Marcellus, attacked him out of nowhere ... throwing punches, spitting and cussing like crazy people.

Breazeale says his wife begged the Wilders to stop fighting in front of the children to which Deontay replied, "F*ck your kids."

Breazeale says not only was he assaulted and injured in the brawl -- but his kids are emotionally scarred by the incident.

Breazeale says his younger child is afraid for his father's life and repeatedly asked if Deontay and Marcellus are going to kill him.

He's also suing the hotel for not having proper security. We reached out to Wilder's camp for comment. So far, no word back.

LeBron James Opening School For At-Risk Kids ... In Hometown Akron

4/12/2017 6:21 AM PDT
Breaking News

LeBron James is continuing to give back to his hometown in a HUGE way ... this time, he's opening his own public school for at-risk kids in Akron.

LBJ and his Family Foundation announced the plans to open the I Promise School ... with the goal to open its doors to 3rd and 4th graders in the Fall of 2018, and expand to 1st - 8th graders by 2022.

The project will focus on youth in similar situations the Cavs superstar experienced growing up.

"This school is so important to me because our vision is to create a place for the kids in Akron who need it most -- those that could fall through the cracks if we don't do something," LeBron says.

This isn't LBJ's first venture into the educational system ... he partnered with the University of Akron to provide full scholarships to any student who graduates his I Promise program.

Khloe Kardashian Hell Yeah I'd Marry Tristan!!! ... No Pressure

4/11/2017 4:01 PM PDT
Breaking News

Khloe Kardashian says she's DEFINITELY down to marry Tristan Thompson ... even though he hasn't exactly proposed yet.

"I would love to have a family," Khloe told ES Magazine when asked about her relationship with the NBA star ... "We've talked about it."

When asked point-blank if she would accept a marriage proposal, Khloe responded, "Yes, I would."

There's more ... in the interview, which appears in the April 12 edition of the mag, Khloe was also asked about starting a family with Thompson.

"He [already] is a father, and I know for a fact that he would be an impeccable father. I definitely want to be a mom. But I don’t put the pressure on it. It’s not like, 'the clock is ticking.'"

Tristan has a 4-month-old son with another woman -- but clearly, that doesn't appear to be an issue for KK.

Stephen Belafonte Will Seek Visitation of Eddie Murphy's Daughter

4/11/2017 1:00 AM PDT

Stephen Belafonte not only wants joint custody of Madison, his 5-year-old daughter with Mel B, he also wants the legal right to maintain a relationship with the daughter Mel B had with Eddie Murphy ... TMZ has learned.

Mel B now wants sole custody of Madison, which sets up a custody fight. But now sources connected with Belafonte tell us he will ask a judge for visitation rights for 10-year-old Angel. Belafonte believes he's been the father in her life from birth ... he married Mel B 2 months after she was born.

Belafonte says Murphy has been a marginal presence in Angel's life, and he's been the stepdad. Under California law, a stepparent can get "reasonable visitation" if it's in the best interests of the child.

In a letter Belafonte's lawyer wrote to Mel B's lawyer on March 31, he staked his claim. The lawyer wrote, "Stephen would like to schedule a meeting as soon as possible to discuss the resolution of temporary issues including his ability to see Madison and Angel, whom we would appreciate continuing to have contact with."

We're told Belafonte's lawyers will raise the issue as the divorce proceeds, but under law he could not ask for stepfather visitation in his divorce response.

Our sources say Mel B will strongly oppose Belafonte's move to get visitation rights for Angel.
