Pregnancy rumors be damned, Beyonce wore a slew of form-fitting outfits during her tour stop in Milan last night.

Bey has thus far neither confirmed nor denied the rumors, only attacking the press with an Instagram post she quickly deleted. Multiple outlets say they have confirmed Mrs. Carter is pregnant with baby #2, and many point to the fact she canceled a show last week ... citing good ol' "dehydration and exhaustion."

When we asked yesterday, 81% of you said you thought Beyonce was preggers. After looking at these pics, we ask again ...

 

Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne took another step toward a possible reconciliation when the pair walked the red carpet at an event in Beverly Hills last night with their daughter Kelly.

As TMZ first reported, Sharon and Ozzy met for lunch earlier in the day. Our spies say that as the meal went along, the two got pretty cozy together.

The couple split last month and our sources say Sharon won't consider getting back together with Ozzy until he proves he is sober for good.

Diddy's former right-hand man -- the guy who worked closely with Danity Kane back in the "Making the Band 3" days -- says their careers were unfairly cut short, and he LOVES the idea of a reunion.

TMZ broke the story ... the all-girl band Diddy created -- then ripped apart -- is getting back together without his blessing.

Now Conrad Dimanche tells TMZ, "I think it's a great idea and the fans would love it." He added that, in his eyes, the group only broke up due to "senseless differences."

Dimanche was an Executive Producer and A&R man for Diddy for 10 years ... and says he's ready to work with Danity Kane again if they reach out to him.

As for DK's bad blood with Diddy ... Dimanche says, "I couldn't speak for him on his thoughts of the girls reuniting, but I will say it would make the most sense if he was involved."

Dimanche must be a glutton for punishment ... 'cause things didn't exactly end on an up note his last go-around with DK.

OJ Simpson is already planning life after jail -- despite the fact that his conviction has yet to be overturned -- and priority numero uno: a massive college speaking tour to line his pockets.

Simpson is gunning for a retrial in his 2007 armed robbery case, for which he's currently serving out a 33-year-sentence. If a new trial happens, and his conviction is overturned, Simpson's time behind bars could be drastically reduced.

With high hopes of getting out soon, Simpson reportedly told a source close to The NY Post that he plans to go on a nationwide college tour to make some cold, hard cash speaking about the Nicole Brown murder case.

OJ told the source, “I'm excited. I mean, they teach the 'Trial of the Century' in school, so who better to talk about it than me?”

According to the report, Simpson could make up to $1,000 per speech.

TMZ has learned Paris Hilton re-joined the celeb swatting club when someone called 911 pretending to be her, and told cops she was trapped in her bedroom with a gun to her head.

Multiple police cars rushed to Paris' L.A. mansion to search for intruders after the call came in last weekend -- but all they found were Paris' pooches chillin' by themselves.

This is deja vu all over again for Paris ... TMZ broke the story when cops responded to her house 2 months ago for a very similar call.

Sources tell us, Paris wasn't home for the latest incident, and was completely unaware until she got back and saw the LAPD cruisers lined up outside her house.

As we previously reported ... Justin Timberlake, Khloe Kardashian, Selena Gomez, Russell Brand, Ryan Seacrest, Miley Cyrus and Magic Johnson have all been swatted too. 

Heavy D's brother is seeking control of the late rapper's estate -- what's left of it -- via an old will that earmarks nothing for D's 13-year-old daughter, parents or other siblings ... according to documents obtained by TMZ.

Floyd Myers, D's brother and former business manager, filed docs in L.A. County Superior Court last week ... claiming Heavy wrote a will in '99 and lost it years ago ... but insists D gave him a copy.

Interestingly, the will Floyd wants the court to honor specifies that all of Heavy's assets should go to Floyd (keep in mind, Heavy apparently signed off on that will BEFORE his daughter was born).

So what's left of Heavy's estate? The rapper only had $320,000 in listed assets (but there could be more $$$ in future royalties and other bank accounts that haven't been discovered yet). 

But Floyd's lawyer tells TMZ ... it's all good with D's extended family ... the filing is a formality to clear title on a condo the brothers co-owned so Floyd can sell it. We reached out to several immediate family members ... no one's gotten back.

HD died in November 2011 from a pulmonary embolism at age 44 ... as TMZ first reported.

'90s TV actress Carlton Gebbia has high hopes for her upcoming stint on "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" ... telling friends she hopes to ditch the TV cat fights and empower women instead. Goooood luck.

Sources tell us ... Carlton, who guest starred on shows like "The Young and the Restless" and "Suddenly Susan" back in the day, is definitely joining the cast for season 4. Bravo has yet to confirm it, but our sources tell us it's happening.

Plus, we got Carlton out in L.A. recently and she all but said, "Yes, I'm on the show." Instead she talked about what she WOULD do IF she were on it. Yeah.

The addition should be interesting ... our sources tell us, Carlton's made it clear -- she's "sick of the silly s**t women do" on "Real Housewives" and wants to portray her sex as beautiful, strong and powerful, i.e., no table flipping.

The Mighty Morphin Power Rangers reunion was BOTCHED … producers offered insulting money for a lame cameo and were impersonal JERKS about the whole thing … so says Karan Ashley, the 2nd yellow ranger -- who’s also declining to attend.

Ashley ranted for 45 minutes Thursday on the audio blog Uncensored Radio about how poorly the 20-year reunion effort was handled. Her chief beef ... participating would burn 5 days from her schedule ... but she claims producers only offered to pay for 2.

“I’m not trying to help someone make another billion dollars,” she says, “and you’re not even going to pay me for my time? It’s disrespectful. It’s just wrong.”

As TMZ previously reported … original Blue Power Ranger David Yost says he declined because producers harassed him for being gay … and original Black Power Ranger Walter Jones followed suit in support of his friend.

Ashley says a couple of those producers are still there ... and their outreach was pathetic. Instead of inviting all 10 ranger actors personally, she says, producers sent a typo-infested mass email -- offering nothing more than a cameo -- then didn’t respond for WEEKS to those who expressed interest.

What’s WORSE … Ashley says producers later UNINVITED certain cast members who were excited to take part, citing “budgetary reasons.”

In what appears to be their first public out since they split last month, Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne had lunch together today in Beverly Hills ... TMZ has learned.

According to our sources, the two dined at the Polo Lounge at the Beverly Hills Hotel. We're told Ozzy arrived first, accompanied by another man, and Sharon arrived a short time later.

The three dined at a booth inside, with our sources saying Sharon and Ozzy did not appear "romantic" ... rather more like a business lunch ... but the two were definitely talking.

As TMZ first reported, Sharon has been telling friends she would not consider getting back together with Ozzy until he proves he's sober for good this time. Last month, Ozzy wrote on Facebook that he had been sober since early March ... so if he has stayed clean, he'd be about 2.5 months sober now.

Time will tell if that's proof enough for Sharon that Ozzy has changed his ways.


UPDATE 2:20 PM PT -- One source tells us that by the end of the lunch, Ozzy and Sharon were "cozying up together in the booth."

The Neverland housekeeper who graphically described seeing Wade Robson naked in a shower with Michael Jackson ... will play a huge role in whether Robson wins a cent from MJ's Estate in his new civil lawsuit, TMZ has learned.

Sources close to the case tell us Wade's lawyers are dissecting Blanca Francia's testimony during Jackson's 2005 molestation trial.

During the trial, Francia -- who worked at Neverland in the late '80s -- testified she witnessed Jackson showering naked with a 7 or 8-year-old Wade.

We obtained a transcript of the testimony in which Francia describes seeing Michael's underwear on the floor outside the shower, as well as Wade's child-sized neon green underwear.

She said she couldn't see what Michael was doing exactly because the shower door was fogged up, but said she heard him laughing.

Ultimately, Francia's testimony wasn't enough to sway the jury -- MJ was acquitted -- partly because Wade himself also testified, but insisted Michael never touched him.

TMZ broke the story ... Wade is planning to argue that MJ's companies -- MJJ Productions and MJJ Ventures -- had a duty to protect him because they were involved in recruiting him from Australia to work with Michael.

According to sources, Wade wants to use Blanca's testimony to show Michael abused him as a child. We're told Wade's lawyers are also trying to contact her to see if she will cooperate in the new case.
