A woozy L.A. Dodgers first baseman James Loney smashed into several cars on an L.A. freeway last November ... before waking up, trying to flee the scene ... and crashing again -- this according to a newly released 911 tape.
The caller -- who owns one of the cars Loney hit in his silver Maserati -- describes the entire incident in suspenseful detail ... WHILE IT'S HAPPENING.
When the person on the phone makes the call, she says Loney is "'completely passed out in the front seat" after colliding with several cars -- but Loney wakes up before she ends the call, and tries to take off.
The caller freaks out -- screaming, "Oh my god! Oh my god! He tried to leave the scene ... He woke up, and he slammed on the gas and took off across all the lanes on the freeway."
The caller says Loney quickly hit another car and ended up on the other side of the highway with a broken axle. You gotta hear the clip.
As we first reported, cops handcuffed Loney on the scene and transported him to a nearby hospital for evaluation, where he was later arrested on suspicion of DUI. Cops say they obtained a blood sample to test for drugs -- but it came back negative.
The L.A. City Attorney has since rejected the case due to insufficient evidence. Loney's rep had no comment.
No good deed goes unpunished -- at least according to Flo Rida's lawyer, who claims the so-called ex-assistant that's suing the rapper is an ungrateful freeloader who took advantage of his generosity.
TMZ broke the story ... some woman named Mahogany Miller filed a lawsuit against Flo Rida, claiming the rapper worked her to the bone last summer for a paltry $3.08 an hour. Miller claims she confronted Flo over the low wages, and he fired her.
But Flo's lawyer Sandy Becher claims she's delusional -- telling us, the girl was never officially hired as an employee in Flo's office ... she was an unpaid volunteer, who begged to work for him as a first step in the music biz.
According to the lawyer, she was unqualified for an official position, so Flo took her under his wing as an intern-type worker -- occasionally paying for her lunches or gas money, but nothing was ever guaranteed.
What's more -- Flo's lawyer says the rapper didn't fire Miller because she asked for money ... he fired her because her "behavior was inappropriate for the workplace environment." He wouldn't specify why.
Flo tells us, "This is ridiculous that I gave someone an opportunity out of the goodness of my heart and now sadly I am being falsely targeted."
There have been multiple reports by various outlets Demi Moore is getting treatment at the famous Cirque Lodge in Orem, Utah.
TMZ has confirmed with multiple sources familiar with the situation that Demi Moore is not at Cirque Lodge.
Moore has not been seen out in public ever since her whip-it induced medical emergency on January 23.
As TMZ previously reported, Moore had been partying with her daughter Rumer in Los Angeles ... and had to be hospitalized. Her rep later said she was being treated for stress and exhaustion.

TMZ broke the story ... Merriman was charged with two counts of DUI last month after his boozy November arrest in Newport Beach. The actor pled no contest today to driving with a blood alcohol level of .08 or more, and the remaining DUI count was dismissed.
Showing no mercy, the judge sentenced Merriman to an accelerated alcohol program -- and 3 years informal, unsupervised probation.
Merriman also has to pay $390 plus fees. THE HORROR.

A sad old man in Miami just couldn't take a heavy dose of Bieber fever last night -- demanding police arrest an adorable young group of Bieber fans for disturbing the peace outside his business -- and shocker ... the cops told him to pound sand.
The old man's the owner of a Miami recording studio called the Hit Factory -- and the girls were camped outside creating a ruckus, expecting Justin to show up for a recording session ... as he did earlier that week, during the infamous shirtless skateboarding bonanza.
But last night, the owner was afraid of another crazy Bieber-obsessed mob ... and in a hilarious overreaction, he called the cops and demanded all the young girls be arrested ... claiming they had already caused $10,000 in damage earlier in the week.
The girls pled their case, trying to explain why it was absolutely imperative they be allowed to stay -- as one explained, "[Justin is] amazing! He's everything!" Another added, "I touched his hand! He smells like cotton candy!!!" All good points.
The cop acquiesced -- instructing the girls to keep out of the street and stay quiet.
Promising to be good, another girl replied, "We're not gonna scream. We're gonna scream low."

Pilar Sanders called cops to Deion's gargantuan Texas mansion yesterday ... claiming she was ATTACKED by one of Deion's female friends ... while the NFL legend stood by and watched.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, Pilar told officers a woman named Laura arrived to the mansion to see Deion ... but Pilar told Laura she was not welcome in the home and asked her to leave.
We're told Laura refused ... and after some words were exchanged, Laura threw an object at Pilar ... striking her in the eye.
Pilar grabbed her phone and called 911 ... and told police Deion was present during the altercation, but didn't do ANYTHING to diffuse the situation.
Cops tell TMZ ... no arrests were made and the situation is under investigation.
Pilar's lawyer tells TMZ, "Pilar was taken to the hospital emergency room as a result of the injuries she sustained during the assault."
The lawyer adds, "This is an opportunity for Deion to use his 'Century-21 celebrity status' to set an example as to how to lovingly care for his wife and children during divorce proceedings."
10:05 AM PST -- Deion Sanders has broken his silence on Twitter ... saying, "My AUNT Laura Jones was at my home fixing my phone system and was attacked. We have proof. We apologize for these weekly ignorant lies! TRUTH."
He added, "Enough is Enough we're so tired and exhausted from the lies and foolishness. My kids are being affected weekly with these false allegations."

Sources tell us ... Kris and his lawyer, Lee Hutton, want to "expose the M.O. of reality TV" by proving Kim had no intention of staying married to him, but just wanted big ratings for her reality show.
Now here's the irony. The duo wants to prove their point by asking the judge to allow TMZ and TV stations to broadcast the trial -- something that the judge might find a tad hypocritical ... not that we're complaining.
