The filings say Reynolds snapped, calling Baldoni out directly... and the whole exchange turned emotional fast. Baldoni apologized, got visibly upset and even broke down -- all while Taylor and Jackman were present as the drama unfolded.

Trump, in his first live remarks since the shooting, said, "Sarah Beckstrom of West Virginia, highly respected, young, magnificent person... she’s just passed away. She’s no longer with us." Beckstrom was only 20 years old.

The plane rolled back to the ramp, where police stormed on board and hauled Heertum off. Cops say their preliminary investigation points to a mental health episode -- claiming he genuinely thought he saw a weapon and spiraled into panic.
