It appears CBS is taking another look at David Del Rio and his sexual assault allegation leveled against him by his "Matlock" costar ... because TMZ has learned the studio has reopened its investigation.

TMZ broke the news ... Del Rio was booted from the hit show after the actor had been accused of sexually assaulting actress Leah Lewis on Paramount property back in October.

Now, multiple sources close to David tell TMZ ... the investigation was reopened prior to Thanksgiving ... and more parties have been interviewed, including David himself alongside his high-powered attorney, Shawn Holley.

Kelly Osbourne isn't backing down to social media trolls commenting on her appearance since her dad died. She's got 3 words for them ... "go f*** yourself."

The British singer and actress delivered the apropos message in a now-deleted Instagram story. She outed some of her followers for writing things like, "Are you ill?" or "Get off Ozempic" or "You don't look right" in response to her appearance.

But Kelly has been in the public eye since she was a teenager, and she says it's unfair for people online -- some of whom she says are "grown-ass women" who "look like they have weight struggles of their own" -- to compare her 41-year-old body to the one she had at 18.

Andy Dick is getting real about his frightening drug overdose ... telling us he smoked crack cocaine because he doesn't "mind doing a little crack every now and then."

The troubled comedian invited a TMZ photographer into his L.A. home Wednesday to chat about his brush with death on a Hollywood street the day before.

As everyone knows, Andy was caught on video slumped over on cement stairs outside a building in Hollywood as two friends rushed to his aid to bring him back from the brink. One of the men is seen screaming at Andy to "wake up" while the other administers a shot of Narcan -- a life-saving medication used to reverse the effects of opioid overdoses.

Andy kicked off Wednesday's interview by telling our cameraman he's now "100 percent fine." Then he changed his answer to "110 percent," while flanked on either side by his buddies -- both of whom were featured in the overdose video.

7:25 PM PT -- According to court records, Sherrone Moore is currently in custody at the Washtenaw County Jail in Michigan.

Pittsfield PD tells TMZ Sports they responded to a home to investigate an alleged assault at around 4 PM. While they did not provide details about what occurred, they did state "the incident does not appear random in nature."

The Sherrone Moore firing just took a turn -- the former Michigan Wolverines football coach was detained by cops shortly after the school announced his termination.

The rumors are running wild on social media ... but as of right now, the only thing cops will say is the 39-year-old coach was located and detained by police in Saline, Michigan on Wednesday.

During an interview on his Sirius XM show, Howard Stern joked Hugh Jackman is so handsome, he'd be willing to give him a hand and then some ... saying he would go to third base for the actor.

The indecent proposal followed minutes after Howard fawning over how well Hugh has aged -- and that he's aged naturally, he pointed out.

Howard admitted to the "Wolverine" star, "At my best, I didn't look as good as you."

Conservative commentator Tim Pool says someone opened fire on his West Virginia home last week ... but, we've spoken to police, and they say they can't corroborate his story.

Here's the deal ... on Saturday, Pool wrote on X that a vehicle approached his house the previous evening and opened fire ... though he adds no one was injured in the alleged shooting.

Pool said his security was looking into the incident and would relay information to the proper authorities in due course ... before later posting, "My immediate thoughts is someone was trying to scare us. But we have a security gate and armed guards and its possible this deterred something more serious."

There's trouble in the grand jury room where witnesses are testifying about the circumstances surrounding Celeste Rivas' death ... because at least one witness is so uncooperative she's about to be arrested ... TMZ has learned.

Here's the way it went down ... Beth Silverman, the deputy D.A. presenting the case in Los Angeles, came out into the hallway Wednesday afternoon and approached attorney Evan Jenness. She represents Robert Morgenroth, who manages singer D4vd.

Silverman told Jenness she was going to have the judge issue a "body attachment" ... to force a female witness to testify before the grand jury. It appears the female witness was a no-show, and a visibly frustrated Silverman said she would have authorities take the female witness into custody and bring her to the courtroom.

We do not know who the female witness is, but it's interesting she's represented by the same lawyer as Morgenroth, who spent around 3 days testifying before the grand jury.

Colorado congresswoman Lauren Boebert was looking to have a fun night out with her staff at George Santos' holiday party in D.C. ... but the vibe shifted quickly when her aides got bounced at the door.

Check out the vid ... Boebert and her crew pulled up to the swanky soirée -- dubbed "Santos Claus" -- on Tuesday night, and she seems shocked when several of her staffers were blocked from entering.

Boebert tries working her charm on the gatekeeper -- Vish Burra -- while the staffers are seen awkwardly hovering behind her.

Sherrone Moore is out of the job at Michigan ... after the university announced he was fired for having an "inappropriate relationship with a staff member."

The school confirmed the firing to TMZ Sports on Wednesday ...  stating an investigation found "credible evidence" that Moore broke the rules with a fellow employee.

"U-M head football coach Sherrone Moore has been terminated, with cause, effective immediately," the school said.

"This conduct constitutes a clear violation of University policy, and U-M maintains zero tolerance for such behavior."

Apparently, Dynzell Sigers would rather die than be a short king ... because the Georgia man went through months of pain and therapy to have his limbs dramatically lengthened to be taller.

Sigers stopped by "TMZ Live" Wednesday, and he revealed the procedure's possible side effects include death. Check out the video ... he talks about doctors breaking bones in the leg and inserting a rod to connect the broken pieces. Over time the rod is stretched, which also stretches the bone. Dynzell said each procedure requires at least 3 months of recovery.

Back in 2022, he was a young Navy medic who got rejected by a woman -- for standing 5 feet 5 inches tall. Fast-forward to 2025, and he's now a 6' 1" internet sensation after adding 8 inches to his frame with 2 risky procedures.

Popular Australian food influencer Stacey Hatfield died from postpartum hemorrhaging ... according to testimony given in court Wednesday.

The influencer's cause of death was revealed during a court hearing looking into the circumstances of Hatfield's death, according to the Australian Broadcasting Company. Hatfield was with her husband, Nathan Warnecke, and a "birth support worker" when she gave birth to her son in September.

Despite the successful delivery of the baby -- the child survived -- Hatfield's condition declined and an ambulance was called.

Jeff Garcia -- the beloved voice actor who appeared on many popular 2000s shows -- has died ... TMZ has learned.

Multiple family members tell TMZ ... the comedian and actor was pronounced dead early Wednesday morning after he was taken off life support Tuesday night at a Southern California hospital while surrounded by family and friends.

We're told Jeff was dealing with multiple medical complications in the months before his death ... suffering a brain aneurysm back in the spring, during which he fell and hit his head. He recovered from the aneurysm, but our sources say he suffered a stroke several weeks ago.

Our sources say Jeff canceled multiple shows recently because he wasn't feeling well ... which wasn't like him at all, but he didn't go to the hospital, believing he'd be fine without treatment.

Health isn't the only reason Jelly Roll knew he had to lose weight ... in an interview with Joe Rogan, the rapper said his size made it nearly impossible to get it up for his wife.

The artist used to tip the scale at more than 500 pounds, before his drastic slim-down, and on the latest episode of "The Joe Rogan Experience," Jelly Roll admitted ... "I couldn't even get aroused I was so big."

And don't think for a second his wife, Bunnie XO, had anything to do with it.

Jelly Roll bragged, "Dude, I married a big-tittied, blonde, beautiful woman."
