President Trump’s oldest grandchild, Kai Trump, is getting exactly what she pleaded for in court -- protection from an alleged stalker, who's been ordered to stay away from her ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ obtained the petition 19-year-old Kai filed in Palm Beach County Court, against a 26-year-old man named Gabriel Garza Jr.

A judge granted Kai -- Don Jr. and Vanessa Trump's first born -- a temporary restraining order in April, which restricts Gabriel from stalking, cyberstalking, or committing any criminal offense resulting in physical injury or death.

Kyle Busch's medical emergency has been partially revealed by 911 audio obtained by TMZ Sports ... with a caller saying the NASCAR superstar was struggling to breathe, overheating and coughing up blood before medics rushed to help.

During the emergency call placed around 5:30 PM Wednesday, the caller urgently requests an ambulance to a training facility in Concord, North Carolina ... telling dispatch, "I've got an individual that's shortness of breath, very hot, thinks he's going to pass out, and he's producing a little bit of blood, coughing up some blood."

The caller also confirmed the patient was still conscious at the time ... repeatedly telling dispatch, “He is awake. He's awake. He's awake.”

Gabbie Gonzalez is out of custody after posting $2 million bail ... TMZ has learned.

The influencer -- who was arrested and charged with conspiracy to commit murder -- was released from custody Friday just after 4 PM PT.

The judge set a series of conditions for Gabbie's release during her arraignment on Thursday on top of the $2 million ... including mandated GPS monitoring, an order to stay away from her daughter and the child's father, Jack Avery, and an order not to post about the criminal case on social media.

Jeffrey Epstein's longtime employee has accused the former mayor of Miami Beach of sexual assault ... according to a new report.

The Miami Herald reports Sarah Kellen -- Epstein's personal assistant for many years -- allegedly told the House Oversight Committee that ex-mayor Philip Levine, fashion photographer Patrick Demarchelier, and hairstylist Frédéric Fekkai sexually assaulted her.

The Herald cites multiple anonymous people who were in the committee hearing during Kellen's testimony.
