Published | Updated

Newly surfaced video appears to show Tom Sandoval shoving ex-girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson's dad, Will Robinson, into a lit fire pit during a heated confrontation.

In video, obtained by TMZ, from the June 3 confrontation at the center of Tom's restraining order filing, Tom and Victoria appear to be seen screaming at each other before Tom rushes toward Victoria, seemingly to try to grab a recording device from her hands.

Will then seemingly grabs Tom around the waist in an apparent effort to pull him away from his daughter. Tom appears to shove Will backward, sending him crashing ass-first into the lit fire pit before colliding with Victoria. Will quickly gets back to his feet and allegedly chases Tom into the house, while Victoria remains on the ground outside, seemingly holding her head after her father falls into her.

A Utah judge is apparently pissed that prosecutors in Tyler Robinson's murder trial blabbed to the press in violation of a gag order ... but the death penalty is still on the table.

Utah Judge Tony Graf found prosecutor Christopher Ballard in civil contempt for talking to the media about evidence in the case ... namely, conflicting information about whether the bullet matched the rifle Robinson allegedly used to shoot and kill Charlie Kirk.

As you know, Robinson's lawyers previously filed docs claiming the ballistics didn't add up … which sparked online theories about whether Robinson's gun fired the fatal shot ... and prompted prosecutors to try to clarify the forensics to the media.

Bryce Harper I Didn't Flip D.C. Fans The Bird ... That Was My Ring Finger!!!

Published

There isn't any love between Bryce Harper and the Nationals fanbase, but the 2x N.L. MVP says he did NOT give them the middle finger, despite what the video appeared to show!

The 33-year-old MLB star was back at his old stomping grounds Thursday night and was welcomed with "F*** Bryce Harper" chants.

The home team jumped out to a 5-0 lead, but the Phillies came storming back ... and the game was tied when Harper stepped to the plate in the top of the 9th inning, and stunned the hostile crowd.

Bryce put a charge into a 1-0 pitch, sending it the other way over the left field fence, putting the Phillies up 7-5.

As he rounded first base, Harper seemed to flip off the Nationals faithful ... but it turns out it wasn't what it appeared.

"Ring finger, though, just want to make sure that's out there," Bryce told media from the visitors' clubhouse, making it clear it wasn't his middle finger.

If you really look at the images, he wasn't lyin' ... it's his ring finger.

The purpose of the taunt isn't clear.

Bryce hasn't won a World Series ... but the Nationals did without him in 2019, the season after he left for Philadelphia, where he signed a $330 million contract.

Harper says he was perplexed by the treatment he received from the fans throughout the series, after all he did in D.C.

“It's all part of it. It’s weird coming from a fanbase, obviously, that I sweated for, for seven years, but there’s a lot of people around here that enjoy me. So it’s all part of it. It’s all fun.”

Harper got the last laugh -- his Phillies won, 7-5.

Brad Pitt Stoli Head May Need Liquid Courage ... In Winery Legal Battle!!!

Published

Brad Pitt scored another legal victory ... because an appeals court just ruled the head of the Stoli Group isn't allowed to walk away from a lawsuit involving Brad and Angelina Jolie.

Here's the deal ... documents filed earlier this week reversed a decision made by a lower court in which Yuri Shefler -- the head of the alcohol and spirits conglomerate -- would not be dragged into the winery case that's still raging between Brad and Angelina after Shefler claimed he had very little direct involvement in his company purchasing Angelina's stake in Château Miraval.

The court decided it "defies credulity that Shefler, a sophisticated businessman, would risk almost $40 million on a transaction about which he knew nothing and with which he had no involvement." As such, the court ruled that Shefler couldn't get out of the case on jurisdictional grounds.
