NFL star Tyreek Hill claims his mother-in-law has had enough time to recover from a stroke … and he wants her to turn over communications with her daughter ASAP amid their ongoing legal war.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Tyreek is asking a judge to intervene in his legal dispute with his estranged wife Keeta Vaccaro's mom, Alesia Vaccaro.

Tyreek claims he asked Alesia to turn over communications with her daughter, call records, and other docs. The court ordered Alesia to turn over the material in early June ... but Tyreek agreed to give her a two-week extension.

Gruesome photos showing Celeste Rivas' dismembered and decomposing remains are so tough to look at, folks started pouring out of the courtroom after they were shown in court during D4vd's preliminary hearing.

During Friday's hearing, medical examiner Dr. Grant Ho -- who examined the young girl's body -- returned to the stand to describe incredibly graphic images presented by the prosecution.

At one point, Deputy District Attorney Beth Silverman showed photos of Celeste's two amputated fingers ... eliciting gasps and shrieks from inside the courtroom.

The dispatcher asks for membership information, which the boat's operator doesn't seem to have or know ... before he gives the dispatcher GPS coordinates.

Here's the deal ... earlier this month, McCann's attorney, Edward Andrew Paltzik, sent a letter to a woman named Lisa Durden after she posted repeatedly on X about Ashlee's death ... repeating false claims that Joe killed her in Tanzania.

In the letter, obtained by TMZ, McCann's team included some of Durden's posts ... one of which read, in part, "Her fiancé sus as hell. He beat the s*** out of #AshleeJenae in the hotel while they were on vacation."

Ex-NFL star Marcellus Wiley's estranged wife, Annemarie Wiley, claims he violated a court order by coming within a few yards of her at an event they both attended … TMZ has learned. 

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Annemarie claims Marcellus came to their son's tournament on July 8, despite being served with paperwork for a temporary restraining order. The former 'RHOBH' star claims Marcellus came within 15 to 20 feet of her.

Annemarie took photos of Marcellus at the event and submitted them as evidence. She said he also called her, which is against the court order.

Chuck Russell -- the director behind 1994's "The Mask" and other massive films -- is dead ... TMZ has learned.

Russell -- born Charles Raymond Russell -- died unexpectedly at his San Diego-area home Wednesday, his family tells TMZ.

We've also learned the local fire department responded to his home Wednesday afternoon following a report of a medical emergency involving an unconscious male.

The cause of death remains unknown and we're told his family is currently flying to California to get some answers.

10:09 AM PT -- TMZ obtained audio from an emergency call where one of Nolan's friends claimed their boat was sinking ... and they sounded panicked.

The viral photo suggesting Nolan Wells made it back to mainland Mississippi on the Fourth of July was actually snapped a week prior ... at least according to his best friend.

Warren Hudson sets the record straight on the viral photo in his interview on "The Officer Tatum Show" ... saying the photo showing Nolan in a pool with a large group of people was taken exactly one week earlier on June 27.

The photo was posted on social media on July 5 ... after Nolan was reported missing ... and before his body washed up on Horn Island, near where he was last seen alive.

Warren says the pool party went down at a friend's house in Pass Christian.

LeBron James has made his decision -- he's joining the Philadelphia 76ers.

The announcement came down on Friday via X ... with James explaining why he's going to the City of Brotherly Love after initially contemplating retirement.

"I thought I was done when the season ended. I wasn't ready to announce it, and I knew I needed some time to really decide, but I was pretty sure I played my last game," James said seconds ago. "I was honest at that last press conference when I said I needed to look at myself and deicide if I still love this game. I still truly love this game, and I have more to give."

A shirtless man was atop a bridge in Los Angeles with cops and firefighters surrounding the area ... and we've got video of the bizarre scene.

It went down at the Sixth Street Viaduct in Downtown Los Angeles ... a landmark film buffs may recognize from iconic movies like "Grease" and "Terminator 2: Judgment Day."

At one point, it appeared the man lit his shirt on fire while law enforcement continued to surround him on the ground below.

For those thinking this individual might come down once he gets bored, we're not convinced ... because it seems he brought paper up onto the bridge with him -- and he's making and throwing paper airplanes off the top of the structure to entertain himself.

New stations carrying the situation live, moved on to other programming ... so as far as we know right now, the dude is still up there.

It sure seems like LeBron James was going to sign with the Philadelphia 76ers all along ... 'cause the King's comments from last week are resurfacing on Friday -- and it couldn't have been more obvious.

James made a number of podcast appearances during Fanatics Fest in NYC ... and during a live episode of "Mind The Game," his guest co-host Tyrese Haliburton had an interesting way to ask a question about his career.

"What are you going on, year 76??" Hali asked. The four-time champion joked it was more like year 79 ... and the two continued with the chat. Chances are Haliburton was in the know prior to taking the stage, as James even admitted they addressed the topic beforehand.
