Gabrielle Cheyenne -- the woman who Usher kicked off stage after she wasn't feeling his steamy serenade -- has a confession ... she was at the show for Chris Brown ... and her reaction would have been totally different if Breezy brought her on stage.

Gabrielle joined us on "TMZ Live" Monday and we asked her why she wasn't feeling Usher.

Usher and Chris are touring together, and Gabrielle says she's more loyal to Breezy than Usher ... so much so, her reaction would have been way different if it was Chris who called her up on stage.

The Kardashian-Jenner family came together to celebrate the life of its late matriarch, Mary Jo, better known as MJ ... turning what would have been her 92nd birthday into a heartfelt family gathering.

Kris Jenner and the crew took over the bar at La Valencia Hotel in San Diego's swanky La Jolla neighborhood -- one of the family's longtime favorite spots -- Sunday for an intimate three-hour Celebration of Life.

Ahead of the service, Kendall Jenner and Jacob Elordi were spotted boarding a private jet to San Diego alongside Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet.

The couples reportedly attended, though they weren't seen leaving the event with the rest of the family.

Devin Booker scores big both on and off the court ... and now it looks like the NBA star is hooking up with Irina Shayk.

Devin and Irina are the focus of romance rumors after gossip account Deuxmoi posted about multiple supposed sightings of them out and about together.

The first -- shared Sunday -- shows a man who looks like Devin leaving Tutto Caffe in East Hampton, New York.

The tipster claims it's the NBA star ... writing that he was there with Irina. According to DM, "several sources" saw the model hanging in the Hamptons with Devin.

The family of slain University of Idaho student Kaylee Goncalves is speaking out after her alleged murderer requested to withdraw his guilty plea ... and they're incensed.

In a statement, the Goncalves family called Bryan Kohberger "the mosquito you just can’t seem to swat."

Kaylee's family recalled how Kohberger pleaded guilty to the murders of Kaylee, Madison Mogen, Xana Kernodle and Ethan Chapin ... saying, "He never cried foul, never claimed he was uninformed or pressured, and never suggested there were problems with the discovery materials he and his counsel had reviewed for two years that should have been challenged. He admitted his guilt."

2:02 PM PT -- D4vd's preliminary hearing is over after five days of testimony ... with the judge ordering the murder case of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas to proceed to trial.

Celeste Rivas threatened to kill D4vd just one day before prosecutors say he murdered her ... erupting over his friendship with former pal Aysia Collins, according to explosive texts revealed in court Monday.

The messages show Celeste grilling D4vd about why he wanted to remain friends with Aysia and becoming furious after learning that Aysia had been at his Hollywood Hills home.

"Oh my f***ing God, I swear to God, I’ll kill u," Celeste wrote, according to testimony from D4vd's preliminary hearing. She also threatened to strangle D4vd, tell lies to her father about him, mutilate his penis, and "end" his career and life.

Mitch McConnell dropped his second proof-of-life photo Monday, and his doctor put out a statement about the Senator's health ... but when a photog asked the doc about McConnell, he feigned ignorance.

Dr. Brian Monahan, attending physician of the U.S. Congress and Supreme Court, had just gotten his lunch on Monday when a photog peppered him with questions about McConnell ... and the doc refused to say anything of substance.

Dr. Monahan claimed he had "no information" about McConnell ... even though his office put out a long statement Monday discussing McConnell's slow recovery from a June fall at his home.

The doc didn't know much more about his Subway sandwich -- he had no clue what kind of cold cuts he was being served -- and the photog rightfully gave him grief about his fast food choice.

Kyle Shanahan survived a horrific car wreck earlier this month, and now we're learning just how close the 49ers head coach was to suffering a permanent, life-altering injury, according to his close friend.

Shanahan's close buddy, Chris Simms, revealed some unknown details about the crash and Kyle's injuries during "PFT Live" on Monday, and it's scary stuff.

"All of the sudden one day I get a text from Kyle's wife, Mandy," Simms recounted, "And it's like, ‘Oh no, Kyle’s been a part of some horrible accident.’ And she sent us some pictures right off the bat, and it was like, ‘Oh my gosh.’"

D4vd could claim he killed Celeste Rivas in self-defense if, as expected, his murder case goes to trial, or he could claim she killed herself ... at least based on some texts she sent him shortly before her death.

According to text messages read in court Monday during D4vd's preliminary hearing, Celeste threatened to kill and strangle D4vd the day before prosecutors say he lured Celeste to his Hollywood Hills home and murdered her.

As TMZ reported ... Celeste repeatedly threatened D4vd during a furious exchange over his friendship with Aysia Collins, vowing to mutilate his penis and destroy his life and career. His defense also highlighted messages suggesting Celeste talked about killing herself.

That could leave D4vd's defense team with two potential lanes at trial -- argue Celeste took her own life or, if he did kill her, claim he acted in self-defense.

Savannah Guthrie is taking to social media to once again plead with person who abducted her 84-year-old mom, Nancy ... asking the kidnapper to do the right thing and bring Nancy home.

The "TODAY" host just posted a heartfelt message to Instagram, kicking things off by saying it's been months since her mom's abduction and her family is in agony and living in a never-ending nightmare because their situation is unchanged.

As everyone knows, Nancy, who was in poor health when she was abducted, has been missing for nearly 7 months and the kidnapper has yet to be indentified.

3:25 PM PT -- Lindsay Clancy's ex-husband Patrick Clancy took the stand after opening statements ... and as expected, he defended her. Patrick testified she fell into a shame spiral after the birth of their third child ... and threatened both suicide and harm to the children while on several prescribed medications by at least three different providers.

She also spent several days in psychiatric hospitals in late 2022 and early 2023 because she was still having thoughts of suicide, Patrick said. His testimony is expected to continue throughout the week.

The murder trial for Lindsay Clancy began Monday morning with opening statements ... in a horrific case of the Massachusetts mother accused of murdering her three young children.

Clancy is accused of strangling Cora, 5, Dawson, 3, and 8-month-old Callan with elastic workout bands at her Duxbury home -- before she tried to kill herself.

Lindsay's lawyers are expected to make a case for insanity, intending to argue the mom was experiencing postpartum psychosis when she allegedly brutally killed her kids.

11:13 AM PT -- Evidence apparently shows Nolan Wells was still on Horn Island when his friends' boat left ... TMZ has learned.

Nolan Wells' friends sound like they thought he was dead during their frantic call for help as their boat was sinking off Horn Island ... at least according to some people's interpretation of background audio from the emergency call.

TMZ enhanced the audio ... and it sounds like someone in the background might be saying, "Is he dead?" You can hear the moment 12 seconds into the audio above.

Some folks online also swear they hear someone saying "Nolan" ... right before you can clearly hear someone say, "Oh my God."

In other parts of the call it seems like someone might've said ... "Check his chest" and "wake up." You can clearly hear the caller yell, "shut the f*** up."

Celeste Rivas' family knew she was hanging out with D4vd before she was found dead in his car ... and in some cases, signed off on her traveling with him on tour and overseas, despite initially saying they didn't know him ... at least according to his defense team.

D4vd's attorneys presented evidence Monday -- during the fifth day of his preliminary hearing -- suggesting the family knew something was going on between Celeste and D4vd and did nothing to stop it.

Celeste's sister allegedly traveled with them to one of D4vd's shows in Las Vegas ... and a notarized travel form to her parents showed they allegedly gave consent for Celeste to travel to London for a week in 2024 without any other family members.

Bryan Kohberger wants to take back the guilty plea that spared him the death penalty ... claiming he's innocent and only confessed because of "false promises" and "blatant disinformation."

Kohberger -- serving four consecutive life sentences for allegedly murdering University of Idaho students Kaylee Goncalves, Madison Mogen, Xana Kernodle and Ethan Chapin -- told The New York Times he filed a petition seeking to reopen the case and go to trial.

He declared ... "My actual innocence is my truth" ... insisting his plea "MUST be withdrawn."

Kohberger even welcomed prosecutors to seek the death penalty again in a statement to the NYT.

Alan Ritchson is setting the record straight about his infamous fight with his neighbor ... saying it was "the scariest thing" he's ever been through.

The "Reacher" star told Dax Shepard his neighbor has been lying through his teeth ... insisting he'd never met the guy until the incident and wasn't approached the day before the fight about speeding through the suburbs ... contrary to what the guy told us.

Instead, Alan explained on "Armchair Expert with Dax Shepard" that he was riding with his kids back in March when Ronnie Taylor got in his face.

Mitch McConnell just dropped another picture as proof of life ... along with an update on his health recovery ... and if history is any indication, there is no way in hell the internet is going to take this at face value.

In a written statement released Monday, the Senator from Kentucky says ... "I'm still working hard to get back to my full schedule of work in the Senate and in Kentucky, keeping up with intense physical therapy per my doctors' orders."

McConnell's statement also says he won't be able to attend an annual festival in Kentucky this upcoming Saturday and adds ... "As always, I appreciate all of your continued well wishes, and I'm looking forward to getting back to the Senate and to Kentucky soon."

The press release also included a photo of Mitch sitting in a geriatric chair next to his wife, Elaine Chao, presumably in the rehab center where he's been recovering.

Blake Garrett -- best known for his role in "How to Eat Fried Worms" -- was found unresponsive next to his bed in a sober living house ... with rolled dollar bills, a lighter, and foil with burnt residue nearby.

TMZ obtained the former child actor's full autopsy report, which describes the scene at the Tulsa residence where he was found dead back in February.

The Oklahoma Medical Examiner previously determined Garrett died from acute fentanyl toxicity and ruled the manner of death an accident ... and the autopsy shows alcohol testing came back negative.
