Anna Nicole Smith's daughter just turned the big 2-0 ... and seems to be celebrating the end of her teen years with an edgy new look.

Larry Birkhead took to Instagram to celebrate their daughter's birthday with a cute montage of photos, including some new ones of Dannielynn Birkhead all grown up.

In one pic, Dannielynn is rocking bangs and a shaggy bob ... all dyed bright red. Another shows her sporting bleach-blonde locks and an all-black fit.

A man suspected of stalking Kris Jenner was arrested Monday after her security team stopped him in the neighborhood ... before he could get anywhere near her home.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... the suspect, Zenwilliam Robson, was detained by Kris' security before he could even reach Kris' property and was caught well before he could get to the house.

According to NBC4, the suspect had tried to contact the "The Kardashians" star several times in the past. The outlet says Los Angeles County Sheriff's deputies arrested him on suspicion of stalking. He was later charged with one misdemeanor count of trespassing and refusing to leave private property.

Kid Cudi says the First Amendment protects his decision to fire M.I.A. from his tour ... making the bombshell constitutional assertion in response to her recent legal filing.

Here's the deal ... M.I.A. filed a lawsuit against Kid Cudi -- claiming he unjustly fired her for making political comments during his tour despite her insisting he knew her politics when he brought her on board.

She also alleges she was fired to drum up publicity for the tour ... and claims Cudi caused her to miss out on a $2.8 million guarantee from Live Nation.

Kid Cudi's saying not so fast ... because the First Amendment protects his right to dictate the artistic and political content of his show and make casting decisions consistent with those decisions.

A pit bull's vicious attack has left a San Francisco woman with life-threatening injuries ... and video of the aftermath shows the dog drenched in her blood.

The attack went down in the city's Tenderloin neighborhood Tuesday morning before authorities found the victim with the dog standing over her ... its face beet red with gore.

The video -- obtained by CBS News -- is pretty graphic and shows a police officer struggling to restrain the animal with a snare pole.

In the suit -- which seeks damages in excess of $50,00 -- she claims the crash was a "foreseeable and preventable result of multiple, concurrent failures."

President Donald Trump's nephew says he doesn't believe the stories his uncle is telling ahead of 9/11's 25th anniversary ... insisting Trump never sent workers to help in the aftermath of the attack and that his U.S. steel story is a total fabrication.

Fred Trump took to social media on Tuesday to address claims President Trump has pushed in the days before September 11 ... starting with his assertion that he sent many workers to help at Ground Zero after the attack.

Fred says the claim that President Trump brought workers to help at the site "so offends me that I need to speak out." He denies the idea that President Trump was building a skyscraper in Manhattan at the time -- the Trump World Tower opened months before the attack.

The massive sinkhole outside Nicolas Cage's Malibu home has gone from a nasty driveway problem to a full-blown emergency ... with the city now ordering evacuations along his street.

The City of Malibu declared a local emergency Tuesday evening after the sinkhole near Sea Level Drive continued to expand to the point where it's now cutting off safe access for residents and emergency crews.

And this thing is huge -- according to the city's emergency proclamation, the crater is roughly 25 to 30 feet deep and 30 by 60 feet wide.

A researcher at a big-time A.I. safety and research company says he's quitting the biz because the industry is rushing to build systems that will spin out of control and destroy humanity ... and he says the people building A.I. "earnestly believe it could kill us all by the end of the decade."

Jacob Coxon quit his job as a researcher at Anthropic, where his specialty was training new A.I. models that consume vast amounts of data ... and he's sounding the alarm on his way out the door.

Coxon told the Wall Street Journal he decided to leave the company because he believes the AI systems he worked with will one day run amok and wipe out civilization.

Ismael Laguna, the legendary champ who was instrumental in boxing's rise in Panama, died this week in a hospital in his home country.

"The Tiger of Colón" was 83.

The Panamanian Sports Institute announced the tragic news, saying, "Panamanian boxing is in mourning."

Laguna had been hospitalized leading up to his death, but the cause of death is currently unclear.
