Not only could Philadelphia Eagles QB Jalen Hurts' pulmonary embolisms have easily killed him ... his current treatment could leave the star player seriously damaged from bleeding if he were tackled.
Doctor David Abbasi joined Jaksonon TMZ's "In The Know" Tuesday ... and discussed how blood clots can be fatal and how Jalen's multiple pulmonary embolisms -- which are blood clots that appear in the lungs -- clog the ability of the lungs to oxygenate the rest of the body.
As for how Jalen got his initial blood clot in his leg -- that later traveled to his lungs -- Abbasi believes that the blood clot formed after he suffered tissue damage from catching a cleat to the leg earlier in October.
Oct. 22, 4:28 AM PT -- Attorney Darren Indyke and accountant Richard Kahn's lawyer, Daniel Ruzumna, tells TMZ ... "Messrs. Indyke and Kahn emphatically reject the New Mexico Attorney General’s allegations that they were complicit in or in any way knowingly facilitated Mr. Epstein’s sexual abuse or trafficking – conduct that by all accounts occurred behind closed doors, in secluded locations, and at times when neither Mr. Indyke nor Mr. Kahn was present. Not a single woman has ever accused Mr. Indyke or Mr. Kahn of committing sexual abuse or witnessing sexual abuse, nor claimed at any time that she or anyone else reported to them any allegation of Mr. Epstein’s abuse. The New Mexico Attorney General’s complaint does not allege anything to the contrary."
Adding that no one from the AG's office reached out to his clients, even to schedule interviews, Ruzumna also added that both Indyke and Kahn have given multiple past depositions.
Ruzumna adds ... "Both Mr. Indyke and Mr. Kahn reject as categorically false the allegations that they knowingly facilitated or assisted Mr. Epstein in his sexual abuse or trafficking of women, or that they were aware of Mr. Epstein’s actions while they provided legal or accounting services to him. They are confident that they will prevail on the claims asserted against them."
Jeffrey Epstein's former attorney and accountant have been dragged to court by the New Mexico Attorney General and accused of covering up a sex trafficking ring at the late financier's Zorro Ranch near Santa Fe.
The allegations were made in a lawsuit -- filed Wednesday -- that aims to prevent attorneyDarren Indyke and accountant Richard Kahnfrom receiving payments from Epstein's massive estate ... AP News reported.
While the estate's co-executors have previously maintained their ignorance of Epstein's crimes ... New Mexico AG Raúl Torrez said ... "None of this could be done by just one man. This was something that was facilitated, that was made possible by handlers, by lawyers, by accountants, by others who have yet to face real consequences."

The woman -- who, like the other alleged victims, is testifying anonymously -- told the court on Wednesday that the two had consensual vaginal sex in 2009 after Brand requested she take a shower.

Sean "Diddy" Combs is adjusting to life at his new prison, and we're told he's doing so while in general population -- after he was tossed in solitary confinement at his previous lockup for alleged bad behavior ... TMZ has learned
Jose Rojas, a union secretary representing Bureau of Prisons employees, tells TMZ ... Diddy is currently a general population inmate at FCI Allenwood in Pennsylvania, where he was transferred last week from Fort Dix prison in New Jersey.
It seems BOP officials aren't too worried about Diddy's safety if they're putting him in gen pop with most of the other inmates. Allenwood has about 1,000 inmates whereas Fort Dix has 4,000, so it might be easier for Allenwood staff to keep an eye on Diddy even in gen pop.

More on the debate in a minute ... but Talarico had an interesting response to his fellow Texan, Matthew McConaughey, who dumped on the 2-party system a few days back. To be fair ... Dylan's direct quote regarding his parents' shared genealogy generations before welcoming the twins was ... "Long story short, Cole and I are children of incest."
Donald Trump's personal attorney, Alina Habba, is denying a report she had a role in securing a pardon for Venezuelan billionaire Julio Herrera Velutini.
Alina fired back on X, writing, "If the New York Times simply went back and looked at their own reporting, they have already credited another capable attorney for what he successfully did without me and took credit for."
She added, "Any insinuation that my employment -- all of which has been vetted and disclosed to the D.O.J. -- had anything to do with securing a pardon is false and defamatory."
The New York Times reported Alina began working for a company set up by Velutini's daughter as part of a multimillion-dollar contract.
Velutini -- who had been facing felony bribery charges before pleading down to a misdemeanor campaign finance violation -- had his legal team seek a pardon.
Then his family reportedly offered Alina -- who was advising for the Department of Justice at the time -- a $50 million deal over 4 years to be general counsel at Concord Partners, a newly formed entity set up by Velutini's daughter, Isabela Herrera.
