While the rest of America pigged out over the holiday weekend, 41-year-old mother of two Jada Pinkett Smith flashed her rock hard bikini body in Hawaii.

Jessica Simpson kept herself to a strict Weight Watchers regimen in order to lose SIXTY POUNDS after her pregnancy -- a regimen filled with low-fat smoothies, protein, and veggies -- and TMZ has obtained her 4-month crash diet plan.

The plan -- crafted by Jessica's former private chef -- closely follows the WW point system, with fancy homemade menu items like egg white omelets, chicken satays, whipped chick peas, soba noodles, and shrimp skewers.

It all kicked off in July with a 15-day smoothie diet: 5 days of 3 smoothies a day (with 2 healthy snacks); 5 days of 2 smoothies a day (2 healthy snacks, 1 meal); and 5 days of 1 smoothie day (with 2 snacks and 2 meals).

For a while, it didn't look as if she'd lose any weight at all -- at least based on her terrible WW commercial -- so we gotta say ... we're impressed.

Oprah's "Favorite Things" is slowly putting an end to America's body stink problem -- because ever since the Big O announced her preference for a certain kind of soap ... the company's soap sales have exploded.

Oprah publicly endorsed the Lafco soap set on her new list -- which she releases every year -- and according to a rep for Lafco, invoices have nearly quadrupled since the list came out.

We called to ask if sales have increased dramatically since Oprah's endorsement, and the rep tells us, "Holy hell, yes it has. It is our third time being chosen. We're busy as hell."

The rep adds, "We usually invoice 80-100 a day, and yesterday we had 431 invoices."

As for the other products on the list -- they're also experiencing sales booms.

The makers of Corkcicle -- a wine-chilling cork -- tell us they've experienced a 350% sales increase ... and the people behind the Tusk Capri Checkbook Clutch say they're getting TEN TIMES the normal order amount.

Sales for Oprah's favorite elliptical trainer have also gone up 300% -- according to the company, Octane Fitness.

Sam Elliott couldn't believe it -- that Green Bay Packers QB Aaron Rodgers called his iconic moustache the GREATEST OF ALL TIME ... because there's one other actor who gives Sam's whiskers a run for their money.

Sam was out in Malibu yesterday when we told him the story -- that Aaron Rodgers put Sam Elliott's facial fuzz at the top of his list for all-time greatest 'staches ... during an interview with Jim Rome.

Sam was dumbfounded, telling TMZ, "NO WAY! You're bullsh*tting me."
