Draya Michele is firing back at her ex-fiance Orlando Scandrick -- claiming the Dallas Cowboys star is treating their relationship like a circus ... and she's the clown.

We broke the story ... Scandrick broke off their engagement yesterday -- saying it was a "poor decision" to propose to the "Basketball Wives L.A." star in the first place.

But now, Michele has finally responded ... saying, "It must be fun to watch someone throw stones at a person, so much fun others want to join in on the rock slinging."

She continued ... "I was just involved in a circus and didn't know I was the clown."

As for rumors that she bought her own engagement ring, Michele shot that down as well -- "I would NEVER buy my own ring or fake an engagement."

‘Love And Hip Hop’ stars Nikki Mudarris and Mally Mall's breakup just went NUCLEAR -- he says she went berserk, smashing $30k worth of fine china ... until the neighbors called the cops, and we got the video.

We’re told Nikki showed up at Mally's home in Bev Hills Monday night and refused to leave -- and took out her rage on the fancy plates ... which she claims she bought.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... cops showed up just before 11 PM for a report that Nikki was vandalizing the property. We're told she cooled down at the sight of badges, but Mally caught her making a quick exit in this video.

Mall didn’t want to press charges on his ex ... so cops just escorted her off the property.

Sources close to Nikki say she freaked out because Mally broke her custom made iPhone 6 in a jealous rage days earlier. Since she paid for the china ... this seems like the worst revenge ever.

Mally seemed to recover just fine -- we got him later that night leaving Ace of Diamonds strip club, where he'd just dropped $20k!

Kourtney Kardashian's wasting no time getting her single chick swagger on -- she got all done up for a night out with her sisters ... the day after cutting Scott Disick loose.

Dallas Cowboys superstar Orlando Scandrick just ended his engagement to reality star Draya Michele with a NUCLEAR BOMB ... calling the whole thing a gargantuan mistake.

Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick had their issues -- Scott's partying and substance abuse -- but seeing photos of him with another woman caught her totally by surprise ... TMZ has learned.

According to our sources ... Kourtney had long ago agreed to stick with Scott and work with him as he battled substance abuse problems -- mostly for the sake of their kids.

But we're told infidelity was never an issue between them ... so she was floored by the pics of Scott getting touchy-feely with celebrity stylist Chloe Bartoli in Monte Carlo.

We're told Kourtney also fears Chloe isn't the only girl Scott has cozied up with lately.

As TMZ first reported, Kourtney ended things with Scott after the Monte Carlo incident ... and he hasn't been to their family home in Calabasas in over a month.

Kourtney Kardashian has finally pulled the plug on her relationship with Scott Disick ... kicking her baby daddy to the curb after his partying habits got out of control ... sources tell TMZ.

Our well-placed sources -- and they're solid -- tell us Scott hasn't come home to the family house in Calabasas in over a month and Kourtney lost her patience.

As one source put it, "His partying lately has made her make this tough decision."

We're told Kourtney is also frustrated with Scott's friends -- and believes they're enabling his substance abuse.

Scott and Kourtney have been together since 2006. They have 3 kids together.

It's well-documented that Kourtney and Scott have been rocky over the years -- but we're told, "but now, after 3 kids, it's gotten old and she has to do what's best for the kids."

As for Scott, he was last spotted in Monte Carlo -- getting touchy-feely with celebrity stylist Chloe Bartoli.

Sources tell us Scott knew the relationship had ended -- because he was telling people in Monte Carlo that he was "newly single."

Morena Baccarin -- Nicholas Brody's estranged wife on "Homeland" -- is headed for divorce off-screen too -- and all her success since the Showtime hit could work against her in the split.

Baccarin’s writer/director husband, Austin Chick, filed the divorce docs, citing irreconcilable differences, after 3 and a half years of marriage -- a lifetime in Hollywood.

According to the docs, Chick wants joint custody of their one-year-old son ... and he wants spousal support.

It looks like Baccarin's been the breadwinner in the fam -- picking up roles on hits like "Gotham" and "The Flash" -- so, at least on paper, she'll likely end up forking over some amount of cash.

Did we mention she's banging Det. Jim Gordon on "Gotham?" 'Cause she is ... and she looks freakin' hot doing it.

Jennifer Garner has issues with Ben Affleck for sure, but they have nothing to do with Ben's former fiancee, Jennifer Lopez.

Sources directly connected with the couple tell us, neither Ben nor Jen have even raised JLo's name in their decision to divorce. More specifically, we're told Garner has no issue on that front ... it's not about JLo.

The stories about Ben and JLo started circulating after Ben walked over to Jen during the Oscars, said something, and walked away as she brushed his arm.

That said, on the other hand, our sources will not say Ben and Jen never argued about other people during their marriage.

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner are getting divorced NOT because of his drinking and gambling, but because he's become such hot property in Hollywood, she felt neglected ... so say some well-placed sources.

There are clearly 2 views on the demise of the marriage. As we first reported, some sources with a bird's-eye view have told us Jen was fed up with Ben's booze and blackjack habits. But other sources who are also very familiar with the couple are saying when push came to shove, Jennifer made no mention of alcohol and gambling ... her beef was that Ben wasn't a "present husband."

Fact is ... Ben has had back-to-back film projects for several years, and spent much of his time out of town. The sources say Jen felt ignored and neglected, and they argued frequently over it.

These sources say this has nothing to do with Ben being a neglectful dad. Quite the opposite, they say he's a great dad who does everything he can for the kids. And, we're told, she didn't really have any beef about his parenting skills ... her problem was with Ben as a husband.

In the end, we're told the breakup was mutual. Ben felt he was a good husband, who was juggling his career and family, but it wasn't enough for her.

Jennifer Garner reached her breaking point with Ben Affleck's drinking and gambling and that's why she pulled the plug on their marriage ... sources connected with the couple tell TMZ.

Our sources (not surprisingly) have two views of what happened ... some align with him and some with her.

The Jen sources say Ben's drinking and gambling have escalated over the last few years to the point "she couldn't take it anymore." Ben's sources also say he likes to drink and loves to gamble ... in fact, Ben has rhapsodized about gambling in interviews.

Sources say "partying" had nothing to do with their problems. Ben did not go out and did not womanize ... Jen complained he just drank and gambled too much.

As for our Ben sources, they say it's really just about 2 people who want to live their lives differently. His people say they've been in therapy for more than 2 years -- he even mentioned his marital problems during his 2013 Oscar acceptance speech. They add the couple has been separated for 10 months, so there was no recent "breaking point."

Ben's gambling is well-documented. TMZ got photos of the actor last September during a high-stakes blackjack session in Detroit. And TMZ broke the story, Ben was banned from the Hard Rock in Vegas in late April 2014 for counting cards.

The other thing our Ben sources say ... he wins big in gambling.

Sherri Shepherd's nasty divorce and custody battle is finally over ... and stunningly, she has agreed to pay child support for the kid she disavowed from birth ... but with a catch.

Our sources say, Sherri and estranged hubby Lamar Sally have struck a settlement agreement in which the ex-'View' co-host will pay $4,100 a month in child support. The monthly obligation increases to $4,600 when the kid turns 13.

Remember, Sherri fought Lamar tooth and nail in court, claiming he defrauded her into getting a surrogate to carry a baby for the purpose of getting child support.

Now for the catch. According to the settlement agreement, Sherri is allowed to pursue her fraud claim and if the appeals court rules in her favor, her child support obligations will disappear.

And there's a Sofia Vergara twist ... the couple has embryos in storage and Sherri wants them destroyed. Lamar is undecided. According to the settlement, if Lamar chooses to bring the embryos to term, Sherri will not have to pay child support.

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner did not build a financial wall between them before getting married, because we've learned there is no prenup ... and get this, he's not that much richer than her.

Multiple informed sources tell TMZ, Ben and Jen's business managers are busy figuring out how to divide what we are told is a fortune. We're told they both have accumulated many millions. Jen made a "massive amount of money" off of "Alias," which went into syndication, as well as a string of movies, including "13 Going on 30" and "Elektra."

Ben has made a ton of money, but a number of his projects were independent films where the cash wasn't as plentiful.

Short story ... they're both rich, but it's not like she needs his money.

It's unlikely she'll get spousal support because of her wealth, but she doesn't need it. The trick is dividing the community property, which we're told is going smoothly so far.

As for the "10 year rule" -- meaning a judge would give her more spousal support due to the length of the marriage -- we're told 2 things: A) their decision had nothing to do with it B) she's loaded and doesn't need support.

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner are ending their 10 year marriage ... TMZ has learned.

We're told the couple, whose anniversary was yesterday, will file for divorce.

Although they will file for divorce, it won't be done immediately. They are working things out with a mediator and business managers, sources tell TMZ. The divorce will be filed when all of the property and custody issues are resolved.

We're told the divorce is amicable and Ben and Jen will share joint custody of their 3 children, ranging in ages from 3 to 9.

The couple says, "After much thought and careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to divorce. We go forward with love and friendship for one another and a commitment to co-parenting our children whose privacy we ask to be respected during this difficult time. This will be our only comment on this private family matter. Thank you for understanding."

Hold off on the wedding gifts ... 'cause it seems Michael Sam and his fiance Vito Cammisano are DUNZO ... just 6 months after the couple got engaged.

Sam's people and Vito's camp are being unusually tight lipped about the couple's official status -- but the signs are all over social media. Here are the clues ...

Clue #1 -- Michael has REMOVED several affectionate photos of himself and Vito from Twitter and Instagram recently, including their famous engagement pic taken at St. Peter's Basilica.

Clue #2 -- The couple hasn't been spotted together in almost 2 months ... even when Sam left the Montreal Alouettes under mysterious circumstances earlier this month. Bizarre for an engaged couple, right? Also, no tweets of concern or support from Vito.

Clue #3 -- Vito, an aspiring video blogger, just published his very first YouTube video this week ... and he's not wearing his engagement ring. Again, unusual for Vito, who had been sporting the ring EVERYWHERE ... from the Vegas pool scene to hikes at L.A.'s famous Runyun Canyon.

Sam and Vito were college sweethearts -- they met in 2009 at the University of Missouri but didn't start dating until 2011. They broke up during Sam's senior year in college, but got back together.
