The document was signed more than 2 years ago. Our sources say the marriage was on the rocks because Shawn believed Larry was cheating. We're told they signed the agreement transferring the properties -- including their Beverly Hills mansion -- to Shawn "to show her he was committed to the marriage."

Shannon says Shawn has been accusing her of fooling around with Larry for months. She says Shawn has repeatedly pointed to the fact that Larry gave Shannon numerous gifts as evidence. But Shannon says, "This is so ludicrous. She's singling me out, but Larry has been nothing but generous to our entire family, including me."

Shannon says it's true ... Larry has given her gifts for Xmas and her birthday. Shannon was not specific, but Shawn reportedly believes Larry bought Shannon a $160,000 car, among other things.

Shannon said, "Shawn has left me threatening messages." After the National Enquirer published a story suggesting an affair, Shannon says, "Shawn left me a message ... 'If you dare sue the Enquirer I will pull out every last receipt that proves you had an affair with Larry.'"

Shannon adds, "I'm tired for taking the rap for things. I did not have an affair with Larry. He's been like a father to me."

We're told cars screeched out of the driveway, just after a nuclear argument.

We're told the marriage fell apart over allegations of infidelity. Sources say Shawn is accusing Larry of having an affair with one of her close relatives.

Larry King had no comment, so far.

TMZ has learned Larry King's wife, Shawn Southwick has just filed her own legal papers for divorce.

Shawn's lawyer, Joe Mannis, filed the docs minutes after Larry filed.

Shawn is asking for primary physical custody of the couple's two kids, as well as spousal and child support.

She is alleging "irreconcilable differences."

Shawn is also claiming much of the real estate as her separate property, including the Beverly Hills house she shared with King.

UPDATE: In Larry's divorce filings, he asks that any property transfers during the marriage be null and void. It appears Larry transferred certain properties -- i.e., houses -- to Shawn ... probably for tax purposes.

Larry King is asking for joint custody of his kids... TMZ has learned.

We broke the story .... Larry just filed for divorce from Shawn Southwick, citing "irreconcilable differences."

Larry's lawyer, Susan Carter, says, "It's a very sad day in Larry's life and he hopes the divorce will be amicable."

Carter adds, "Larry loves his children very much and will be an integral part of their lives."

In the divorce papers, filed moments ago in L.A. County Superior Court, Larry blames the split on "irreconcilable differences."

Larry, 76, and Shawn, 50, were married back in 1997 -- they have two sons together.

Back in 2007, Shawn had bragged about being the only one of Larry's wives to have made it into "the two digits." She is the 7th woman to marry King.

As for the eight divorces -- back in 1962, King divorced a woman Alene Akins ... and then remarried her in 1967 ... before divorcing her again in 1972.

During the game, Larry and his boys took the mic and said, "It's time for Dodgers baseball."

In documents just released to the public, The Bureau of Labor Law Compliance says it never obtained evidence proving the show abused the rights of the children.

But ... there are new stipulations the show must abide by -- including putting away "at least 15% of the gross proceeds of this show and future shows" that will be put into a trust until the kids are 18.

Kevin Kreider just testified in the child welfare hearing in PA that the 8 kids were forced to fake Xmas during the filming of "Jon & Kate Plus 8."

Kreider claimed the production crew needed to get a shot, showing a big reaction when the kids came downstairs to unwrap their gifts.

So the crew made the kiddies fake a reaction, Kreider claims.

Kevin Kreider and his wife Jodi just testified at a Philadelphia hearing on child labor laws and reality television shows. Kevin said the kids had no privacy during the taping -- even their potty training was captured on video.

Kevin also said the kids suffered psychological damage as a result of the show, adding there were safety issues in the house, including large lighting equipment that created a danger.

During his testimony, Kevin said the Gosselins' kids were manipulated by producers who wanted drama.

UPDATE: Kevin's testimony is interesting ... considered a potty training scene was filmed at his house.

TLC tells TMZ the allegations are "either completely inaccurate or a distorted representation for maximum attention."

Shaq's lawyer has fired off a letter to the network -- obtained by TMZ -- in which he demands VH1 immediately halt production on "any further episodes of 'Basketball Wives' which make any reference to Mr. O'Neal."

Shaq's lawyer claims Shaunie signed a confidentiality agreement at some point in their relationship -- so if she says anything about Shaq on TV, she and the production company will find their asses in court.

Nas went to court Monday over his divorce with Kelis -- and walked out a little lighter in the wallet.

According to documents filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Nas had to immediately fork over $47,249.42 in back child support and $40,454 in back spousal support.

The judge also ordered Nas to pay $10,000/month in spousal support until he pays off the $299,015.50 he owes Kelis.

Nas also has to pay 90% of Kelis' legal fees in the amount of $155,787.28.

Lastly, Nas has to pay $48,549.83 to cover Kelis' accounting expenses.

Kate's bitter divorce from her husband of 14 months, Alex Young, was made final today, this according to documents filed in L.A. County Superior Court.

For starters -- Kate's lawyer, Mark Momjian, claims Jon went to the wrong court for child support. Momjian raises other technical issues and wants the case tossed.

Momjian scoffs at Jon and his lawyer in legal docs, "There is no 'Jon Gosselin' exception to the Pennsylvania [law]."

We're told all three kids -- Sunny, Chandler and Jesse, Jr. -- are all with Sandra.

Our sources say Sandra is not living at her Hollywood Hills home, which has become paparazzi central for more than a week.

One source very familiar with the situation tells TMZ, "It's a positive sign about Sandra's relationship with Jesse." The source would not elaborate.

TMZ obtained the restraining order -- originally signed by a judge January 29 and still in effect -- in which Dash claimed her husband, Emmanuel Xuereb, hit her in the face, head and body during their two-plus years of marriage ... but she was afraid to report it to police.

Dash, 44, also claims a drunken Xuereb once violently pinned her down to a bed and threatened her, saying it would be the worst night of her life.

Xuereb must stay 100 yards away from Stacey, her two children (neither of whom are his) and the family home. They're due back in court in June.
