George Lopez is still hashing out divorce settlement details with his ex-wife -- over a year after a judge finalized the split -- in fact, the ex-couple JUST decided how to divvy up George's giant retirement stash.

According to new court docs, filed this week in L.A., George and his ex Ann Serrano agreed to split the actor's AFTRA retirement fund down the middle ... but only the portion of the fund representing the contributions George made during their 17-year marriage (from 1993-2010).

It's unclear how much the fund is worth right now -- but Serrano will only get her hands on the percentage from the 17-year period ... even if George continues to deposit money into the account in the future.

Chad Johnson DESPERATELY wants to stay married to his estranged wife Evelyn Lozada, so much so he's refusing to sign any divorce docs ... this according to sources close to the couple.

As TMZ first reported, Evelyn filed for divorce three days after Chad allegedly head-butted her during an argument. The incident that led to his arrest and Evelyn receiving stitches.

Sources close to Chad tell TMZ ... he won't sign the docs or partake in any divorce proceedings because he doesn't want to get a divorce. We're told Chad still believes he can win Evelyn back ... as evidenced by the fact he recently tattooed her face on his leg.

But Chad's plan isn't exactly bulletproof -- under Florida law (where Evelyn filed the docs) the divorce can still be finalized with a judge's approval.

Sources tell us Evelyn is hellbent on making this divorce happen and nothing Chad does will get her back. We're told she's ready to move on and rebuild her life.

Kenya Bell is technically no longer a basketball wife as the reality star's divorce was just finalized with former NBA star Charlie Bell ... but she will be taking a lot of NBA money with her.

If you recall, Kenya and Charlie were entangled in a bitter divorce battle over money. Charlie wanted Kenya to support him, claiming he makes pennies with no more NBA contract. Kenya wanted Charlie to give up a chunk of his seven-figure savings and pay child support.

After all the back and forth ... a judgment was filed on August 27. Here's how it breaks down:

Kids: Charlie has to shell out $1,000/month in child support, but they'll share custody of their two daughters. Neither party has to cough up spousal support.

Homes: Kenya scored the marital home in Michigan, along with the home bought for her parents. Charlie gets the condo in Vegas and the home he bought his parents.

Money: Kenya was awarded $780,000 cash from Charlie's savings ... leaving him with $656,000. She also gets half of the $670,000 from another account.

Here's where Kenya wins big: she gets HALF OF EVERYTHING from the following: Charlie's NBA 401k plan, his NBA retirement plan, his NBA pension, NBA welfare plan and NBA supplement benefit plan.

Charlie gets ZILCH from Kenya's "Basketball Wives" money.

There has been a spate of celebrity divorces this summer. So we gotta ask ...

Paul Nassif is Absolut-ly convinced ... vodka turns his wife Adrienne Maloof into a violent, abusive, angry woman who was prone to smacking him in the face.

According to a declaration -- filed in his nasty custody fight -- Paul claims he has been repeatedly at the receiving end of Adrienne's physical attacks ... the worst of which occurred in July on Maloof's home turf in Las Vegas. Paul says they got into a spat over whether Adrienne's mother could come to a party. Paul says his wife downed 4 vodka sodas -- with a little grapefruit juice -- and became "increasingly hostile."

Paul says Adrienne went on a 45-minute rampage, physically and verbally demeaning him. He says she accused him of cheating and calling him a piece of s**t. Paul says Adrienne screamed he was a horrible dad, and repeatedly beat him in the face, chest and legs.

TMZ previously reported Adrienne filed legal docs claiming Paul has an explosive temper and carries a gun ... sometimes in easy reach of her children. She mentions she took a photo of the gun in the side pocket of his briefcase.

Usher is firing back at his ex-wife in their bitter custody dispute -- claiming her "vile" attempts to regain custody of their children are an insult to the justice system.

As we reported, Usher emerged victorious after an arduous custody trial with his ex Tameka Raymond, in which the judge awarded Usher primary custody of the couple's two sons.

Tameka filed papers asking for a new trial -- on the grounds the judge had received campaign contributions from Usher's lawyer and was biased as a result -- but Usher says that's BS.

The singer filed his own response on Wednesday asking the court to deny Tameka's request, claiming her motion is "an assault on the integrity of the court."

According to the docs, Usher believes Tameka is delusional, claiming if she were granted a new trial, it would be grounds for a reversal of ALL trials where a lawyer had contributed to a judge’s campaign.

Usher claims the motion "constitutes a continuum of [Tameka's] vile and unsupported claims that every person who dared testify against her ... is biased and tainted."

Adrienne Maloof is firing back at her estranged hubby by claiming he carries a gun, lacks sound judgment and has a violent temper ... a bad combination. And even worse, she claims the gun is often in reach of their 3 boys.

In a declaration -- obtained by TMZ and filed in family court -- Adrienne claims Paul Nassif is a danger to their children. She cites an incident last month in which she claims Paul was drinking while operating a Kayak and one of the kids who was in the watercraft fell into the water.

She also claims 3 years ago he lost one of their kids for 45 minutes in the wilderness during a camping trip, because he failed to supervise him.

And recently there was a fire across the street and she claims he did nothing to help the kids evacuate.

Adrienne claims Paul has been violent with the kids. She claims he has thrown the kids onto the grass in a fit of rage, spanked them with their pants down, violently yanked their arms and hit them on the head.

Adrienne -- who is fighting Paul for custody -- claims he has been repeatedly violent toward her, allegedly shoving her to the ground, pulling her hair and yelling at her.

The divorce between Paul Nassif and Adrienne Maloof has turned into open warfare ... Paul's lawyer just claimed in court Adrienne physically attacked Paul and even got weird with a gun ... TMZ has learned.

Paul and Adrienne are both in court ... fighting over custody of their 3 sons. During the hearing, Paul's lawyer claimed Adrienne has pushed Paul and was also verbally abusive in front of their kids, calling him "stupid, dumb and an idiot."

According to a declaration filed today, the couple's head of security witnessed Adrienne hit and scratch Paul in the back of their car last summer ... before Paul called her a "bitch."

Later in court, Paul's lawyer also said ... while Paul was asleep one day, she went into his briefcase and removed a gun and then took a picture of it. He never explained why she did it but made it clear .. it was not kosher.

Paul's lawyer also says Adrienne is using her rep to leak private info about Paul and their kids to the media.

A source close to Adrienne tells TMZ ... "All Adrienne has ever done is protect herself and Paul has been aggressive and violent numerous times. He is 7 inches taller and weighs 100 pounds more."

Paul dragged Adrienne to court to ask for more time with the kids, but the judge denied his request ... for now. The judge will hold a full hearing on the issue at a later date.

Camille Grammer will get roughly $30 million in her divorce from Kelsey Grammer -- and if we can say ... she deserves it.

Sources connected with the couple tell TMZ ... Camille and Kelsey are "very close" to inking a property settlement agreement. We're told the total value of the assets in the marriage is around $60 million. We say "around" because a big chunk is the 3 homes they own which are now on the market. They're estimating when everything is sold the pot will be around $60 mil.

Sources tell us Camille will get a straight 50% of the assets. Here's why she deserves it. We're told when the couple married, Kelsey was broke. Pretty shocking, considering he had earned "Cheers" and "Frasier" money. But bad decisions and a drug problem nearly sent Kelsey to the poor house.

We're told Camille righted the ship and managed the money to where they now have tens of millions to split.

Mel Gibson's ex-wife Robyn snagged a big chunk of Mel's retirement package ... TMZ has learned.

According to documents filed in the couple's divorce case and obtained by TMZ, Robyn got the following per their agreement:

-- Half of the Screen Actors Guild pension benefits Mel accumulated during the 31 years of their marriage.

-- A big chunk of Mel's Directors Guild of America pension benefits

-- Half of the 401(k) benefits Mel accumulated through their production company -- Icon -- during their marriage.

Heidi Klum and Seal are close to settling their divorce ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected with Seal tell TMZ ... the singer is fully on board to end the marriage and now fully recognizes that the postnuptial agreement he signed is enforceable and will be "substantially honored."

As you know ... Seal erupted over the weekend, accusing Heidi of banging the bodyguard before the couple separated. But our sources say Seal retracted his comment a day later, because he didn't want the divorce negotiations to become acrimonious.

Heidi Klum knows ... you can't mix business with pleasure ... and that's probably why she just swapped out the bodyguard she's allegedly fornicating with for a couple of new guys.

Klum arrived to the ABC studios in New York City yesterday -- looking DAMN GOOD -- and accompanied by two brand new security monsters.

As we previously reported, Martin Kristen was guarding Heidi's body as recently as last week ... right before Seal told TMZ they were banging each other.

Chad Johnson desperately wants to let Evelyn Lozada know he still cares about her ... so he went out and got an image of her FACE tattooed on his right leg with the name "Eve" underneath it.

Johnson posted the photo on his Twitter page today ... the image is his new profile pic featured at the top of his page. It's unclear if the tat is real ... or of the temporary variety. Sources tell us Chad got the work done this past weekend.

Either way, Chad may not be getting his money's worth from the ink -- sources close to Evelyn say she still feels strongly about divorcing Johnson ... and she's made it clear to friends she will NOT be getting back together with the former NFL star.

As we previously reported, Evelyn filed for divorce last month ... three days after Chad allegedly headbutted her during a heated argument.

Chad was arrested for domestic violence over the incident -- but officials are still deciding whether or not charges will be filed against him.

A rep for Chad had no comment on the story.

Kelly Rutherford's ex-husband set up a photo op at a French airport on Sunday where the actress arrived to visit her children ... violating a court order in the process -- or so Kelly is telling friends.

One of Kelly's close friends -- who recently spoke to the actress in France -- tells TMZ, the "Gossip Girl" star was shocked when she saw photos of her arrival at the airport in Nice this weekend surfacing on the Internet, and believes her ex is to blame for leaking her location.

The friend says Kelly believes ... if her ex Daniel Giersch really did set up the shot -- it would be a violation of a court order against exposing the couple's kids to the media.

In the photos, Kelly looks happy -- hugging her kids while they wave a sign reading "Welcome Super Mama" -- but now, she's super pissed.

As you know, Kelly and her ex are embroiled in a bitter custody war. A judge recently named Giersch the "residential parent," meaning the kids have to live in France because he's banished from the U.S. Kelly still lives in the States, and has to fly to France to see her kids for her half of the custody share.

Heidi Klum and her bodyguard returned from Spain together just last week ... looking more like a couple than a boss and her employee.

The footage of Heidi and Martin Kristen was taken at LAX on August 28 ... after coming back from a trip to Sardinia ... where the two were seen looking pretty affectionate on the beach.

We broke the story ... Seal claimed Klum was bangin' Kristen while she was still with the singer, though Heidi insists there was no such fornicating while they were together.

Seal and Heidi Klum may be headed for divorce, but they're still sharing things ... for example, the bodyguard she's shagging.

Sources close to the couple tell TMZ ... Seal hired the bodyguard -- Martin Kristen -- several years ago, and since then he has worked for both Seal and Heidi. In fact, we're told he actually has spent more time with Seal.

Now here's where it gets just plain weird. Our sources say ... Seal has known that something was going on between Heidi and Martin for months, yet he continued to use his services -- as recently as last month.

TMZ broke the story ... Seal believed Heidi was "fornicating with the help" before they separated. He tried backtracking, but his new story (that he meant to say "divorced" rather than separated) doesn't make any sense.

For her part, Heidi claims she never cheated on Seal while they were together.
