Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne have split up ... at least temporarily ... and they are now living apart ... multiple sources tell TMZ.

Sources connected with the couple tell TMZ ... Sharon is currently living at the Beverly Hills Hotel, while Ozzy is living at a rented home several miles from the Bev Hills Hotel.

There were reports ... they were not living in the family home because of renovations, but that is not the case now ... they are living separately.

As far as we know ... there are no plans for divorce ... at least not now.

Sharon and Ozzy have been married for 31 years and have 3 kids.

They were once locked in a battle royale ... but now Britney Spears' daddy Jamie Spears and ex-hubby Kevin Federline are acting like best buds.

Remember when K-Fed wrestled custody away from a then-unstable Britney? Well now they split time with Jayden James and Sean Preston, and at a youth soccer game this weekend in Woodland Hills, everything seems hunky-dory.

Kim Kardashian has undeniably had problems with males, but not mails ... because she just blocked Kris Humphries from getting his hands on her personal writings.

Kim's lawyer, disso-queen Laura Wasser, was in court this AM ... objecting to Kris' demand to see various emails Kim sent on some closed accounts. The hearing was supposed to go down May 2, but Kris' lawyer asked the judge today to hear it today ... the judge said no.

Here's Kris' problem ... The trial is supposed to start on May 6. Even if the judge orders her to turn over the emails when Kris' motion is heard on May 2 ... she'd have 10 days to deliver the goods. By then the divorce case will be over. Translation -- even if Kris wins, he loses.

And that's all she wrote.

Frank McCourt is covering his bases for today's legal battle with ex-wife Jamie McCourt ... he dined last night with a priest.

Frank was at Toscana restaurant in Brentwood with a very hot young woman and the man of the cloth.

So the questions:

1. Since we've seen Frank with this woman before, we were wondering if he's tying the knot again -- with the help of the priest.

2. If he's not getting hitched again, was he looking for some divine intervention to torpedo Jamie's claim that Frank screwed her out of hundreds of millions of bucks by undervaluing the Dodgers.

3. How does Frank feel about what Magic Johnson said -- that he'd support and protect a member of the Dodgers who came out of the closet?

If Kris Humphries were listening closely from New York, he could have heard a California judge screaming at his lawyer in court -- because Kris blew off a mandatory court appearance -- and it's worse than we first thought.

As we reported ... the settlement conference was scheduled for 8:30 AM today, but sources connected with Kris told TMZ ... he was stuck in New York. We're told in court today ... Judge Goldberg went nuclear, saying Kris could have caught a flight and that he mocked and disrespected the court.

Judge Goldberg was so pissed ... he set a sanction hearing -- meaning Kris may be hit with fines for being a no-show.

There was obviously no settlement reached today ... We're told both Kim and Kris must appear on the 19th for a pre-trial readiness/settlement conference. Kris better show.

Kim, on the other hand, was in court ... she answered all the judge's questions. Score one for Kardashian.

And if that wasn't enough ... she looked like a (pregnant) rock star when she left the building.

Unless the Concorde was taken out of mothballs last night, there's no way Kris Humphries is going to appear for a MANDATORY settlement conference with Kim Kardashian today ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected with Kris tell us ... he was in NYC at 1 AM today, and looked "extremely upset." As we reported, he's supposed to be in an L.A. court today for a settlement conference and his attendance is required.

The first flight out of JFK today is at 6:00 AM ET, arriving at 9:15 AM PT. Here's the problem. The settlement conference is set for 8:30 AM PT. Even if the flight is on time, he'd be at least 2 hours late.

We checked with JFK to see if flights were cancelled because of weather last night -- maybe Kris could use mother nature as his excuse. But the airport was operating, so it looks like he's screwed.

The judge is going to be REALLY pissed off.

Meanwhile, Kim K is punctual as ever ... she just rolled up to the courthouse.

Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries are scheduled to come face-to-face today for the first time since their split.

The former lovebirds are required to appear at a settlement conference at the downtown L.A. courthouse this AM. The drill is ... try and hash out a resolution to avoid a trial.

But here's the deal ... Mandatory settlement conferences are routine, but this case has as much a chance of settling as Farrah Abraham has getting admitted to a nunnery.

Sources tell us ... Kris is shockingly still demanding $7 mil to go away, even though he says all he wants is an annulment. We're told Kim not only is unwilling to give him a penny ... she's now demanding that he pay her attorney's fees.

This case is destined for trial.

Kandi Burruss is sticking up for her "Real Housewives of Atlanta" castmate ... saying she highly doubts Kordell Stewart's claim that Porsha Williams is a stepmomster from hell.

TMZ broke the story ... ex-Pittsburgh Steeler Stewart ripped Porsha in divorce docs last week, accusing her of partying all night, disappearing for days, and neglecting his son.

But at LAX, Kandi told us Porsha "never really did anything unless [Kordell] was comfortable with it."

She also told us Porsha's the one who sacrificed -- and you gotta see the dig she gets in at Kordell's expense.

It feels good ... to be married to Tony! Toni! Toné! member D'wayne Wiggins ... but only for a dozen years or so, at least according to his soon-to-be ex-wife.

TMZ has learned ... Michelle Lochin-Wiggins has filed for divorce from her husband of 12 years, and is seeking custody of their two teen boys, ages 17 and 14.

In the docs, Michelle cites irreconcilable differences with the 50-year-old singer, who sang and played guitar for the '90s R&B group.

While her request for full legal and physical custody signals that all's not well, she does plan to offer D'wayne visitation rights to the kids.

Oddly enough, neither is named Tony, Toni or Toné.

Mick Fleetwood -- the founder and drummer of Fleetwood Mac -- just filed for legal separation from his third wife.

Mick -- whose sexual escapades with Stevie Nicks are legendary -- married Lynn Susan Frankel Fleetwood in 1995. They have twin daughters, who are now 11.

Mick cites irreconcilable differences and wants joint legal custody of the kids but wants Lynn to have primary physical custody.

Now here's a big deal ... Mick claims all of his premarital musical royalties and memorabilia are his property -- which makes sense.

He has NOT filed for divorce -- at least not yet, but it looks like he's never going back again.

Kim Kardashian just filed her divorce witness list ... and it's now clear as can be -- Kim's lawyer is calling a bunch of witnesses who were involved in the prenup to show Kris knew EXACTLY what he was getting into before saying "I do."

As you know, Kris is claiming he was defrauded into marrying Kim ... left in the dark about her true intentions. But now we know 6 witnesses will testify that Kris was actively involved in every detail surrounding the prenup.

In fact, sources connected with the couple tell us ... Kim and Kris were constantly bickering over details in the prenup and that he was as interested in the business of marriage as she was.

Among the witnesses ... 2 managers who were heavily involved in the prenup, at least one lawyer involved in the document and a court reporter who was present when the prenup was signed.

There are other witnesses who will testify about the prenup, including Kim and Kris Jenner.

Short story -- the mission of Kim's lawyer is clear -- Kris went into this eyes wide open.

"The Sandlot" star Chauncey Leopardi's marriage has gone to the dogs -- just like that Babe Ruth baseball -- but turns out, it's been a long time coming, TMZ has learned.

Chauncey -- who played "Squints", the lucky kid who locked lips with Wendy Peffercorn -- married a woman named Stefani back in 2000. She filed for divorce last month.

But the couple hasn't been together for a while ... Stefani tells us they separated way back in 2003, they were just too lazy to file the docs ... until now. We're told the split was amicable.

The former lovers have one kid together -- a 10-year-old daughter. Stefani is asking for joint legal, but primary physical custody.

Speaking of physical -- remember this? Peffercorn ...

Porsha Williams likes to stay out partying 'til the break o' dawn, and then call police to get her into the house she shares with estranged husband Kordell Stewart -- this according to new documents.

"Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Porsha fired the first shot ... filing a motion that claimed Kordell was locking her out of the house -- and bringing another woman into the home.

But in his response Kordell claims he only locks the house at night for security purposes. He claims the real problem is Porsha frequently leaves home for several days straight ... and sometimes comes back between 2:00 AM and 4:00 AM smelling like alcohol.

As we previously reported ... Kordell filed for divorce last month.

The ex-NFL star also claims Porsha called the police twice to let her into the house ... even though she has a key to enter the property.

As for Porsha's claim of "another woman" in the house -- Kordell says it's the nanny he was forced to hire because Porsha is "neglecting her responsibilities to her stepson."

One of Halle Berry's exes said something nice about her and her pregnancy -- and the kind words came from none other than singer Eric Benet!

We broke the story ... 46-year-old Halle is expecting her second child -- this one with fiance Olivier Martinez -- and based on Eric's reaction, it looks like we broke the news to him in Bev Hills today.

It's no secret ... Halle doesn't have a great track record of remaining friends with exes -- but Benet, who was married to her from 2001 to 2005, had only 2 words for Halle.

Actress Lena Headey -- aka evil Queen Cersei from "Game of Thrones" -- claims she's dead broke with "less than $5 in her bank account" ... and she desperately needs her tax refund to cover her living expenses.

Headey opened up about her dire financial situation in new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, which she filed in response to her husband Peter Loughran's demands for half of their $46,000 tax refund from 2011 ... which technically could be community property from their marriage.

Lena -- who filed for divorce from Peter last year -- says she needs $6,000 from that refund ASAP because she's barely scraping by, living off credit to make ends meet for her and their 2-year-old son.

It's pretty shocking since she's currently a main character on one of the most popular shows on TV.

Lena says she expects to receive acting income in the near future, but she needs the $6,000 advance from the refund right now.

Lena says she's willing to give Peter $6,000 from the refund to cover his living expenses ... but she wants the rest placed into a two-signature blocked bank account pending a settlement.

"Pregnant Man" Thomas Beatie is PISSED after a judge refused to grant him a divorce from his estranged wife -- and tells TMZ he's willing to take the fight all the way to the Supreme Court.

Beatie, a transgender male, is appealing a decision handed down Friday ... when a judge in AZ denied his divorce from Nancy Beatie -- on the grounds the marriage was NEVER legal since Beatie couldn't prove he was a man during their nuptials ... and the state doesn't recognize same-sex marriage.

Beatie tells TMZ he's not giving up the fight, his attorneys are already drafting up the appeal -- and he'll go the Supreme Court if that's what it takes.

He explains, "This is personal. This ruling is an attack on my person, my identity, and my family. It's sad and embarrassing that Judge Gerlach is more focused on wanting to delegitimize my children than legitimize my family."

Beatie continues, "The judge is obviously uncomfortable with me. He has a problem with me having a legal male identity and using my internal organs to start a family."

You'll recall ... the judge made it clear from the beginning​, he had issues with the validity of Beatie's marriage based on the fact that while married he bore the couple's 3 children ... something no man could do.

But Beatie is adamant, the issue is MUCH bigger than his divorce ... "This is not Beatie versus Beatie. This is the State of AZ versus transgender people, human reproductive rights, and fairness under the law."
