Miranda Lambert has kept her boots where they’ve always been … under her bed, and says she was never unfaithful during her 4 year marriage to Blake Shelton ... but he was.

It’s a classic case of he said/she said … but sources close to Lambert say Shelton’s the one who strayed ... with a famous country singer no less.

The sources claim Blake's camp was unscrupulous, and threw mud with the help of a powerful PR firm that attacked Miranda before the ink was dry on the divorce docs.

We're told she's incensed Blake accused her of cheating with a country singer. She says it never happened, and so does the singer.

As we reported, the divorce is so bitter, Blake ordered Miranda to clear her exotic animals off his Oklahoma ranch the very day the judge made the divorce official.

Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom have taken the final step in getting divorced ... TMZ has learned.

Khloe and Lamar both signed legal docs that will officially end their marriage. Court records show the documents were filed with the court Friday. All that's left is a judge's signature, and they're officially single.

It's been a long time coming. Khloe filed for divorce in December 2013 and sat on it for more than a year. There was no activity in the file, to the point the judge threatened to dismiss the case. As we reported, Khloe and Lamar both waffled on the divorce, and at times they talked reconciliation.

Khloe has clearly moved on. She's dating NBA superstar James Harden. As for Lamar, it seems he grudgingly went along with the divorce. He recently called Khloe "my girl."

We've learned Khloe and Lamar have reached a property settlement and the divorce could be official within days.

Melanie Griffith and Antonio Banderas have taken the last step to end their marriage, by signing documents making their divorce official.

Court records show both signed the necessary legal docs to become officially single after 18 years of marriage.

Melanie was asking for full custody of their daughter, Stella, and also wanted spousal support. The custody issue resolved itself when Stella turned 18 last September.

A judge still needs to sign the docs to make everything official and that should happen in a matter of days.

It's her 4th divorce and his 2nd.

Blake Shelton filed for divorce because he believed Miranda Lambert was unfaithful, not once but twice ... TMZ has learned.

Multiple sources familiar with the situation tell us ... Blake has suspected Miranda was living out a country cheating song for months. We're told Blake heard rumors Miranda had hooked up with a country singer and thought it was believable enough to make him suspicious of her.

Chris Young opened for Miranda a few years ago, and the 2 were spotted out publicly from time to time. But our sources say the male singer was NOT the catalyst for the divorce. It was another guy, who is not a country singer.

Our sources say the reason Blake filed 2 weeks ago was because he received certain information about Miranda and the other guy that elevated things in Blake's head from rumor to fact.

Although the couple released a statement saying the divorce is amicable, we're told Blake has been very upset in the last few weeks and told her she had to get her animals off his Oklahoma ranch by Monday.

Bobby Flay and Stephanie March settled what became one of the nastiest celebrity divorces in years, TMZ has confirmed, and Stephanie did WAY better than what she would have gotten under the prenup.

TMZ broke the story, Stephanie signed a prenup at the beginning of the 10 year marriage that gave her paltry sum in the event of divorce -- $5k a month in spousal support for just 5 years. We say paltry, because Bobby's net worth is north of $20 million.

Sources familiar with the situation tell us, the negotiations between the 2 were tough, but ultimately Stephanie held the cards because Bobby did not want a trial, especially since she alleged cheating in her divorce docs.

As one source said, "He didn't want a plane flying over the courthouse," referring to the airplane that pulled a sign "cheater" during his Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony. As we reported, we determined Stephanie didn't order the sign, but someone sure did.

In the end, we're told the settlement is complicated, but Stephanie did just fine.

Ben Affleck may be separated, but in the marriage department he has something Jimmy Fallon doesn't ... a wedding ring still attached to his finger.

Ben gave Derek Jeter his award at the ESPYs and the ring was front and center. He's been wearing it lately, even though the couple announced they were getting divorced.

Morena Baccarin -- Nicholas Brody's estranged wife on "Homeland" -- is headed for divorce off-screen too -- and all her success since the Showtime hit could work against her in the split.

Baccarin’s writer/director husband, Austin Chick, filed the divorce docs, citing irreconcilable differences, after 3 and a half years of marriage -- a lifetime in Hollywood.

According to the docs, Chick wants joint custody of their one-year-old son ... and he wants spousal support.

It looks like Baccarin's been the breadwinner in the fam -- picking up roles on hits like "Gotham" and "The Flash" -- so, at least on paper, she'll likely end up forking over some amount of cash.

Jennifer Garner has issues with Ben Affleck for sure, but they have nothing to do with Ben's former fiancee, Jennifer Lopez.

Sources directly connected with the couple tell us, neither Ben nor Jen have even raised JLo's name in their decision to divorce. More specifically, we're told Garner has no issue on that front ... it's not about JLo.

The stories about Ben and JLo started circulating after Ben walked over to Jen during the Oscars, said something, and walked away as she brushed his arm.

That said, on the other hand, our sources will not say Ben and Jen never argued about other people during their marriage.

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner are getting divorced NOT because of his drinking and gambling, but because he's become such hot property in Hollywood, she felt neglected ... so say some well-placed sources.

There are clearly 2 views on the demise of the marriage. As we first reported, some sources with a bird's-eye view have told us Jen was fed up with Ben's booze and blackjack habits. But other sources who are also very familiar with the couple are saying when push came to shove, Jennifer made no mention of alcohol and gambling ... her beef was that Ben wasn't a "present husband."

Fact is ... Ben has had back-to-back film projects for several years, and spent much of his time out of town. The sources say Jen felt ignored and neglected, and they argued frequently over it.

These sources say this has nothing to do with Ben being a neglectful dad. Quite the opposite, they say he's a great dad who does everything he can for the kids. And, we're told, she didn't really have any beef about his parenting skills ... her problem was with Ben as a husband.

In the end, we're told the breakup was mutual. Ben felt he was a good husband, who was juggling his career and family, but it wasn't enough for her.
