Tom Segura's estranged wife pulled the trigger on their divorce ... because she filed to officially end her marriage to the comedian ... TMZ has learned.

Christina Pazsitzky filed for divorce in Texas in May. The exes filed court docs to seal the case days later.

The exes share two kids ... Ellis -- who was born in 2016 -- and Julian, who was born 2 years later.

Xzibit says he and his ex-wife have finally come to an agreement on issues involving property and their child ... meaning their years-long legal drama may soon be finalized ... but he's still got an axe to grind over how she and her lawyer handled the case ... TMZ has learned.

The rapper filed a document earlier this month ... and checked off boxes indicating he and Krista Joiner have come to an agreement regarding property issues, child custody and visitation, and child support. The former couple share a son, Gatlyn, who was born in 2010.

Despite reaching a deal on these issues, Xzibit also filed documents claiming he's spent $1.6 million in attorneys' fees and costs over the last five years litigating the case ... which includes around $400K in attorneys' fees he says he's paid for Krista's lawyers. He claims Krista and her lawyer engaged in "scorched earth tactics" that delayed settlement and ran up the costs of the case

Jenna Jameson's ex, Jessica Lawless, tried to annul their marriage roughly a year before the former porn star walked down the aisle for the fourth time ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Jessica filed a petition to annul their marriage in 2025. Jenna failed to respond, and a judge entered a decree of annulment on April 14, 2025, restoring both women to unmarried status.

Jessica initially filed for an annulment in 2024, claiming Jenna entered into the marriage under false pretenses -- but that case was dismissed. Jenna later filed her own divorce case, though it appears that case went nowhere.

Nicole Kidman says her marriage to Tom Cruise felt "natural" at the time, despite being warned not to go through with it ... and she was fine throwing her career away -- as long as it meant she could have him.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, the "Dancing with the Stars" pro says Elena Samodanova knows where he lives and where their 15-year-old daughter, Olivia, is staying. He also says Elena and Olivia have spoken several times since Olivia decided she wants to remain in California with him.

Gleb specifically takes issue with Elena's previous claim that the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office was "taking steps" to locate him and Olivia.

Muse frontman Matt Bellamy is pulling the plug on his marriage to Elle Evans ... because he just filed for divorce.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Matt beelined it to Los Angeles Superior Court on Wednesday and filed for divorce after 7 years of marriage.

The exes share 2 children ... a 6-year-old daughter and a 2-year-old son ... and Matt is asking the court for sole legal and physical custody of the kids.

Elle tells TMZ ... she will fight for custody of their kids, and Matt made the marriage so "unbearable" the divorce filing was "a long time coming."

Liz Cho has filed for a protective order amid her contentious divorce from Josh Elliott ... but the request has nothing to do with her personal safety.

The ABC7 New York news anchor asked the court to block Elliott's attorneys from deposing her on July 23, according to court documents obtained by Page Six.

Cho filed the request July 17, arguing the deposition had been scheduled without first checking whether she or her attorneys were available.

Marcellus Wiley's estranged wife, Annemarie Wiley, was allegedly kept in the dark about his Florida domestic violence case before prosecutors ultimately declined to pursue the charge ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Sources close to Annemarie tell us Florida authorities never alerted her about the decision not to pursue the charge in the case, leaving her in the dark.

As we previously reported, prosecutors said they declined to file charges because the testimonial evidence was not corroborated by physical or other evidence and was therefore insufficient to secure a conviction.

According to new court docs, obtained by TMZ, Bridges' ex Bettijo B. Hirschi says her company developed and managed realtoddbridges.com ... work she values at $20,720.

Bettijo wants the "Diff'rent Strokes" star to decide his website's fate within 30 days after their divorce is finalized. She says he can pay the full amount and take control of the site, let her continue running it under a profit-sharing deal, or pull the plug entirely and have the website permanently deleted.

Adam22 said his wife Lena The Plug "went over the line" when she threw her wedding ring in front of Drake ... but admits he isn't holding it against her.

We got the podcaster in Los Angeles on Monday, and our photog asked about Lena's appearance on the 20-vs-1 dating stream … where the porn star took off her wedding ring and hugged Drake tight, then presented him with a Hall Pass signed by Adam22 himself.

Because there are active legal proceedings and minors involved, I don’t want to litigate the details publicly, but I do want to make clear that any suggestion that I have abducted my daughter or am hiding her is not an accurate characterization of the situation."

Gleb adds, "Regarding Olivia’s phone, she is nearly 16 and is in communication with her mother. I have not prevented her from communicating with her mother."

"Dancing with the Stars" pro Gleb Savchenko's ex-wife wants authorities to find him and their teenage daughter ... saying she has no idea where they're staying in Los Angeles.

According to new court docs, obtained by TMZ, Elena Samodanova says she filed a request with Hong Kong's Department of Justice to have 15-year-old Olivia returned to China.

Elena says she was informed the case was then sent to a California District Attorney’s office ... and that U.S. authorities were now taking steps to locate Gleb and Olivia before deciding what happens next.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Porsha says Simon transferred his interest in the Atlanta mansion they once shared to Porsha through a quitclaim deed.

Porsha says Simon also agreed Porsha is entitled to $1,568,181.63 in reimbursement from his share of the property's equity and further agreed to give Porsha the title to a 2021 Rolls-Royce Ghost.

Tory Lanez and his wife are no longer getting divorced ... 'cause her case has been dismissed as he remains behind bars.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, a judge in Los Angeles dismissed the divorce case, noting there was a lack of movement in the case to bring it closer to a final judgment since it was first filed.

We told you all about it -- Raina Chassagne filed for divorce in June 2024 after almost a year of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences as her reason for the split.
