Seems Mark Cuban buried the hatchet with Clippers owner Steve Ballmer Thursday night ... 'cause last night, they were blowing kisses to each other on kiss cam.

Cuban and Ballmer were both at Staples Center for the first time their teas faced off since the infamous DeAndre Jordan incident over the summer ... where D.A. backed out of a deal with the Mavs and re-signed with the Clips.

You knew there was gonna be tension between the owners ... but nothing a little smoochie smooch couldn't fix, as captured by our friends at BSO.

Mark Cuban tells TMZ Sports ... he will DEFINITELY be in the Staples Center Thursday night when his Mavs take on the Clippers ... more than 3 months after the infamous DeAndre Jordan flip flop incident.

You know the backstory ... Jordan made a handshake deal with the Mavs over the summer (4 years, $80 mil) only to back out and re-sign with the Clippers.

Cuban was clearly pissed about the situation -- but says he got over it -- and DeAndre eventually issued a public apology to Mark.

Still, you KNOW how bad Cuban wants to win this game tonight.

We also asked Cuban if he had any plans to speak with DeAndre -- his response? Nope.

Jay Williams might be in some trouble ... cause "Guy Code" star Andrew Schulz says he's got a secret weapon to defeat the ex-NBA player in their 1-on-1 game ... a CURRENT NBA player.

Andrew and his "Brilliant Idiots" co-host Charlamagne Tha God were out in NYC when we had to ask about the big game he has coming up with the former NBA stud on Sunday.

Schulz only has to score once to beat Jay -- which Charlamagne thinks won't happen -- but Andrew says he's supremely confident 'cause of a little advice from one of Jay's old college rivals ... Pistons guard Steve Blake.

Andrew says Blake can give him the blueprint to stopping Williams ... from the days when Steve's Maryland team used to battle it out with Williams' Duke squad in college.

Check out the clip -- Andrew is the very definition of doubling down ... once again reiterating that Williams is too old, too hurt, and too mentally fragile to keep him from scoring.

Tyson Beckford ain't forgiving and he DAMN sure isn't forgetting that Chris Brown threatened to break his legs -- and he just made that crystal clear.

Ex-NBA stud Jay Williams has found a reason to come back to basketball ... to shut the mouth of "Guy Code" star Andrew Schulz who dared to challenge the former #2 pick to a game of 1-on-1.

This all started after Schulz claimed he could "put seven points" on Williams when Jay was a guest on "The Brilliant Idiots" podcast last month ... a show Schulz co-hosts with Charlamagne Tha God.

Jay took that as a challenge ... and immediately agreed to a 1-on-1 game to 7 points for $500. In fact, Jay's so confident, HE'S SPOTTING ANDREW 6 POINTS!!

If you think it's a joke YOU'RE WRONG. This game is happening in NYC on November 1st ... and when we spoke with both men about the hoops battle ... EPIC SMACK TALK occurred.

Drake turns 29-years-old today and if there's one person who knows that ... it's Meek Mill.

Drizzy's fans have pummeled Meek's Instagram page all day Saturday with birthday shout-outs to the self-proclaimed King of Toronto. In fact, they've commented about Drake's Bday on every post Meek has put up in the last week ... that's 45 pictures.

However, it's safe to say Drake won't be expecting any gifts from Meek this year.

Demi Lovato unceremoniously dumped Adam Lambert as the opening act for her world tour, and is replacing him with Nick Jonas, TMZ has learned ... and Adam is real upset.

Our sources say Demi's people locked in Adam to join her on tour and they were working out details like lighting, billing, etc. Demi and Adam had agreed on the essential terms, including money.

Demi and Nick are repped by the same manager and we're told the manager wanted to place Nick in a tour, because he's hot now and didn't have one, so he convinced Demi to dump Adam for Jonas.

Demi was supposed to announce the tour last week but delayed it ... and now we know why.

We're told Adam feels betrayed and angry words were exchanged between the 2 camps.

An Adam source called the switch "very unprofessional and unethical."

Well, that was quick ... Rick Ross says the war between Meek Mill and Wale is OVER -- and they're gonna prove it by coming together on a new album.

In a video statement to TMZ, Ross says he's "happy" to address the beef between the two rappers signed to his MMG label -- which blew up after Wale went on "The Breakfast Club" and said Meek "brought a pencil to a gunfight" during his battle with Drake.

"Young Meek Mill, Young Wale .. family good, ya dig?! Ya'll know how I do it."

Ross says he'll show the world that the hatchet is buried when he drops "Self Made Vol. 4" -- a collaborative album featuring the entire MMG roster.

No word on when it's gonna drop -- but at this point, the sooner the better ... and we can't wait to hear what they're gonna say.

Master P's wife claims her estranged husband is using their famous son to rob her in their bitter divorce.

Sonya Miller just sued Romeo, claiming his dad is using him to hide assets ... making it look like P has a lot less than in actuality.

Sonya gives examples, the main one being their record label No Limit Records, which she and P created in the '90s. She says in 2010 P and Romeo started a label called No Limit Forever, which is essentially the same company with one big difference ... Romeo is the named founder and owner, which means she can't touch it. Sonya believes it's just a ruse and controlled by Master P.

Sonya also makes mention of the reality show on Reelz called "Master P's Family Empire," and she says he got $750k for the first season and she believes P shielded the money by putting Romeo on the payroll docs.

Sonya is very careful in the lawsuit not to blame her son, saying he may just be an unwitting pawn.

That said, we got Romeo out a year ago and he threw some shade on his mom.

When you win a championship with someone, that's your brother for life ... so says Glen "Big Baby" Davis who tells TMZ Sports the love Kobe Bryant feels for Lamar Odom is as real as it gets.

The NBA star was at LAX and told us the shade Master P has been throwing at Kobe is just because he's upset and hurting ... and he's misdirecting his anger.

Master P says he's willing to have a face-to-face with Kobe Bryant -- and his message would be simple ... "It's just sad that last month no one had anything positive to say about Lamar."

Kobe Bryant isn't taking Master P's insults kindly -- claiming the rapper's decision to question his support of Lamar Odom was downright "insensitive."

It's clear Kobe caught wind of what Master P told TMZ Sports yesterday ... that he thinks Bryant is a "phony" friend to Odom who failed to help the ex-NBA star when he needed it the most.

Now, Kobe has issued a statement on Twitter -- and though he doesn't mention P directly, there's no doubt who the message is for.

"When WE feel the need to question the support of others in moments as critical as a life hanging in the balance, then we must question the kind of culture we have created that has led US to such insensitive suspicion."

Uhhhh.

Maksim Chmerkovskiy HATES Hope Solo -- and is now blasting his former "Dancing with the Stars" partner as a "sh**ty person" and a liar who made his life a living hell.

Maksim and Hope were partners on the show back in 2011 -- and left on horrible terms ... with Solo later making claims in her book that M.C. slapped her in the face during rehearsals.

But moments ago, Maksim fired back on "Allegedly" -- a podcast hosted by Theo Von and Matthew Cole Weiss -- in which he denies the allegations and rips into the Team USA soccer star.

"She's just a sh**ty person," Maksim says. "You can have a sh**ty life growing up ... but if you're a bad person, there's no excuse for that."

Boxing superstar Amir Khan has a pretty insulting message for Floyd Mayweather -- Cluck. Cluck. Cluck.

The 28-year-old champ is seriously pissed off at Floyd -- and Manny Pacquiao -- calling them both out for refusing to fight him in the ring ... and comparing Mayweather to poultry in the process.

"I wanted the Floyd Mayweather fight," Khan told Boxing News ... "Floyd in a way he chickened out, he didn’t give me the fight. Three years he was saying he was going to give me the fight, then he didn’t give me the fight."

When the Mayweather fight fell through, Khan turned his attention to Pacquiao -- but that deal fell apart earlier this month, with Khan claiming Pacman was dragging his feet.

Daniel "Booby" Gibson just became the first member of the NBA fraternity to endorse Matt Barnes alleged attack on Derek Fisher ... saying if it were him, he'd have laid the smack down too.
