Miranda Lambert has kept her boots where they’ve always been … under her bed, and says she was never unfaithful during her 4 year marriage to Blake Shelton ... but he was.

It’s a classic case of he said/she said … but sources close to Lambert say Shelton’s the one who strayed ... with a famous country singer no less.

The sources claim Blake's camp was unscrupulous, and threw mud with the help of a powerful PR firm that attacked Miranda before the ink was dry on the divorce docs.

We're told she's incensed Blake accused her of cheating with a country singer. She says it never happened, and so does the singer.

As we reported, the divorce is so bitter, Blake ordered Miranda to clear her exotic animals off his Oklahoma ranch the very day the judge made the divorce official.

Meek Mill's unloading on Drake ... accusing him of the worst crime possible in the hip-hop game -- his raps verses are written by other hands!

Hours after his GF, Nicki Minaj, jabbed Taylor Swift ... Meek ripped Drizzy, saying ... "Stop comparing drake to me too.... He don't write his own raps!"

The criticism was even more shocking since Drake is ON MEEK'S ALBUM!! But Meek ... "He ain't even write that verse on my album and if I woulda knew I woulda took it off my album..... I don't trick my fans! Lol."

Upping the awkward factor -- Drake's tight with Nicki. So, Meek's pillow talk should be interesting.

Nicki Minaj went for Taylor Swift's neck when “Anaconda” and “Feeling Myself” got snubbed in the VMAs Video of the Year category, and just like that ... TWITTER WAR!

Minaj thinks her solo vid and her duet with Beyoncé got dissed because they don't fit the required body type -- “If your video celebrates women with very slim bodies, you will be nominated for vid of the year.”

Considering Bey (for "7/11") and Taylor (for "Bad Blood") are the only other female nominees ... Swift immediately took offense to Nicki's shot, and fired back, "It's unlike you to pit women against each other."

Minaj claims she wasn't trying to start beef, but the damage has been done.

Shaq's got an ally in his war on Scottie Pippen ... Matt Barnes ... who says the NBA star is delusional if he thinks the Bulls would beat the Lakers in a battle of the greats.

Barnes didn't know about all the personal shots Shaq and Scottie were taking at each other when we saw him at LAX yesterday, but he definitely had an opinion on the 5-on-5 debate.

Shaq claimed the 5 best Lakers of all time would smash the 5 greatest Bulls of all time ... Pippen disagreed. So Shaq called him a woman, a bum and Michael Jordan's bitch.

For the record, Matt's fought alongside Shaq in the past ... bet he'd be down to do it again.

Sen. John McCain isn't explicitly saying it, but he clearly thinks Donald Trump owes him an apology, because he squarely falls into the category of soldiers he believes are heroes.

Our photog, Colin, got McCain Monday night arriving at Reagan National Airport and he did not mince words ... he says Trump owes an apology to the families of POWs and the POWs themselves.

The apology is rooted in Trump's comments that POWs are not heroes. McCain was a POW, ergo he's a hero.

Trump remains at the top of the field among Republican presidential candidates, but a poll released Monday showed his McCain remarks hurt his standing.

Shaq just opened fire on Scottie Pippen -- saying he can't talk smack when it comes to championships because all he did was ride Michael Jordan's coattails.

It all started when Shaq posted a pic of the 5 greatest Bulls of all time (including Pippen) ... and the 5 greatest Lakers of all time (including Shaq) and said the Lake Show would crush CHI by 50!!

Pippen responded with a pic of him and MJ after winning a title and said, "Sorry @shaq but I don't get caught up in hypotheticals. All I know is we won 6 titles, twice the amount you claimed while in LA.."

That's when Shaq hit back -- replacing Pippen's face in the original shot with MJ's face and writing, "Sorry @scottiepippen I don't believe in hypotheticals either, but I seen most of those final you did ok, but this guy did most the work."

And he didn't stop there -- "#youwereok steve kerr and Ron harper deserve more credit than you , remember I WAS BATMAN YOU WAS ROBIN , I was PUFFY YOU WAS MASE."

Ghostface Killah is threatening to put a hit out on Action Bronson -- bragging to the Queens rapper that he's got "shooters" ready to get the job done.

The beef exploded this morning when Ghostface responded to a few cracks Action made on ESPN's "Sportsnation" -- hinting the legendary Wu-Tang Clan MC was washed up.

If AB was joking ... Ghostface did NOT see the humor. Watch his video response ... it's borderline criminal.

Action got the message though -- he apologized moments after Ghostface posted the video, saying ... "When ur wrong ur wrong and I was wrong. I apologized for the comments."

One funny part of this -- the smooth Teddy Pendergrass cut in the background. Soul music makes everything better.

George Lopez went on a full-scale attack in Arizona Saturday night, getting the audience to send a very loud message to Donald Trump ... "F*** that Puto."

Lopez was clearly angered over Trump's comments about Mexicans, and the crowd roared with approval.

It's interesting ... "Puto" is Spanish for male prostitute, and it's considered homophobic by some.

Donald Trump has ignited a fresh political fire, by saying John McCain is NOT a war hero ... more like an ineffective soldier.

Trump was speaking at The Family Leadership Summit in Iowa Saturday, when he mocked McCain's hero status for being captured during the Vietnam war when his plane was shot down.

Trump squarely said McCain's not a hero, because heroes don't get captured.

Rick Ross has something in common with Chris Brown – one of his baby mamas wants a fatter child support check ... due to all the cheese he's making from hawking wings.

Sources close to Nia Guzman tell TMZ ... she thinks many of Chris' friends are gang members or gang-affiliated, and the robbery shows they've now turned on Chris. We're told she's not cool with Royalty being around that element.

We just got more video of Lil Wayne getting drenched onstage Sunday night and everyone says Birdman is the culprit, but it looks like lots of people got soaked during the melee, including Birdman himself.

As we reported, Wayne was onstage at LIV Nightclub in Miami, and as he rapped about his gripes with Cash Money the liquid hits the stage, appearing to douse him.

Kylie Jenner’s cornrows started some racially-charged beef with Amandla Stenberg, who played Rue in "The Hunger Games."

Translation: If you're going to pretend to be black, do better.

Lil Wayne and Birdman's war is blowing up in public now -- the Cash Money boss dumped a drink on Wayne's head!

The massive diss went down in Miami's Club LIV on Sunday night. Weezy was onstage, next to the DJ booth when the drink was hurled from a VIP booth above ... where Birdman was standing.

You can't see it in the video, but sources inside the club tell TMZ ... Birdman did it. Also, we're told Wayne was doing his song, "CoCo -- which is basically a diss track against Birdman and Cash Money.

Seems crazy they'd show up in the same club -- considering their legal feud -- but both came out for a Jim Jones party.

Watch ... when the camera goes up to Birdman's booth, there's a guy with a look that says ... "What? Do something."
