Faye Resnick got a crappy housewarming -- an alleged stalker creeping around the place -- but on the upside, she got herself an awesome spot in the Hollywood Hills just a few months ago.

The "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star -- who famously testified against OJ Simpson AND modeled for Playboy -- snagged the 2,567-square-foot home for a cool $1.6 million.

Resnick's pad is rockin' 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, gazebo, built-in BBQ, and solar-heated-pool.

Just a few weeks after Faye moved in, an alleged stalker snuck onto the property and left a threatening note on her car.

Heather's swanky NYC pad caught fire Saturday night ... after she left a few mood-setting candles burning in her bathroom before heading out for the night. The flames later ignited some clothes hanging nearby ... according to the NY POST.

The NY Fire Department raced to the scene -- and spent 45 minutes battling the blaze, says the report.

Heather -- who was not home at the time -- was quickly informed of the situation and rushed back ... only to find her 12th-story-crib a little toastier than she left it.

A real estate war could be brewing between a Bad Boy founder and a "Bad Boys" producer ... 'cause TMZ has learned Diddy is in the market for the same $23 million Bev Hills mansion that Jerry Bruckheimer is hoping to buy.

Our real estate sources tells us ... Diddy is on the hunt for a brand new pad in certain upscale parts of L.A. ... and one of the homes on his radar is the famous 19,590-square-foot "Harry Cohn" estate in Beverly Hills. In fact, Diddy was photographed at the estate just a few days ago.

Problem is ... Jerry Bruckheimer is also interested in the pad ... and as we previously reported, he put a $23 million offer on the house earlier this month.

Bruckheimer is supposed to close on the house on January 17, but if Diddy decides he HAS to have it, he can still swoop in with a higher bid up until the last minute.

But Jerry shouldn't panic just yet ... sources tell us Diddy probably won't make an offer because he was only planning on dropping $15 mil during this particular real estate venture (even gazillionaires got a budget).

Meantime, sources tell us ... Diddy's been checking out a bunch of other swanky homes with real estate agent Kurt Rappaport -- including a $19 million crib in Bel Air ... with 10 bdrms, 11 baths, staff quarters, media room, wine cellar, sauna ... the works.

Sheryl Crow REALLY wants to unload her Hollywood Hills mansion ... so much so she's offering a little incentive ... as in $2 MILLION OFF the original asking price, ahhhhhhh!!!

Unfortunately ... even with a discount ... it still costs a hefty $14 million. Awwwww.

TMZ broke the story ... Sheryl listed her rustic 11-acre-estate -- which contains THREE houses on one property -- back in October for $15,950,000. Turns out in this economy ... no takers.

Trying to spice things up ... Sheryl drastically reduced the price this month. So now the infinity pool, campsites, hiking trails, 3 separate abodes, wine cellar and palapas can all be yours ...

Kobe Bryant's wife just lost one-third of her real estate portfolio ... unloading one of the three Newport Beach mansions Kobe gave her right after they split back in 2011 ... TMZ has learned.

We broke the story ... Vanessa Bryant listed the 6,000 sq. ft. Newport Beach property back in September for $3.75 million -- and she finally closed the deal this month for $3.22 million.

Kobe and Vanessa purchased the place back in 2003 for $2.65 million. Vanessa's mother Sofia was living in the home prior to the sale.

The house is one of three massive Newport Beach mansions Kobe gave Vanessa last year ... one month after she filed for divorce.

As for the status of Kobe and Vanessa's divorce -- the papers have not been withdrawn ... and one source tells us they're on and off so much it's hard to get a read.

Still, the two were acting pretty coupley in public as recently as New Year's -- maybe 2013 is the year of the comeback.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West aren't committed in matrimony ... but they ARE committed in 11 million (and one) other ways -- TMZ has learned the duo just bought an $11 MILLION MANSION!

Sources close to K & K tell TMZ ... the future parents will be the proud owners of a 10,000-square-foot pad in an über-private, gated community in Bel Air, CA.

Kim and Kanye made the deal a few weeks ago ... and they've already gutted it and are designing a 14,000-square-foot dream home in its place.

The new home will be an Italian-style villa ... with a gym, movie theater, full hair and makeup salon, bowling alley, basketball court, indoor and outdoor pool ... oh and probably a baby nursery. Just a hunch.

Not included ... a wedding date. We're told there are no plans.

FUN FACT: Kim & Kanye's new neighbors will include Jennifer Aniston, Chris Paul, and Joe Francis.

Laurence Fishburne has just obtained a restraining order against a man who showed up on his doorstep on New Year's Day and demanded that the actor move out of his house.

Anthony Francis allegedly told Fishburne he owned the house and the Fishburnes were there illegally. Laurence may have reason to worry. According to the legal docs, cops told Fishburne Francis was released from prison on XMAS day after serving time for cyber-stalking and making criminal threats.

LAPD cops told Fishburne they got a call 2 weeks back from Francis, claiming he owned the actor's pad.

According to docs, Francis left a letter at Fishburne's home last week, which said in part, "You are to leave this house immediately. This means all tenants are to evacuate ASAP."

Wanna live like Lindsay Lohan -- minus the booze and the arrests? Now you can, because the Beverly Hills pad she's been renting is officially back on the market ... for a cool $10,450 per month!!!

You already know the house ... LiLo's been living there since last February -- struggling to pay the massive rent -- and we're told she will be moving out as soon as the year-long lease is up.

Sources close to Lindsay tell TMZ ... the actress wants to ditch L.A. for good and is in the process of finding a new place to live in New York.

Jerry Bruckheimer is thiiiiiiiiiis close to following in the footsteps of infamous studio tyrant Harry Cohn ... he's poised to drop $23 million on Cohn's former Beverly Hills Estate.

TMZ has learned ... Bruckheimer recently made an offer to buy the 19,590-square-foot mansion -- but it's not quite a done deal yet.

As for the hold up ... the estate is currently being sold off by the trustee of Guess founder Georges Marciano -- who lost the house as part of his Chapter 11 Bankruptcy.

We're told the bankruptcy judge already signed off on Bruckheimer's offer, but the deal won't be official until after a hearing -- set for Jan. 17th. During the hearing other prospective buyers can try and outbid Jerry.

As for the 7-bedroom, 9-bath crib ... it's a Hollywood legend. Built by Cohn waaay back in 1927, it sits on 2 acres, has a screening room, card room, billiards room, sunken tennis court, pool ... and of course ... the ghost of Old "King Cohn" wandering it's halls.

Billy Bob Thornton's finally cutting ties with ex-wife Angelina Jolie -- TMZ has learned, he just sold the Beverly Hills mansion the two once occupied together ... for a boatload of money.

The ex couple originally bought the 11,000 sq. ft. pad back in 2000 for only $3.75 million -- right after they got married -- but thanks to celeb realtor Kurt Rappaport, BBT just closed a deal to sell the place for more than double that amount ... $8 million.

A man arrested for trespassing on Taylor Swift's Nashville property earlier this month will skate -- TMZ has learned all criminal trespassing charges against the man were dropped.

As we reported, 24-year-old Jacob Kulke was busted on December 14th after allegedly hopping a fence near Taylor's property. Cops say he told them he was Taylor's BF, and had taken a bus from Wisconsin to be with the singer on her birthday.

But today, prosecutors decided not to pursue criminal charges against Kulke.

According to Kulke's attorney, one of the reasons he won't be prosecuted is because Swift's home did not have "No Trespassing" signs posted at the perimeter, leading Kulke to believe it would be okay to enter the property.
