The "Teen Mom"/porn star plunked down $845,000 for a townhouse in the Hollywood Hills.

It's roomy enough for Farrah and her 7-year-old daughter for sure ... 2,700 square feet, 4 bedrooms, loft and 3 car garage.

George Clooney and Rande Gerber have made a $100 million run south of the border.

We've learned the 2 gazillionaires have sold their Cabo compound to a Mexican billionaire.

George and Rande famously built the 2 homes -- which they call Casamigos -- the name of their super popular tequila. The homes are adjacent, and the billionaire just had to have them.

The 2 houses were designed by famed architect Ricardo Legorreta ... the last properties he designed before he died.

Rande's home was featured in Architectural Digest and George's could've been if he wanted it.

George, Amal, Rande and Cindy are only homeless in Cabo temporarily ... they're building an even more spectacular compound.

Chris Hemsworth's move back to Oz meant ditching 2 gorgeous homes in L.A. -- which in turn meant lining his pockets with an extra $2.6 million!

First the Malibu home ... Chris listed the 6,800 sq ft, 5 bedroom Point Dume spot for $6.5 million last month, but he got $7 mil from the new buyers. Pretty sweet, considering Chris bought it for $4.8 mil.

As for the smaller Santa Monica condo -- it's a mere 1,200 sq ft and 2 bedrooms ... Chris unloaded that for $1.25 mil after spending $820k on it.

The Malibu home closes Monday, and the condo sold last week with listing agent Ryan Davis. As we previously reported Hemsworth ditched L.A. to raise his 3 kids in his native Australia.

Madonna's fighting a new battle over her children -- she wants them to have the right to live in her ritzy NYC condo while she's on the road.

Madge is suing the owners of her apartment building over a new rule put in place years after she signed the lease. Madonna says when she originally signed, the deal was the apartment could be used by her, her spouse, her children, other relatives and even domestic employees.

But in April 2014 the owner amended the lease to say the children could only live in the home while she, a spouse or partner was there as well. The rule applies to everyone in the building, not just Madonna.

Frances Bean Cobain had a major case of stranger danger when she caught a man bolting out of her Hollywood Hills house.

Law enforcement sources tell us Cobain was home alone, in her bedroom, around 7 PM Wednesday ... when she heard a noise. When she went out to check, she saw a guy running out her front door.

We're told the scary encounter was over as quickly as it began. The suspect escaped without taking anything. Cobain immediately called police to investigate, and told officers she did NOT recognize the perpetrator.

The mansion Brooke Shields once rented out to Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck ... is back on the market ... if you've got $35k to drop every month.

Shields is renting out 5,345 square feet of paradise in Pacific Palisades. The Swiss chalet-style crib features 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms and even a "Blue Lagoon" style pool.

Shields -- who spends most of her time in NYC -- reportedly rented out the property to neighbors Jen and Ben ... who only used it as a backup property while theirs underwent renovations.

Amber Rose is dropping nearly $4 million on a massive Mediterranean-style estate in the San Fernando Valley.

TMZ has learned Rose locked down the purchase in February ... she's currently in the moving process.

The 7,233 square foot estate has a lot of impressive amenities ... tennis court, swimming pool and multiple terraces.

Looks like Orlando Scandrick and Draya Michele are looking for some fresh digs for their most recent fresh start ... eyeing a brand new Sherman Oaks mansion before the birth of their son.

Sources close to the Dallas Cowboys star and his fiancee tell TMZ Sports the two are looking at a "secluded Cape Cod compound" in the celebrity laden Sherman Oaks/Encino area.

Orlando had listed his Woodland Hills estate -- with hot shot realtor Lee Mintz -- at $2.1 million late last year ... but recently reduced the price around $250k ... we're guessing to expedite the whole "moving out of the place she tossed my shoes in the pool" thing.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are no longer living under Kris Jenner's roof ... they've moved into the Bel-Air fixer upper even though they're already planning to sell it.

TMZ has learned they felt like this was the right time to fly the coop since they have 2 kids now. When they moved in with mom, Kim was only pregnant with North.

As for their new digs ... you'll recall ... the couple bought the Bel-Air spread for $11 million in 2013 and immediately overhauled it. We're told renovations were completed a few months ago, and a moving truck pulled in Tuesday. But it's a temporary move, since the mansion's already on the market for $20 million.

Ultimately, Kimye will set up shop in a Hidden Hills estate they're building near Kris ... once that construction's complete in a couple months.

Steven Tyler hit up Walt Disney World over Easter weekend and while he didn't crash at Cinderella's Castle, the place where he did stay looked like its own mini Magic Kingdom.

TMZ has learned ... Airbnb hooked up the Aerosmith frontman in a $10k a night lake house in Windermere, about 20 minutes outside Orlando. In other words ... Steven paid zilch to stay there.

We're told he came with his family and there was more than enough room for everyone because the place is huge.

The 4-bedroom home has its own dock on Lake Butler for anyone that gets tired of swimming in the pad's lagoon-like pool.

No doubt Steven slept like a baby after riding the Aerosmith Rock 'n' Roller Coaster ... yep, that's a ride there.

Madonna says she has exclusive rights to the curb outside her NYC residence ... claiming the concrete in question is actually her personal driveway that leads into her private parking garage.

The Department of Buildings tells us that the singer does indeed have the right to a clear driveway, but she doesn't have the right to paint the curb or put up no parking signs on public property.

As TMZ first reported, Madge's neighbor was pissed she had a "Tenant Parking Only" sign and a yellow-painted curb in front of her place. The neighbor looped in the Department of Transportation who demanded Madonna remove the fake sign in addition to the DOT re-painting the curb.

According to the Dept. of Buildings, Madonna has the right to tow people using her spot, but she can't deter them with unauthorized signs.

Madonna just Instagrammed, "Yes Bishes I am Madonna and that is my driveway and if people park in front of it I can't drive in my driveway! So sorry the city doesn't like the color yellow! We will paint a nice dull grey to keep our neighbors happy! Sorry. I'm saying 3 extra Hail Mary's this Easter for this transgression."

Madonna's people concocted a scheme to snag precious parking spots in front of her super expensive NYC apartment, and the authorities came down on them like a brick.

Madonna -- who lives in a $40 million Upper East Side townhouse -- apparently wanted to claim some prime parking spaces ... problem is, they were public spaces, not hers. So we're told her people peppered the area with "Tenant Parking Only" signs. She also had someone emboss a "NO PARKING" warning curbside in cement. For bad measure, they painted the curb yellow.

One neighbor who smelled a rat contacted the city's Dept. of Transportation. Someone from the agency paid a visit Wednesday and told Madonna's people the signage had to be removed ... stat.

BTW, the neighbor tells TMZ, when she questioned a man standing outside Madonna's pad next to 3 SUVs about putting these signs up, the man responded, "We know the right people."

Well apparently, so does the neighbor.

We reached out to Madonna's people ... so far no word back.

A Saudi prince is being sued for hundreds of thousands of dollars for throwing a wild party, allegedly fueled by coke and naked women.

Prince Aziz al Saud rented a house for $90k a month in the Hollywood Hills. He threw a bash in August where 800 of his closest friends attended.

The owner claims the party was a disaster. First of all, he says he only authorized the 29-year-old prince to have 150 guests. He claims in a lawsuit he was present at the bash and at 4:30 AM it was out of control ... guests snorting coke, smoking weed and "numerous strippers dancing naked on the kitchen's countertops."

The lawsuit claims the prince promised he'd pay for the damages, but that didn't happen.

The owner says the floors, furniture and walls were trashed and the repair bill came to more than $86k. He's suing for more than $300k because of lost rent.
