Minnie Driver Sued She's Blasting My House With Baby Food Jars Full of ...

Published | Updated

Minnie Driver's wreaking havoc on her neighbor by chucking baby food jars filled with black paint against his walls ... according to a new lawsuit.

In the docs, Daniel Perelmutter says Driver's made it impossible for him to finish construction on his home, and her obscenity-laced tirades are stressing him out -- a serious issue, since he says he's had a heart transplant.

Daniel's asking the court to remove the electronic gate he used to share with Minnie because she's cut off his access. He also says she's thrown construction materials on his property and blocked in his workers for up to 8 hours -- not to mention those baby food paint grenades.

These 2 have been warring for years -- but now he wants a judge to stop her from blocking his construction.

Prince Check Out My Island Paradise

Published | Updated

Turns out Paisley Park isn't the only Prince real estate that could be hitting the market.

Back in 2010, Prince purchased a 10,000 square foot fortress on the island of Providenciales in Turks and Caicos. Asking price ... $12 million!

The 10 bedroom and 10 bathroom mansion comes with a tennis court, 200 foot boat dock and its own private white sand beach.

Robert Greenwood of Christie's International Real Estate tells us Prince had not fully moved in -- it's sparsely furnished. There's actually a few items in the house from the "Purple Rain" movie, including a mirror and a few chairs.

BTW ... the first thing Prince did when he bought the place ... painted the driveway purple!

Suck it, Tara.

WE EARNED THAT PAD

Jermaine Jackson thinks the deed that was filed attempting to transfer the title of Michael Jackson's Hayvenhurst home to Katherine was kosher, because he says that's exactly what MJ wanted.

We got Jermaine Friday at Health Nut in Calabasas, and he made it clear ... his mother and siblings have big beef with the Michael Jackson Estate.

TMZ broke the story ... Katherine signed legal docs 2 weeks ago making it appear that Michael deeded the family home to Katherine and his 3 kids. Jermaine is acting like either he or his siblings might be behind it, but he never says.

Fact is ... the deed isn't valid, because the property is owned by the estate, and dead people can't transfer property.

Michael Jackson He's So Dead He Can't Give Mom the House

Published | Updated

The estate of Michael Jackson could not be clearer -- the deed that was recorded giving Katherine Jackson ownership of the family's Encino estate is bogus to the core.

Attorney Howard Weitzman is scoffing at the deed TMZ first told you about ... filed by Katherine which gives her 25% ownership in the home, and each of MJ's 3 kids 25% as well.

Weitzman says it's laughable that the person on the deed changing the title is Michael Jackson ... who is utterly incapable of giving anything to anyone anymore. Weitzman says, "Michael's estate owns the property for the benefit of his children and Mrs. Jackson has no ownership interest."

As we reported, although Katherine signed a document attached to the deed, she may not be the mastermind, but Weitzman vows to hunt down the culprit.

Michael Jackson Someone Pulls a Fast One To Grab Michael's Home

Published | Updated

Someone secretly filed legal documents aimed at taking Michael Jackson's Hayvenhurst family home away from his estate and deeding it to Katherine Jackson and MJ's kids.

TMZ obtained the deed which was filed with the L.A. County Recorder's Office. It claims to transfer the long-standing family home in Encino from Michael Jackson to Katherine, Blanket, Paris and Prince. According to the deed, each now has a 25% ownership interest in the home.

It's a weird, suspicious document, but we've verified with the notary public who was there when it was signed that Katherine herself put pen to paper at her home in Calabasas.

As for why it's weird ... it's handwritten, and the deed is not signed although an attachment bears her signature. What's even more hinky ... the person granting the deed is Michael J. Jackson, which is impossible because he's long dead. The estate of Michael Jackson owns the property. The document was signed April 21st and recorded 5 days later.

What we don't know ... is Katherine the mastermind of the ploy or did someone just get her to sign the attachment without telling her it would be filed with a quitclaim deed?

We've learned the estate reps had no idea this document had been filed. As we've been reporting for years, Katherine has been bent out of shape for years, claiming the estate has been stingy with her family.

For all sorts of reasons the attempt to transfer the property won't work, but it's evidence of a continuing conflict between the estate and Katherine.

Blac Chyna Zeroes in on Jealous Friends After Safe Heist

Published | Updated

Blac Chyna is adamant friends-turned-haters are behind her $200k home burglary, and she's out to nab 'em ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected to BC and Rob Kardashian tell us she thinks the heist was done by an inner circle friend who's bitter about her new lifestyle -- no booze and no cigs. BC used to be down to party on the reg, but she's been sober for several months.

She also thinks the culprit is jealous of her $325k engagement rock.

We broke the story ... the burglar(s) made off with cash and jewelry from Chyna's safe. We're told very few people even knew about the safe -- another reason she's convinced it was an inside job.

LAPD is investigating, but BC's on the job too. We're told she's eyeballing security footage to see if she recognizes any cars that approached her house. Don't mess with the woman's money.

Blac Chyna Safe Cracked in Home Burglary ... Rob Calls Cops

Law enforcement sources tell us the burglar jacked more than $200k in cash and jewelry from the safe in BC's Tarzana home. We're told Rob, who also stays at the house, discovered the crime and called cops over the weekend.

Our sources say there were no obvious signs of entry, and the safe wasn't busted open -- leading cops to believe someone in Chyna and Rob's inner circle could be responsible.

As we previously reported ... a Blac Chyna and Tyga sex tape is being shopped around town. It's possible the thieves were looking for a hard copy.

Ryan Sheckler and his family are being sued for almost a million bucks for allegedly screwing over the guy who bought their house.

The San Clemente crib went for $1.5 mil, and the buyer expected it to be in tip-top condition -- far from it, he says. According to the lawsuit, the kitchen appliances and entertainment system were shot, and the latter alone will cost $75k to fix.

But there's more. The buyer says the roof leaks like a sieve ... something that became painfully apparent after the grand entrance of El Nino.

The buyer wants $850k ... partly to cover his losses and partly to teach the Sheckler family a lesson.
