Michael Jackson fans hoping to visit his legendary family home in Encino, CA might not get their wish ... if Jermaine Jackson has his way.

Jermaine told our photog he's dead set against the idea of turning the home -- where MJ recorded some of his biggest hits -- into a tourist attraction ... something Michael's Estate is considering doing.

50 Cent is looking to make a quick buck off one of his greatest assets ... his massive Connecticut estate is now available for rent.

Since he filed for bankruptcy, 50's been trying to dig out from under his debts, and during a meeting of his creditors on Wednesday ... his lawyers revealed the rapper is now trying to sublet the mansion which features 21 bedrooms, 9 kitchens, and even a freakin' CASINO!

No word on how much 50's asking, but bankruptcy docs show he'd been paying $72,000 per month just for maintenance on the place.

The mansion is financially cursed -- previous owner Mike Tyson went bankrupt while living there, and a Lithuanian businessman also went belly up when he called it home.

Talk about a money pit.

Terrell Owens and his San Fernando Valley house are parting ways one way or another -- either he's gonna unload it, or his bank is gonna snatch it so they can sell it.

The people who run Michael Jackson's Estate are considering opening up the family home in Encino, CA to tourists ... the home where MJ recorded his biggest hits, including "Billie Jean."

Sources familiar with the situation tell us, the Estate is noodling the idea of Hollywood tour buses and individuals making the trek to the property and then taking a room-by-room tour.

After Michael bought the house for his family, he tore it down and then built a new one, which included a recording studio where he laid down the tracks for "Billie Jean," "We Are the World," "Beat It," "Don't Stop 'Til You Get Enough," and many others.

Michael also built a 2-story wing which served as his separate living quarters.

Our sources say nothing's in cement ... the Estate is currently exploring the idea and also checking to see if the zoning laws would allow it, and if not whether they could get a variance.

Jesse Metcalfe is still channeling his "Dallas" character Chris Ewing with his recent big purchase – a $2.975 million crib above the Sunset Strip.

The show was canceled last fall after 3 seasons, but Metcalfe's making good use of his hard-earned cash. He purchased the 4 bedroom, 5 bath home in the celeb-favored Birds Streets neighborhood for $175,000 under asking price.

His girlfriend, actress Cara Santana, is also on the deed ... they've been dating for 5 years, so there's plenty of room to settle down and start a family.

Tyga says the eviction lawsuit his landlord filed against him is bogus, because he's NOT a renter ... he's a homebuyer ... and if he's right it's the most screwed up home purchase ever.

According to Tyga, he plunked $200,000 down on the Calabasas mansion a full year ago and the landlord told him he could move in during escrow, without paying any rent.

If that makes no sense, get this. Tyga says the escrow was supposed to close many months ago, but didn't because the seller didn't provide Tyga's bank with info that would allow the loan to be processed.

The landlord begs to differ, and says Tyga is a squatta.

His lawyer, Lee Hutton, tells TMZ, "We evidently live in a world where a man's word is no longer your bond."

And that reinforces the age-old maxim ... get it in writing.

17-year-old Kylie Jenner owns her own $2.7 million home, and her 25-year-old boyfriend, Tyga, is being sued for not paying his rent ... yet again.

Tyga's being sued by his landlord for failing to pay two months rent on his house in posh Calabasas. The pad rents for $25k/month ... and the landlord says he's behind that amount times 2.

If Tyga doesn't fork over the loot by Saturday, the landlord will go for eviction and charge him $833.33 a day in rent.

Fun fact: this is the house where Tyga lived with Blac Chyna ... so she's named as a defendant too.

Just last month, Tyga was ordered to pay $80,000 in back rent to another Calabasas landlord.

Real estate sources tell TMZ ... Tori and Dean’s new Calabasas pad is 3,733 sq. ft. and has 5 beds and 5 baths -- nothing to turn your nose up at, but since their previous home was 6,623 sq. ft. ... this might hurt a bit.

They're renting this place, which has a yard, a pool, and a library -- and we're told the previous tenants dropped about $7k per month on it.

This is the 3rd rental home for Dean and Tori since they sold their big Encino home in 2011 ... for a loss. On a positive note: their rent keeps going down. Not so positive? The houses are getting smaller.
