Jenelle Evans' son Jace was placed in a mental health facility after a frightening incident involving a gun and his grandmother ... TMZ has learned.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... Jenelle's mom Barbara Evans told the reality star Jace allegedly pulled out a firearm, put it to his head, and threatened to kill himself and Barbara.

We're told there were also concerns about possible substance use, with sources claiming Jace had been drinking and using drugs in the lead-up to the incident.

1:21 PM PT -- Alexis’ manager TC Copper tells us … "Thank you for reaching out with this alleged incident. At this time, we are focusing on resolving this situation privately and legally. 

Also, in the video footage Alexis was exiting the building when he called her a bitch and the person that was with the victim stopped anything from happening with him and Alexis."

"Love & Hip Hop" star Alexis Skyy is being sued by her former friend, who claims she jumped him in the lobby of his plush Atlanta apartment complex.

Here's the deal ... Anthony Gaskin -- a former associate of Skyy -- appeared to be captured on tape receiving an epic beatdown at his building back in October 2024, and he says Skyy and two others, Robmira Taylor and Robert Thorne, were the assailants.

Gaskin is now suing Skyy and her crew for the alleged attack, as well as the apartment complex. He claims the building had inadequate security and failed to protect him when Sky and the others were "lying in wait" for him in the lobby.

Dwight and Amber Howard were planning a massive second wedding celebration in India in the weeks and months leading up to their split ... TMZ has learned.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... the couple had been actively discussing and planning a large ceremony overseas, though it's unclear exactly where in India they intended to host the bash.

We're told no official date had been locked in, but the ceremony was very much in the works prior to the divorce.
