Gunfire turned a New Hampshire wedding into chaos this weekend ... leaving one man dead and several others injured, and guests fleeing for safety.

The mass shooting went down around 9:30 PM Saturday night at Sky Meadow Country Club in Nashua, where a wedding celebration was underway. Police say a 59-year-old man was killed, while two others suffered gunshot wounds. Cops say several more guests sustained non-gun related injuries while scrambling to escape the mayhem.

Witnesses described panic erupting as shots rang out inside the venue. At first, cops feared there were multiple shooters, but after reviewing surveillance footage, they confirmed there was only one suspect. The gunman was quickly taken into custody, and officers stressed the public was no longer in danger.

Our sources with direct knowledge of the bizarre project tell us ... approximately 9 women in their 20s walked into an NYC photo shop in 2016, and asked the staff to take photos of them which would be made into pieces for a chessboard.

We're told the ladies said they were in a chess club, but didn't reveal who the club's president was. Over the next several months, our sources say the women came into the shop and posed for 3-dimensional pics in stylish outfits.

An armed man posing as a law enforcement officer at Charlie Kirk's memorial service site was taken into federal custody Friday and charged by the state of Arizona.

The Arizona Department of Public Safety tells TMZ ... 42-year-old Joshua Runkles was taken into custody and booked into the Maricopa County Jail after "exhibiting suspicious behavior" Friday afternoon at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona ... the location of Sunday's memorial service for Kirk.

The Arizona DPS and Secret Service tell TMZ the man informed Secret Service agents he was armed when they approached him, and he falsely claimed to be a member of law enforcement. Officials say he is not affiliated with law enforcement.

Well, that didn't take long -- shortly after bullets ripped through a local ABC news station in California's capital ... cops made an arrest.

Police in Sacramento tell TMZ ... 64-year-old Anibal Hernandezsantana is the alleged shooter ... and he's been arrested and slapped with three felony charges.

Cops say Hernandezsantana is charged with assault with a deadly weapon, shooting into an occupied building and negligent discharge of a firearm.

Luigi Mangione's attorneys are taking a big crap on the federal death penalty case against their client in connection with the murder of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson -- and they're asking a judge to completely throw out the indictment!

In new court documents, obtained by TMZ, Luigi's legal team, Karen Friedman Agnifilo, Marc Agnifilo and Jacob Kaplan, claim that Luigi's rights have been "intentionally and serially violated" by the NYPD, federal government and other public officials in order to secure the possibility of the death penalty for him ... and due to these violations, the "unconstitutional" indictment needs to be struck down.

They list numerous examples as to how Luigi -- accused of shooting UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson to death in December 2024 -- has been wronged, starting with the NYPD's alleged leaking of information pertaining to the investigation, including a handwritten manifesto found on his body when he was taken into custody.

Horrible video has surfaced showing an angry commuter violently shoving an elderly woman off a bus in Massachusetts — but the good news is the alleged perpetrator is under arrest.

The shocking incident unfolded on the afternoon of September 8 aboard a Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority bus in Roxbury. -- and it all got ugly very fast.

Suspected Charlie Kirk shooter Tyler Robinson wore a strange outfit during his first court appearance Tuesday -- and we're told his smock was designed so he couldn't hang himself.

Robinson appeared virtually in a green suicide prevention smock from the Utah County Jail, where he's been locked up in the Special Housing Unit since his arrest last week, accused of fatally shooting Kirk, according to authorities.

During Tuesday's hearing, Robinson was seated in a room facing the camera, which showed him from his head to his torso dressed in the green smock, also referred to as anti-ligature clothing.

The man accused of obstructing the Charlie Kirk murder probe is in even more hot water ... he's now been charged with possessing child porn.

George Zinn -- who falsely told police he shot Kirk moments after the attack -- was charged with obstruction of justice following the September 10 shooting death of the conservative activist at Utah Valley University in Orem, UT.

Now, Zinn has been charged with 4 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor after FBI agents examined his phone and found images of underage girls dressed only in their underwear, according to court documents filed Tuesday by Utah prosecutors. The docs say Zinn admitted to the feds he gets "sexually aroused" by children.

11:26 AM PT -- Prosecutors officially slapped alleged Charlie Kirk murderer Tyler Robinson with 7 criminal charges ... including aggravated murder.

Robinson is facing 6 felony charges and one misdemeanor. Prosecutors said during the news conference they intend to seek the death penalty.

The other charges ... felony discharge of a firearm causing serious bodily injury, two counts of obstruction of justice, two counts of tampering with a witness, and a misdemeanor count of violent offense committed in the presence of a child.

Utah law enforcement personnel are set to hold a press conference Tuesday after charges were filed against Tyler Robinson, who is suspected of fatally shooting Charlie Kirk ... officials are expected to give details on each of the counts.

This update comes less than a week after Robinson was apprehended as the main suspect in the conservative pundit's assassination ... he was booked on suspicion of committing 3 crimes in the case, including aggravated murder, obstruction of justice, and felony discharge of a firearm causing serious bodily injury.

Robinson was formally charged Tuesday ... with Utah County Attorney Jeff Gray previously noting that they're in the "very early stages" of the investigation.

Fans applauded Luigi Mangione's lawyers Karen and Marc Agnifilo as they left court Tuesday morning after a judge threw out 2 state murder charges related to acts of terrorism.

We caught them exiting the New York City courtroom ... they remained nearly tight-lipped about Luigi, though Marc let us know he's feeling "positive" as Sean "Diddy" Combs' sentencing quickly approaches. Remember -- his federal sentencing for his conviction on 2 counts of transportation to engage in prostitution is scheduled for October 3.

President Trump has made it clear he wants Tyler Robinson executed for allegedly assassinating Charlie Kirk ... and if Trump gets his way, Kirk's alleged killer faces a torturous fate.

The case will play out in Utah, where capital punishment is still a thing ... and where folks on death row are executed one of two ways ... firing squad or lethal injection.

Cops still haven't figured out some key elements of the homicide case involving a body found in a Tesla registered to D4vd ... but progress is being made.

LAPD sources with direct knowledge tell us police still have not been able to identify the victim. The body was badly decomposed and chopped up when it was found earlier this month in the front trunk of the singer's Tesla.

Our sources say detectives have yet to determine who was using D4vd's Tesla before it was abandoned in the Hollywood Hills and impounded with body parts inside. The car was never reported stolen.

Law enforcement arrested Robinson about two hours after the alleged message was sent.

Two people are in police custody after allegedly trying to blow up a local TV news van in Utah.

An explosives device was found under a news van belonging to KSTU FOX13 News Utah and the device "had been lit but failed to function as designed" ... according to KUTV, citing court records.

The explosives device was reportedly found Friday in Salt Lake City ... and the suspects were busted after FBI agents and bomb squads from local law enforcement descended on a residence in Magna, Utah, a city just to the northwest of Salt Lake City.
