TMZ Sports has obtained police video from the night of Robert Quinn's January arrest ... and in the footage, you can see the ex-NFL star was bleeding from his face -- while appearing to be combative with officers.

The scene all unfolded at around 2 AM on Jan. 10 in North Charleston, S.C. ... after Quinn allegedly crashed his truck into a parked car -- and then attempted to flee the area.

According to a North Charleston Police Department incident report, the former Dallas Cowboys pass rusher was confronted by cops as he seemed to be trying to get away from the crash site via a ride from an acquaintance.

Benjamin Glaze -- an "American Idol" contestant who went viral after Katy Perry kissed him during his audition -- has been sentenced following his 2024 arrest for allegedly possessing child porn.

According to a Tulsa PD Facebook post, Glaze pleaded guilty on September 15 and was sentenced to 25 years -- with 15 years served in custody, and 10 years suspended. He must also register as a sex offender.

We told you all about it -- Glaze was arrested in 2024 after Tulsa's Sexual Predator/Digital Evidence Recovery Unit was tipped that he was in possession of child sexual abuse material.

Austin PD officials announced Friday they believe Robert Eugene Brashers gagged and shot to death the four victims inside the "I Can’t Believe It’s Yogurt!" shop on December 6, 1991. Each victim had been shot in the head.

The bodies of Eliza Thomas, 17, Jennifer Harbison, 17, Sarah Harbison, 15, and Amy Ayers, 13, were discovered after the killer set the store ablaze. One of the girls had been sexually assaulted and a partial male DNA profile was recovered from the victim.

New video has surfaced from November 13, 2022 -- mere hours after Kohberger butchered Kaylee Goncalves, Madison Mogen, Xana Kernodle and Ethan Chapin -- and it shows the confessed killer strolling inside a Clarkston, Washington Costco as if nothing happened.

Kohberger gives a little head nod to the greeter at the front of the store, but she stops him and apparently asks for proof of membership. The greeter then seemingly tells Kohberger he needs to leave if he doesn't have one.

Tekashi 6ix9ine copped to violating the terms of his probation once again, this time for pleading guilty to assaulting a man in a mall who called him a "snitch" ... and now he's been placed on supervised release with an ankle monitor.

TMZ Hip Hop obtained legal docs handed down in federal court in NYC on Friday, ordering the rainbow-haired rapper to adhere to home confinement with an electronic monitor, barring the usual exceptions for getting out of the house ... like for religious services, medical and mental health treatment, and court-ordered appearances.

The altercation went down in August at the Palm Beach County Mall in Florida after 6ix9ine and another man were accused of knocking a third man down to the ground, then kicking and punching him until they realized he was armed, and fled the scene.

Diddy's hearing on his motion to get the Mann Act charges thrown out started just a short time ago ... and, his lawyers are taking their argument from legal motions to real life -- firing off in a New York City courtroom.

The rapper's legal team -- led by Marc Agnifilo -- kicked off their argument by repeating to the judge what they previously stated in legal papers ... prostitution means one person paying to have sex with another person. They insist it doesn't refer to someone who pays to watch two people have sex, like Diddy did.

However, prosecutors responded by pointing out Diddy wasn't just going somewhere and sitting in a booth to watch two people get it on ... they say he reimbursed his ex-girlfriends for arranging the sexual encounters and derived sexual gratification himself from watching.

Sean "Diddy" Combs is getting another bite at the apple ... his attorneys will be in court today arguing to overturn his conviction on 2 federal counts of the Mann Act.

Diddy's legal team is asking Judge Arun Subramanian to change Diddy's Mann Act conviction to an acquittal or give him a new trial. Federal prosecutors are opposed to both.

As you know, the Mann Act prohibits the transportation of individuals across state lines for the purposes of prostitution.

Luigi Mangione says President Trump is violating his right to a fair trial by continually trashing him in public comments, especially in the wake of the Charlie Kirk assassination ... and he wants prosecutors in the case to be ordered to tell him to cut it out.

In new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Luigi's legal team says comments made by Trump and several prominent members of his Administration are prejudicing Luigi "by baselessly linking him to unrelated violent events, and left-wing extremist groups, despite there being no connection or affiliation."

The Florence County Sheriff’s Office has arrested 32-year-old Alexander Paul Robertson Lewis, a teaching assistant at West Florence High School, for spraying what they say is "an internet acquired spray designed to imitate fecal odor at the school."

Sean "Diddy" Combs' army of attorneys is laying out all the reasons why they say he should not have the book thrown at him when a judge sentences him in his criminal case.

Diddy's defense team -- spearheaded by Marc Agnifilo and Teny Geragos -- just filed a sentencing packet for the court and prosecution, where they advocate for a more lenient sentence.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Diddy says the sentencing guidelines for his conviction on 2 counts of the Mann Act is no more than 6-to-12 months in prison on each count, which accurately reflects the seriousness of the offenses laid out at his federal trial in NYC.

The FBI says a Sacramento man accused of opening fire on a local TV station Friday left behind chilling handwritten notes ... including one directly threatening well-known political figures.

According to the feds, agents searching Anibal Hernandez Santana's home and car found two disturbing messages. In his house, tacked to a refrigerator planner under the Friday listing, was the line: "Do the Next Scary Thing."

A Black screenwriter is blaming an "old white lady" for getting him kicked off a train ... he says he was racially profiled, but cops in New York say he refused to take his feet off a seat.

Alex O'Keefe, who writes for the FX hit "The Bear," posted video of himself being confronted by MTA police officers while on a train from NYC to Connecticut ... and he says a "Karen" complained and told him "to correct how I was sitting."

The video shows cops slapping handcuffs on Alex and hauling him off the train. He's being told to stop resisting and he asks officers if he's being arrested. Alex turns the camera on an elderly white woman in a face covering, who he says pointed at him when she got on board.

Residents of Nashua, New Hampshire, were left reeling after an individual barged into a ballroom where a wedding was being held at Sky Meadow Country Club and began shooting, killing one on Saturday, Sept. 20, 2025.

Authorities later arrested Hunter Nadeau in connection to the incident, and he's since been charged with second-degree murder.

We're going to see how the suspect is connected to the site of the shooting and how he might be facing even more consequences for his alleged actions.

Hunter was reportedly a former employee of the Sky Meadow Country Club, according to WMUR-TV in Manchester, N.H.

New Hampshire Attorney General John Formella said the suspected shooter hadn't worked at the venue for approximately a year at the time of the shooting.

Sky Meadow Country Club's owner Rob Parsons issued a statement, calling the suspect a "coward." He further described the incident as "heinous" and expressed confidence about the suspect being "held to account for what he did."

Nadeau allegedly made several statements during the shooting, including "Free Palestine" and "the children are safe," according to WMUR.

A.G. Formella said the suspect's statements were likely meant to "create chaos in the moment" and added there wasn't any evidence to suggest the incident was a "hate-based act."

The shooting reportedly lasted less than a minute, during which Nadeau allegedly fired a fatal shot at 59-year-old Rob DeCesare, who reportedly lived on the country club premises and who was having dinner with his wife and daughter, according to WBZ-TV. Two other people were wounded by gunfire, and several others were injured in the mayhem.

Nadeau was reportedly hit over the head with a chair, and several people attempted to subdue him, but he managed to escape the premises.

DeCesare's wife wife told the Associated Press she saw the shooter walk into the room appearing to target a restaurant employee.

Hunter Nadeau was arrested about an hour and a half after the shooting in a nearby neighborhood, WMUR reports, and he's since been charged with one count of second-degree murder. More charges are expected.

Although Nadeau waived his arraignment, a judge stated he'd remain in custody at a separate hearing, according to WCVB-TV.

Cops have identified the suspect and victim in the deadly shooting that rocked a New Hampshire country club over the weekend.

Cops say 23-year-old Hunter Nadeau stormed into the Sky Meadow Country Club in Nashua late Saturday night and opened fire, killing 59-year-old Steven DeCesare and injuring two other people.

According to the New Hampshire Attorney General and Nashua Police Chief, Nadeau has been hit with a second-degree murder charge and is expected to face additional counts.
