William Kelly I Dared Pam Bondi To Arrest Me ... And She Did!
A third person has been taken into custody following a controversial anti-ICE protest in Minnesota this week ... after he dared U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi to arrest him.
Bondi announce William Kelly's arrest on social media Thursday, writing ... "Our nation was settled and founded by people fleeing religious persecution. Religious freedom is the bedrock of this country."

Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem later announced -- on social media -- Kelly has been charged with conspiracy to deprive rights.
Earlier this week Kelly -- a U.S. Army veteran who's been active in challenging ICE, CBP and the Trump Administration -- called Bondi a "traitorous b****" and dared her to "come and get" him on his TikTok account, @dawokefarmer2.
In the video he claimed children are being "dragged into concentration camps."
ICYMI ... protestors entered Cities Church in St. Paul, Minnesota, this past Sunday to confront pastor David Easterwood, who is an ICE official. Easterwood wasn't at the church at the time.
Lawyer Nekima Levy Armstrong, who was interviewed by former CNN host Don Lemon during the protest, and Chauntyll Louisa Allen have both been arrested in connection with the incident this week. The DOJ attempted to charge Lemon as well ... but a federal judge shot that attempt down.

Canadian Olympic snowboarder-turned-alleged international drug kingpin, Ryan Wedding, has been arrested after more than a year on the run.
Wedding, wanted by the U.S. government, is in custody. He was arrested in Mexico late Thursday night, FBI director Kash Patel said.
He will be transported to the U.S. to face justice, he added.

10:30 AM PST -- Rudy Youngblood was arrested Thursday after officers say he was found to be in possession of meth during an arrest in October ... this according to court documents obtained by TMZ.
We told you about the October incident -- cops stopped him at a boat ramp in Bell County, Texas and discovered there was a warrant out for his arrest for allegedly assaulting a member of his household. Officers say they found a baggie of what they suspected to be meth on him ... along with a metal scale, straw and a glass pipe. They sent the substance for testing, which they say confirmed it was meth and ultimately let to the issuance of the arrest warrant.
Rudy Youngblood -- best known for his role in Mel Gibson's Oscar-nominated film "Apocalypto" -- was arrested Thursday in Texas on a substance charge, TMZ has learned.
Officers picked him up on a warrant filed in Bell County on Wednesday for a drug charge. He's booked in the Henderson County jail for possession of a controlled substance in an amount between 1 gram and 4 grams ... a felony that could put him behind bars for up to 2 years, along with a fine of $10,000.
City of Brownsboro Chief of Police Scott Myntti tells TMZ ... he was initially pulled over for speeding and when his license was checked, it showed he was wanted. He was cuffed and booked without incident. He remains in custody as of Friday morning.
Liam Ramos ICE Takes 5-Year-Old Kid Into Custody
A 5-year-old boy was allegedly used as "bait" by ICE agents making arrests in a Minneapolis suburb Tuesday afternoon, according to the superintendent of the Columbia Heights Public School District.
Zena Stevnik told reporters Liam Ramos was apprehended at his home by ICE agents on Tuesday after returning from school with his father, according to Minnesota Public Radio News.
Stevnik said another adult in the driveway at the house begged the agents to let him take care of the child ... but was refused. Liam was told to knock on the door of the house to see if anyone else was home, MPR News reports.
Agents took Liam and his father away in an SUV, and they were transported to Texas.
A lawyer representing Ramos' family told MPR News ... "just because something is legal doesn’t mean it’s moral. Yes, they may have the legal authority to detain a 5-year-old, but why?”
Stevnik said nearly a third of students in the district have been missing classes, as ICE activity in Minnesota has escalated dramatically, and violently, since the beginning of the year.
Three other students in the Columbia Heights Public School District have been taken into custody by ICE over the past two weeks.

Dirty Boxing champ Jairzinho Rozenstruik was arrested Monday over an alleged domestic violence incident ... after the former UFC star is accused of getting into a blowout argument with his partner, TMZ Sports has learned.
According to an incident report from Pembroke Pines PD, cops were initially dispatched Monday morning regarding a "suspicious incident" ... which they say was later revealed to be a "domestic battery."
When they arrived, officers say they made contact with Rozenstruik, who told them his partner, who was not identified, pushed him during an argument.
Cops say the 37-year-old fighter was "uncooperative and advised they 'figured it out' and did not need law enforcement."

A woman who called 911 to report a burglary at Greg Biffle's home told police she felt something was off when she noticed several doors were kicked in upon her arrival.
TMZ Sports obtained audio of the call on Friday ... a week after the late NASCAR legend's North Carolina home was burglarized on January 8.
The unidentified woman told police she arrived at the Biffle residence to help clean things up weeks after the tragedy ... and when she got there, she said she noticed signs of a burglary.
"I'm at the house now, and it looks like someone tried to break in," the woman said. "Yeah, someone tried to kick the doors in."

ICYMI ... the social media star was arrested in April 2025 after several livestreamed stunts in Bonifacio Global City, which reportedly involved instances of harassment and theft, the Philippine Star reports.
Vitaly was charged with unjust vexation, alarm and scandal, and attempted theft. He was designated as an "undesirable foreign national."

The Bureau of Immigration, which serves as the Philippines' agency for managing immigration laws, is reportedly coordinating the details of Vitaly's deportation with Russian authorities.

NYC's newspaper of record published its findings Thursday ... citing Steven Baer, a licensed fiduciary who was Nick's appointed conservator, and a clerk for the Los Angeles County Superior Court. However, they did not provide any details beyond confirming Nick was in the conservatorship in 2020.

11:03 AM PT -- West's attorney, Brandon Sloane, tells TMZ Sports he's confident the details of the case will show there's much more to the story ... but the ex-NBAer is using the experience as a wake-up call to seek professional help.
The attorney says he is "proud of Delonte as he has used this process to seek out help and been released on bond to a treatment facility. We all look forward to his continued progress, and Delonte is particularly appreciative of the numerous thoughts and well wishes over the last several weeks."
Delonte West has found himself in trouble with the law again -- the former NBA star was arrested last month in Virginia after he allegedly robbed an individual -- TMZ Sports has learned.
Law enforcement tells us they received a call from a person who reported getting robbed and assaulted in the 5900 block of Richmond Highway in Belle Haven ... and claimed the culprit ran off on them.
When cops arrived on the scene, they learned the individual in question didn't get far. The caller pointed out the man across the street as the one they were looking for. It turned out to be West, whom officials in the area have unfortunately become familiar with over the years.
