Diddy's ex-girlfriend of 11 years typed a letter to Judge Arun Subramanian ahead of Diddy's sentencing Friday after his conviction on 2 counts of the Mann Act -- which is transporting a person or persons across state lines for the purposes of prostitution.

Cassie wrote she felt trapped in her 11-year relationship with Diddy because he used threats and substances to control her and her career as a singer.

Benjamin Glaze -- the ex-"American Idol" wannabe who kissed Katy Perry on the show -- was slapped with a 25-year prison stint after his recent child porn conviction ... and newly revealed release conditions are so wild, they’ll be sure to raise his own eyebrows … though nothing else below the belt.

TMZ got the court docs, and they spell it out clearly ... after grinding through 15 years behind bars, he’s gotta strap in -- literally -- 'cause his 10-year suspended sentence comes with a wild list of hoops, including a penile plethysmograph test ... a device that tracks arousal while he’s shown everything from PG-rated content to flat-out filth.

On top of enrolling in a sex offender program, he’s also gotta take the Abel Screen -- a test that times how long his eyes linger on slides of kids versus adults.

Celeste Rivas went home to visit family in Lake Elsinore, CA exactly one year before her body was found in D4vd's Tesla ... that's what this new video of her arguing with her parents' neighbors seems to show.

The video, obtained by TMZ, was recorded by a Nest camera on September 8, 2024 -- months after Celeste had been reported missing -- and neighbors say it shows her going off on a family over a prank.

In the clip, a family sits outside their apartment building, listening to music when Celeste starts yelling ... accusing one of the kids of ding-dong-ditching her parents' home.

Austin Wolf -- a popular gay porn star -- is headed to prison for nearly two decades after being convicted of horrific crimes involving children.

Federal prosecutors in New York announced Monday that the 44-year-old was sentenced to 19 years behind bars for enticing a minor to engage in illegal sexual activity and for a pattern of prohibited sexual conduct. The decision was handed down after the adult film star pleaded guilty.

Authorities say Smith targeted kids as young as 7, arranged meet ups with minors, solicited explicit material from teens, and even possessed more than 1,200 files of child pornography, including videos of infants and toddlers being abused. He also distributed illegal content to at least 15 others, according to prosecutors.

Looks like Charlie Javice is gonna have to get used to jumpsuits ... because she's gonna be wearing one for seven years.

The former entrepreneur was sentenced to 85 months in prison Monday after being convicted of three counts of fraud, as well as a count of conspiracy to commit fraud, in March, according to The New York Times.

Things could have been a lot worse, though, as prosecutors were looking to get her sent to prison for 12 years, as well as pay $300 million in restitution, reports Business Insider. She's also going to be on supervised release for three years after she leaves prison.

ICYMI ... Javice founded Frank, a company which promised to help students complete financial aid forms. It was acquired by J.P. Morgan in 2021 -- and the financial institution coughed up a cool $175 million as part of the sale. Charlie also ended up on Forbes' "30 Under 30" list during Frank's heyday.

The thing is, Frank's customer base wasn't as stellar as Charlie claimed, and she purchased real names and email addresses from commercial data brokers to bump up her company's number of users from less than 300,000 to over 4 million, according to the Associated Press.

Charlie was reportedly apologetic at her sentencing, during which U.S. District Judge Allen Hellerstein argued the prosecution's request for 12 years was too much -- and that the defense's counter of 18 months was "too low," reports the New York Post.

Celeste Rivas death certificate shows what we expected ... the cause of death is being deferred, while the L.A. County Medical Examiner and the LAPD try to establish how she died.

The death certificate, obtained by TMZ, says Celeste was found on September 8, 2025 in a vehicle. The manner of death is pending as the investigation continues.

The certificate says an autopsy was performed, but we're told the M.E. is awaiting toxicology results.

Celeste Rivas' death investigation is "complicated" and one of the key undetermined factors is establishing cause of death ... this according to the LAPD Captain leading the investigation.

Captain Scot Williams tells TMZ ... they are working with the L.A. County Medical Examiner to establish Celeste's cause of death. This is critical because up to now, it hasn't been clearly established whether she died from foul play or other causes. In other words, without the M.E.'s findings, it can't be squarely called a homicide, drug overdose, or anything else.

The Captain also tells us ... investigators continue to process the Tesla for evidence -- and that includes possible digital and video evidence. We asked if Tesla cameras captured the person or persons who put Celeste's body in the truck, but he would only repeat the Robbery Homicide Division is still processing all Tesla evidence.

Jillian Lauren Shriner's gotta be letting out a sigh of relief right about now ... because she managed to skirt jail time.

A judge granted the wife of Weezer's bassist, Scott Shriner, a diversion as a result of mental health issues on Thursday, according to the Los Angeles Times.

In case you forgot, Jillian ended up on the wrong side of the long arm of the law back in April after she shot at cops who were searching for suspects in a nearby hit-and-run incident -- which had nothing to do with her -- near her home in the Eagle Rock neighborhood of Los Angeles. She allegedly pointed a gun at officers and fired ... officers then shot her in the shoulder, and she was be treated for her injury.

D4vd has not been named as a suspect in Celeste Rivas' death ... but many are wondering how her body ended up in his trunk ... especially since the Tesla he drives can send a notification about being opened directly to his phone.

Here's the deal ... the 2023 Model Y Tesla has moved beyond the standard key and fob ... with many using a Tesla app to open and drive the vehicle.

The app's chock-full of helpful features ... including the ability to send a push notification to your car if you leave your trunk open for more than 10 minutes.

The shooter who killed at least four people at a Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Grand Blanc, Michigan Sunday morning had extensive military experience and served in Iraq.

Thomas Jacob Sanford -- who was killed after exchanging gunfire with police -- was reportedly an Iraq War veteran who served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 2004 to 2008.

It appears Sanford -- who reached the rank of sergeant -- supported President Donald Trump, at least at some point in the past ... 'cause he wore a T-shirt featuring a prominent "Trump 2020" logo on the front in one of his social media posts.

Celeste Rivas' dismembered body was sitting in D4vd's Tesla for weeks before being uncovered by police, according to the LAPD.

Speaking with PEOPLE, LAPD Captain Scot M. Williams says ... "We know that the Tesla had been parked at the location from which it was towed for several weeks, so it is very likely Celeste Rivas Hernandez had been dead for several weeks prior to her body being discovered."

Williams says it's still unclear whether anyone has "any criminal culpability" for Celeste's death "beyond the concealment of her dead body" ... noting the medical examiner has yet to determine a cause or manner of her death.

Law enforcement agents have identified the suspected shooter who killed at least two people and injured more at a church in Michigan Sunday.

Thomas Jacob Sanford -- a 40-year-old from Burton, MI -- was shot dead by police after they say he rammed his car through the front doors of the church and opened fire on hundreds of worshippers in the building.

They also say he started a fire in the church ... the motive for which they're still trying to ascertain at this time.

Skylar Thompson -- the Pittsburgh Steelers backup quarterback -- was attacked in Ireland before their game against the Minnesota Vikings, according to reports.

Tom Pelissero -- a longtime sports reporter who now works for NFL Network -- first reported the news that several men jumped and robbed Thompson while he was walking around Dublin earlier Saturday morning, around 3 AM local time.

Thankfully, Pelissero says Thompson -- who is currently on the injured reserve list -- suffered only minor injuries in the beating.

11:06 AM PT -- Police have revealed some details about the deadly attack on a Mormon church in Michigan ... claiming a 40-year-old suspect drove his vehicle through the front door of the church before firing shots from an assault rifle at hundreds of people attending a service. As of the most recent press conference, 1 person is confirmed dead, 9 others were injured.

Grand Blanc Township Police Chief William Renye also said they believe this suspect started the fire at the church ... though the motive for this is unknown.

Chief Reyne says authorities think it's possible people near the fire were unable to escape the blaze -- and, they expect to find additional victims as the day goes on.

Multiple people have been killed and injured in an active shooting at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Michigan on Sunday.

The shooter is down, and the church is on fire, the Grand Blanc Township Police Department confirmed. Police have asked the public avoid the area and has established reunification sites. There is no further threat at this time.

At least two person has been confirmed dead after the shooting, according to authorities.

The man arrested for allegedly shooting 3 people dead in a bizarre boat attack in North Carolina Saturday night sued Kellie Pickler, claiming she tried to poison him, earlier this year -- over a decade after he was her date to the CMT Music Awards.

Once you soak that in ... let us explain. Nigel Edge, a Brunswick County resident, has been accused of shooting down 3 people and injuring 8 others at the American Fish Company saloon in Southport, North Carolina Saturday night.

In February, the same man accused Pickler of trying to take his life by poisoning him the same night they attended the CMTs together in 2012, according to court documents obtained by TMZ. He even includes a photo of the pair at the event -- notably, he calls it the CMA Awards, but the photo shows them at the CMTs.
