Dayton James Webber -- the professional cornhole player who happens to be a quadruple amputee now accused of murder -- showed people on social media how he can load and fire a handgun in a resurfaced clip.

The video posted to Webber's YouTube -- which is making the rounds online after Webber was arrested for murder -- features Webber out in a field ... sitting on grass littered with shotgun shells and other casings.

Watch the video ... Webber forces the magazine into the weapon with one arm while balancing it on his leg -- before picking it up and holding it between the end of his left arm and the bicep of his right.

The man who was beaten up by "Reacher" star Alan Ritchson suffered serious injuries, and now they are all coming into focus.

TMZ obtained new injury photos of Ronnie Taylor, who got into an altercation with Alan on Sunday afternoon that was caught on video in Brentwood, Tennessee, where they live.

In the new photos ... Ronnie is displaying a huge shiner on his left eye, with deep scabs on his forehead, and puffy cheeks.

Taylor Frankie Paul is refusing to stay off social media following the cancellation of her 'Bachelorette' season ... and this time, she is speaking directly about the video of her 2023 fight with ex Dakota Mortensen, that led to her arrest.

Check it out -- TFP commented on a fan video about the messy ordeal, saying the footage is affecting her young daughter all over again. She wrote ... "Worst part is my daughter having to relive and see it all over again years later after extensive work with her and apologies to her about that night -- and my baby boy birthday was taken from him."

As you know, Taylor's daughter was crying in the shocking video released last week, and at one point, Dakota accuses Taylor of hitting her in the head with a metal stool after she chucked several at him. The video was published on their son Ever's birthday.

Dakota Mortensen had a lot to say about his 2023 fight with Taylor Frankie Paul in a phone call with cops ... recalling the moment she threw a barstool that allegedly hit her child and answering questions about her urinating on herself.

TMZ obtained police body camera footage from the investigation into the February 2023 fight that landed Taylor in some legal hot water ... and you hear Dakota telling cops that she threw a metal barstool at him that he says ricocheted and hit her kid, who was sitting on the couch in Taylor's living room as the fight played out only feet away.

Dakota says he deflected the object Taylor hurled at him, and it struck her child, who then started crying.

Joseph Duggar's wife, Kendra, was released from jail in Arkansas on Friday ... and we now have video of the reality TV star being booked into jail before her detainment.

Watch the clip ... you can see Kendra awaiting instructions while sitting on a bench inside the jail facility. She's then taken to another part of the room, where she's given a pat-down by an official who first asks her to place her hands on the wall.

After examining Kendra's teeth, officials have Kendra remove her shoes, before leading her to another room with her hands behind her back.

OJ da Juiceman got arrested in Georgia after allegedly pointing a handgun at a state trooper ... but it looks like he's ready to fight the allegation.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the trap rapper was arrested March 15 by the Georgia State Patrol and slapped with 10 charges ... after a trooper claimed OJ passed him on the interstate and pointed a gun at him multiple times.

The trooper claims they were merging into the HOV lane on I-20 East in Atlanta in late January when OJ started tailgating and honking at him. He says OJ then passed him, pointed a black handgun at him, and sped off, recklessly driving in and out of traffic.

The trooper alleges he caught up to OJ, and OJ again pointed the gun at him and drove away recklessly.

A professional cornhole player who happens to be a quadruple amputee is facing murder charges over the shooting death of a man in Maryland ... TMZ Sports has learned.

According to the Charles County Sheriff’s Office, Dayton James Webber was booked Sunday after witnesses said he shot and killed a passenger in his car earlier the same day.

The sheriff's office says the witnesses were in the back seat when Webber -- who they say was driving -- got into an argument with the front seat passenger. Witnesses told police that’s when the 27-year-old pulled a gun and fatally shot the passenger. Cops say they all knew each other.

According to law enforcement, the witnesses said Webber pulled the car over and asked them to help pull the body out of the car ... but they told authorities they said no, and got out of the car … while Webber drove off with the alleged victim's body still in the car.

Later, cops say they got a call about a body in a yard … and identified the man as Bradrick Michael Wells, also 27, who was pronounced dead at the scene.

Officers say they found Webber’s car in Charlottesville, Virginia before tracking him down at a nearby hospital … where they say he was trying to get treated for “a medical issue.”

He was booked in Virginia by the Albemarle County Police Department and subsequently charged as a fugitive from justice. According to officers, he’s set to be extradited back to Maryland, where authorities say he will be charged with first-degree and second-degree murder, and other charges.

Back in 2023 … Webber wrote an essay for "Today" about playing cornhole professionally with the American Cornhole League as a quadriplegic.

Gypsy Rose Blanchard is well aware of the backlash after she participated in a viral TikTok challenge ... and she's realized it went pretty damn poorly.

Here's the deal ... Gypsy has been flamed online since she seemingly made light of her mother's murder while taking part in the "We Listen and We Don't Judge" challenge with influencer Natalie Reynolds.

Gypsy sat down with TMZ's Charlie Neff and told us ... she totally gets it and people are not overreacting to the moment when she seemed to shrug off her mother's gruesome murder ... and she's sorry.

5 PM PT -- Later in the day, the jury added on $40 million in punitive damages.

Bill Cosby just took a huge loss in court today ... a jury reportedly awarded $19.25 million to Donna Motsinger after she alleged the comedian drugged and raped her in 1972.

Jurors reportedly found Cosby liable for sexual assault and sexual battery while awarding Motsinger $17.5 million for past mental suffering, and $1.75 million for future suffering.

According to Rolling Stone, the jury also left the door open for future punitive damages by determining Cosby acted with "malice, oppression, or fraud."

"Reacher" star Alan Ritchson did not instigate the fight with his neighbor in Tennessee, and was pushed off his bike twice by the man before the video-recorded beatdown, according to sources close to the actor.

Our sources tell us ... witnesses saw Alan riding his motorcycle down the street in Brentwood, TN, ahead of his two kids on their mini-bikes Sunday afternoon. We're told their neighbor, Ronnie Taylor, bolted into the street to try to stop Alan's bike in a "really aggressive" manner.

As a result, Alan crashed, falling off his motorcycle and suffering cuts and bruises, as well as a minor injury to his finger, our sources say. 

Kick streamer N3on ended up on his knees with his hands behind his head Sunday ... all thanks to a swatting call that went down while he was streaming in Los Angeles.

You can see in the video ... he was walking down Melrose Ave. with his friend Benjy Chavez when deputies instructed them to stop moving and drop to the cement.

N3on immediately followed instructions ... while Benjy seemed spooked. But, N3on quickly confirmed he knew he was being swatted -- as did the person behind the camera.

Savannah Guthrie is not giving up hope in the search to track down her mom, Nancy. The journalist posted an uplifting message Sunday as the investigation enters its 7th week.

In the post, Savannah shared an image of Christ's ascension along with the text, "I believe, I believe."

Gypsy Rose appears to be making light of her mom's killing in a new TikTok ... but not everybody is laughing.

When Natalie feigns surprise, Gypsy says matter-of-factly, "Hey, we listen, and we don't judge." But here's the thing ... a lot of people are judging. Just look at the comments!

Don Lemon's had a rough year so far, but it could've been a lot worse! The journalist told us he was supposed to be in Rihanna's neighborhood the night a shooting was reported at her house.

We caught up with Don at the 12th Annual Better Brothers Los Angeles Truth Awards on Saturday, where he told us how lucky he was not to get caught in the line of fire earlier this month.

Don says he has a friend who lives near Rihanna's home and was supposed to visit her, but opted not to because of complications caused by the L.A. Marathon. And it's a good thing ... according to Don, his friend lived so close to the shooting that her house was actually damaged in the incident.

Call her the Wolf of Wall Street, because Taylor Frankie Paul is not f**king leaving! Some people online have suggested the embattled reality star stay off socials during her abuse scandal ... but the way Taylor sees it -- this is her job, and she's always on the clock.

Despite her legal woes stemming from domestic violence accusations being brought against her -- including video proof -- and ABC canning her "The Bachelorette" season, TFP has remained active online, reposting videos that support her and even using her platform to uplift fellow reality show villain Nick Viall.

Just take a look at her online activity -- in response to one TikTok user announcing a "Taylor Frankie Paul Get Off Your Phone Challenge," TFP commented, "Want me to stare at the wall instead?"

Even when arrested for a serious DWI charge ... Justin Timberlake was able to crack a joke with police -- namely, about his race!

Check out the body cam footage from the pop superstar's 2024 arrest in Sag Harbor, NY -- he acts confused that police labeled him as "white" when they handed him paperwork to review. He got some laughs when he told officers he was just playin' around.

The rest of the footage isn't a laughing matter -- you can see JT is shocked when he's told he must remain in his jail cell all night ... and totally disappointed -- even dropping his head -- when police confirm he's in custody for driving while intoxicated.
