Erika Kirk arrived at a Provo, Utah, courthouse Monday morning for the preliminary hearing of Tyler Robinson ... stepping out of a black SUV and making her way inside ahead of the high-stakes proceeding.

Robinson is accused of fatally shooting Charlie Kirk at Utah Valley University in September 2025. He's facing multiple charges, including aggravated murder, and prosecutors have said they intend to seek the death penalty if he's convicted.

Erika has attended several court proceedings in the case ... and Monday's hearing could determine whether prosecutors have enough evidence to move forward with a trial.

An innocent family's quick stop for McDonald's turned into every parent's worst nightmare ... and now an 11-year-old girl will have to live with a bullet lodged in her head.

The young girl remains hospitalized after she was struck during a shooting in a McDonald's parking lot in Hallandale Beach, Florida on June 27. According to a GoFundMe organized by her father's coworkers ... doctors determined removing the bullet right now would be too dangerous because it could cause even more damage.

Her father, Oscar, was also wounded after gunfire broke out between other people in the parking lot. The fundraiser says he and his family had absolutely nothing to do with the confrontation ... they had just arrived for lunch, with Oscar waiting in the car alongside his three children while his wife went inside to pick up their food.

Donald Trump might be getting ready to break out the pardon pen again ... and one name that's apparently still floating around behind closed doors is Sean "Diddy" Combs.

Trump was expected to huddle with advisers Friday over a new batch of pardons ... and CBS News reports Diddy remains one of several high-profile names POTUS has been privately considering.

One source told CBS ... Diddy is not expected to be among the formal recommendations from the White House pardon team ... though a White House official noted, "President Trump is the ultimate decider on any clemency related actions."

The Alabama man suspected of strangling his girlfriend to death and then dying of an apparent heart attack while disposing of her body got hit with some major "karma," according to the victim's brother.

Last month, Daniel Robbins allegedly murdered Jessica Folds in Chambers County, AL, amid their turbulent relationship, police said. As Robbins dragged Folds' body into the woods, he suddenly keeled over and died from a possible heart attack, cops said. 

Folds' brother, Jason Walters, now tells TMZ ... karma caught up with Robbins as he was carrying out his evil deed, adding, "The lord works in mysterious ways."

Michael Eloshway -- a star on the hit show "90 Day Fiancé" -- is asking a judge to throw out his conviction on child pornography charges ... claiming his lawyer screwed up his case.

The former reality star -- who is currently serving a 10-year sentence -- filed documents earlier this week asking a district court to vacate his convictions and sentence because his trial counsel provided ineffective assistance.

He says his lawyer should've had a forensic digital expert look at the digital evidence law enforcement collected from his computer.

David Hearn is blasting the grand jury indictment that led to a felony charge against him after his Reflecting Pool arrest ... he says he's innocent and "these charges are outrageous and should be alarming to every American."

As we reported ... Hearn was indicted by a grand jury on a felony charge of destruction of federal property worth $1,000 or more.

The case is being prosecuted by Jeanine Pirro, the U.S. attorney for the District of Columbia ... she's adamant Hearn defiled the monument when he allegedly ripped a piece of liner out of the Pool.

Hearn was arrested for the alleged vandalization a couple weeks ago. The 67-year-old was held at the Park Police facility for about five hours before he was released that same day.

Since then, the Olympian has held his stance he did not destroy, break, or peel off any portion of the Reflecting Pool.

Trump was quick to condemn his act and any other attempts to vandalize the Reflecting Pool ... and as the drawn-out renovation project that caused this whole fiasco in the first place continues ... the monument is surrounded by fencing and constant surveillance by AI security cameras on the heels of July 4th weekend.

Looks like one night behind bars wasn't enough to bring daredevil Empire State Building climbers Ivan Beerkus and Angela Nikolau back down to Earth ... they were over the moon after being released from jail and kissed for the cameras.

Check out the video and pics -- the newly engaged thrill-seekers walked out of Manhattan Criminal Court on supervised release Thursday morning hand in hand ... then planted a passionate kiss right outside for everyone to see.

Harvey Weinstein 'Out of the Woods' After Medical Incident

Harvey Weinstein's recovering nicely after suffering heart failure ... according to his longtime representative.

Juda Engelmayer tells TMZ ... Weinstein is "out of the woods for now" and feeling fine. The antibiotics treated his pneumonia, and his heart is doing much better because the doctors are monitoring it with an EKG.

We're told Weinstein is already able to walk around.

It's a huge improvement from his previous condition ... remember, Weinstein suffered heart failure behind bars at Rikers Island weeks ago because of the pneumonia, and he was rushed to Bellevue Hospital.

Baltimore Ravens star Calais Campbell's brother was charged with murdering his mother ... and now there's new 911 audio where a family member says the brother is "mentally ill" and "diagnosed with schizophrenia."

In the audio clip, a man identified as Mr. Campbell tells the 911 operator to send police to a house in Buckhead -- an upscale Atlanta neighborhood -- to check on his mother, Nateal Campbell.

The caller says his brother suffers from schizophrenia "and some other things" and stays with their mom at her house. He says neighbors saw his brother driving their mom's car, which is very unusual.

FBI on Nancy Guthrie Some Ransom Notes Might Be Legit

The FBI is giving it to us straight from the horse's mouth ... telling TMZ some of the Nancy Guthrie ransom notes might be legit, but others not so much.

FBI Phoenix tells us ... “The FBI and its task force partners have received several ransom notes over the course of this investigation. Some have been deemed to be extortion attempts without legitimacy. Other ransom demands may potentially be legitimate and are still being investigated as such."

The statement goes on, saying ... "This case continues to be investigated as a kidnapping for ransom case. The FBI has and will continue to offer all assistance possible in the investigation -- however local authorities remain the lead."

Blaise Taylor -- a former scout with the Tennessee Titans -- has been convicted of murder for killing his pregnant girlfriend with a lethal dose of cocaine.

The 30-year-old was convicted on four counts ... two for first-degree murder and two for felony murder at the end of a trial that lasted 8 days. The jury deliberated for less than 3 hours before returning its verdict.

Prosecutors accused Taylor of giving Jade Benning a drink laced with cocaine back in February 2023 ... though his defense team argued Benning had a history of drug use.

Jade was 5 months pregnant when she died ... and prosecutors allege the baby was Taylor's.

Harvey Weinstein Rushed To NYC Hospital ... After Suffering Heart Failure

Harvey Weinstein recently had another major health scare in jail -- suffering heart failure, TMZ has learned.

Sources with direct knowledge tell us ... the disgraced Hollywood film producer was incarcerated on Rikers Island in NYC about 2 weeks ago when he experienced heart failure due to pneumonia.

Weinstein was being held in the Queens jail complex, awaiting sentencing in September for a 2025 sexual assault conviction. He has had a bunch of health scares behind bars over the past few years.

Nancy Guthrie Kidnapping Law Enforcement Sources Refute Reuters Report About Ransom Notes

10:00 AM PT -- Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the Reuters report about the ransom notes being fake is not accurate.

The series of alleged ransom notes sent to media outlets about Nancy Guthrie's kidnapping are bogus, according to a new report.

Reuters published an article Tuesday, saying the Federal Bureau of Investigation determined the notes are fake, but did not say how investigators came to that conclusion.

TMZ and other news outlets received the notes, which were then turned over to the FBI for analysis. The 2 alleged ransom notes were sent early on in the case ... and Reuters references the separate notes from someone claiming to know the kidnappers' identities, which TMZ obtained.

Baltimore Ravens star Calais Campbell's brother has been charged with murdering their mother after she was found dead inside her Atlanta home.

Nateal Campbell, 71, was found unresponsive Tuesday in her upscale Buckhead townhome after a concerned family member asked police to perform a welfare check ... according to WSB-TV.

The Atlanta Police Department said responding officers learned a male "appeared to have barricaded himself inside the home" when they arrived ... and he was ultimately arrested.

Calais' brother, Ciarre Campbell, was booked into the Fulton County Jail on charges of murder, aggravated assault, and gun possession after midnight, per online jail records.
