Lindsay Slams 'Glee' Leave My Mother Alone!
Lindsay Lohan and "Glee" kissed and made up after the cast apologized for the LiLo joke they made last year -- but after the show badmouthed her mother last night, they're back to being enemies.
In the big Super Bowl episode last night, Dina Lohan was included on a fictional list of "losers of the year" -- this after the show called Lindsay "crazy" in an episode last November.
Sources close to Lindsay tell TMZ she feels the show should "mind its own business" and "stop picking on their family."
No sense kicking someone when they're down.
Michael Moore to Harvey Weinstein: You Screwed Me!
Michael Moore claims movie mogul Harvey Weinstein and brother Robert cheated him out of millions of dollars in profits for the movie, "Fahrenheit 9/11," by secretly diverting profits ... even using Michael's money to fly one of the Weinstein bros. to Europe by private jet.
In a lawsuit filed today in L.A. County Superior Court and obtained by TMZ, Moore's company, Westside Productions, claims Moore had a deal with the Weinsteins' company -- The Fellowship Adventure Group -- to split profits 50/50 for the flick.
In legal docs filed by Moore's celebrity lawyer, Larry Stein, he alleges the Weinsteins used "bogus accounting methods to hide the true amounts due Westside." Moore also claims the Weinsteins secretly diverted a fortune in profits to themselves.
"Fahrenheit 9/11" is the top-grossing documentary of all time, pulling in $222 million worldwide.
The lawsuit seeks in excess of $2.7 million.
UPDATE: Weinstein's lawyer, Bert Fields, tells TMZ, "Michael Moore has been paid over $20 million on this film. Under the contract he's not entitled to another dime. His claims are baloney and the timing is very suspicious."

Phil Jackson's GF In Talks for 'Housewives'
Los Angeles Lakers exec Jeanie Buss -- arguably the most powerful woman in sports -- is in talks to join the cast of "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" ... TMZ has learned.
Sources connected to the production confirm Buss -- who's dating Lakers head coach Phil Jackson -- met with casting executives recently. In fact, producers went to a recent Lakers game to "observe" Jeanie's daily routine.
Buss currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Business Operations for the storied NBA franchise -- which is owned by her father Jerry Buss.
We're told Jeanie is diggin' the idea ... and there's already a GREAT storyline ... because current castmember Adrienne Maloof-Nassif's family owns the rival Sacramento Kings.

Bravo declined to comment about casting.

But some pretty solid sources connected to Jennifer are adamant ... she hasn't spoken with anyone from Bravo about the show.
As for Brandi -- she hit up a Beverly Hills restaurant this week with Lisa Vanderpump's former house guest Cedric ... but she played coy when we asked about her future on the show.
As TMZ previously reported, Kim Richards and Camille Grammer might not return to "Housewives" next season.
We've reached out to Bravo and they've declined to comment on casting and have yet to formally announce the show's return for a second season.

John Travolta -- Junior Gotti Rats on Daddy
John Travolta got the scoop on John Gotti during his Monday night powwow with the mafia boss' son -- we're told the conversation covered everything from Gotti's favorite food to his giant diamond watch.
According to inside sources, the dinner was very informal ... and rather than talking contracts for the upcoming biopic, Travolta prodded Junior for the nitty-gritty on Gotti's life.
We're told Junior Gotti talked about his dad's favorite things to order at restaurants -- the Italian classics, obviously -- but the most interesting talking point was his dad's diamond watch ... which the mob boss would wear so it would stick out prominently from his sleeve ... for all to see.
As we first reported, the sit-down at Amici restaurant in L.A. was a summit meeting to convince Travolta to play Gotti in the new movie -- the film's director Nick Cassavetes and producer Marc Fiore were also there.

It's awesome casting ... John Travolta playing John Gotti in a new movie.
Travolta was at Amici restaurant (Italian, of course) in Brentwood last night, where he was coy about taking the role. But Marty Ingels -- the Executive Producer of the movie who dined with John -- was more direct, saying Travolta will play the lead role in the movie, titled "Gotti."
Sources tell us Travolta has not signed on the dotted line yet.
We're also told James Franco has been approached to play John Gotti, Jr. Awesome.
Our sources say Nick Cassavetes -- of "Alpha Dog" and "Notebook" fame -- is currently rewriting the script and will be the director.

Olbermann's Next Move -- Getting Social with Sorkin?
Write what you know, the old saying goes -- and Keith Olbermann might be about to do just that ... with the help of the most famous Hollywood writer around.
Now that he's out of work, the former "Countdown" host could contribute to a show "Social Network" scribe Aaron Sorkin has in the works ... this according to EW.
The mag says Sorkin has a pilot script in the works about a cable news show and Olbermann might contribute in the form of his signature rants.
Sorkin was famously panned by critics because the comedy sketches in his failed show "Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip" weren't very funny. Having Olbermann write your political rants would certainly nip that problem in the bud.

Keith Olbermann's Exit -- Secret Deal
Keith Olbermann saw the handwriting on the wall with the new owner of NBC and cut a deal for his exit that will give him money and options -- sources tell TMZ.
Here's how it went down. Sources familiar with the situation tell us that Olbermann's agent recently went to NBC complaining that Keith -- who has the most popular show on MSNBC -- was underpaid at $7 million per year. NBC execs told Olbermann's agent they would not cough up any more money.
Network execs were well aware that Comcast wanted Keith gone because he was "a loose cannon that could not be controlled." It became clear to both sides that Olbermann's days were numbered and they began negotiating an exit.
We're told the exit deal wasn't completed until just before airtime Friday night.
Under the deal, sources say Olbermann will get money but cannot appear on television for a certain period time -- we don't know how long.
Our sources say Olbermann will, however, reappear soon with a presence on the Internet.

Keith Olbermann -- Fired By MSNBC
Keith Olbermann was fired by MSNBC sources tell TMZ, and we're told it had everything to do with Comcast's acquisition of NBC.
Sources connected with the network tell us ... Comcast honchos did not like Keith's defiance and the way he played in the sandbox.
Our sources say Keith has around two years left on his contract, and he'll be paid his salary -- around $7 million a year.
We don't know if Comcast will let Keith make a deal with another network as part of an exit agreement, but it's a good bet he'll be benched for a minimum of 6 months, and probably longer.

Keith Olbermann Abruptly Leaves MSNBC
Keith Olbermann and MSNBC are going their separate ways ... effective immediately ... the liberal cable host announced tonight in a shocking move.
MSNBC issued a statement saying they had ended its contract with Olbermann, who hosted the top rated show on the network.
The statement read in part, "MSNBC thanks Keith for his integral role in MSNBC's success and we wish him well in his future endeavors." A spokesman went on to say that Comcast's acquisition of NBC Universal had nothing to do with the decision.
Olbermann was suspended for two days in November for violating a network rule on political donations.
Lawrence O'Donnell, who hosts a show on the network at 10:00 PM, will fill Olbermann's 8:00 PM slot beginning Monday.
