Lil Peep's own decisions to use drugs and follow down a "destructive path" are to blame for his OD ... so says the tour company being sued by Peep's mom for the rapper's death.

A rep for First Access Entertainment tells TMZ ... Peep's accidental drug overdose was a terrible tragedy, but the company "consistently encouraged Peep to stop abusing drugs and to distance himself from the negative influence of the drug users and enablers."

At the end of the day, First Access says, "He was an adult who made his own decisions and opted to follow a different, more destructive path."

Three suspects have been identified in the murder of Joshua Brown -- Botham Jean's neighbor who testified against ex-cop Amber Guyger.

Dallas PD held a press conference Tuesday saying that the three men were from Alexandria, LA and that they'd traveled to Dallas to purchase drugs from Joshua. Cops claim that an argument ensued, and at one point Joshua shot one of the men in the chest.

Police say that one of the three men, Thaddeous Green, fired upon Joshua twice ... ultimately killing him. The suspect who was shot was treated in a local area hospital, and is now in police custody. The 2 others are being sought on warrants for their arrest.

The news comes after mass speculation that Joshua's killing was in retaliation for his recent testimony against Amber ... which helped to secure a guilty conviction of murder. As we reported ... she was sentenced to 10 years in prison for the crime.

Just days later ... Joshua himself had been shot and killed in Dallas, and people were outraged -- with some claiming he was targeted in some way and demanding answers.

Lil Peep's mother says his management team and the company behind his final tour supplied the rapper with drugs, an unstable environment and pushed him to the point of exhaustion ... all factors that led to his tragic death.

Peep's mom, Liza Womack, filed a lawsuit Monday against First Access Entertainment and people associated with the company. Womack claims, starting in early 2017 during Peep's The Peep Show tour, the use of controlled drugs and illegal substances were allowed, normalized and even encouraged by management.

Womack says during a stop in London, her son was gifted a bottle of pills by one of his managers during a group dinner.

The docs claim the rampant drug use continued later in 2017 -- during Peep's final Come Over When You're Sober tour. Womack says Peep was regularly supplied with Xanax, Ketamine and other drugs while on the road.

During one tour stop on May 10, 2017, in Los Angeles, Peep's mom claims he was "barely able to communicate, let alone perform, due to his use of drugs." In the suit, she adds, despite being in a "comatose-like state" ... his managers allowed him to perform.

A troubling twist in the Jeff Hardy drunk driving arrest ... cops say the WWE star had a bloody nose during the stop and told officers it was from an earlier "fight" with his wife.

It's all spelled out in the police report, obtained by TMZ Sports ... which describes how the Carthage Police Dept. in North Carolina received a tip about a careless and reckless driver around 8:40 PM on October 3.

When cops found the car, they noticed the driver (Hardy) was parked in front of a liquor store ... and when he came out, he was carrying a case of beer.

42-year-old Hardy got into his car and began to drive while cops followed closely -- and finally pulled him over when they observed him weaving badly in his lane.

During the stop, the officer noticed Hardy had "what seemed to be dried blood on his nose" -- and asked what had happened.

"The driver advised that him and his wife got into a fight."

Surprisingly, the police report doesn't give any more details about the possible domestic violence incident ... instead the officer proceeds to question Hardy about alcohol.

Pro wrestler Jeff Hardy has his second DWI arrest in as many years, and it sounds like the WWE's patience -- as well as his family's -- is wearing thin.

Hardy -- AKA Brother Nero -- was busted in Moore County, NC on Thursday around 10:30 PM. He was booked for driving while impaired, and for driving on a revoked drivers license.

Hardy got his first DWI in March 2018 -- also in North Carolina -- after getting into a car accident. He was totally blitzed, according to cops who said he blew a .25 BAC -- more than 3 times the legal limit.

As TMZ Sports first reported ... he was also arrested in July of this year for public intoxication in Myrtle Beach.

Corey Lewandowski had a little bit too much wine at dinner before hopping on TV for an interview about President Trump and the whistleblower ... at least that's what the show's host suggested.

Lisa Kennedy Montgomery -- AKA Kennedy from MTV -- had Trump's former campaign manager on her FOX Business show Wednesday night and quickly became suspicious of his blood alcohol level as he appeared to struggle with a few words.

Take a look ... Kennedy's brow furrows as Lewandowski alleges the White House whistleblower is someone who "hates this president more than they love their country."

On the heels of criminal charges being filed in the death of Mac Miller, 6 men have just been arrested in connection with the fatal OD of HQ Trivia co-founder and CEO Colin Kroll ... and federal authorities say the men went to great lengths to avoid getting caught.

The group allegedly peddled coke and heroin daily in NYC through their drug delivery service called "Mike's Candyshop," which counted Kroll as a customer ... this according to the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York.

According to the feds, the NYPD and DEA's investigation turned up an illicit enterprise that allegedly allowed people to order heroin and coke to their doorstep as simply as if they were ordering a pizza.

In the indictment ... one of the victims identified as "Victim 1" -- TMZ's confirmed it's Kroll -- died from a cocktail of drugs that included heroin and coke allegedly provided by Mike's Candyshop.

What's more ... the feds claim Mike's changed its phone number twice to avoid getting caught. Still, the delivery service continued operating its on-demand drug service.

P.J. Williams' GF tried like hell to get the NFL player out of a DUI arrest last January ... asking a cop if he'd have mercy on P.J. because of the missed PI call in the Saints-Rams NFC Championship Game!!!

It's all in new police video obtained by TMZ Sports ... which shows a New Orleans cop stopping Williams after he pulled the guy over for doing 80 MPH in a 50 just days after New Orleans' loss to L.A.

The cop tells P.J. he was driving recklessly ... and after he says he smells a strong booze odor from the car -- he decides to conduct a sobriety test on the 26-year-old.

In the video, you can see P.J. bombs it ... so the officer slaps the cuffs on him and tells him, "You've had too much to drink tonight, Mr. Williams."

That's when the officer turns to P.J.'s girlfriend to see if she can drive his car home ... when all of a sudden she tries to help Williams get out of the arrest.

The conversation is pretty funny ... she tells the officer, "Is there any way that you can -- he's a Saints player! Don't you feel bad?! Like, you saw that game didn't you?!"

Of course, the officer wasn't having any of it ... saying to the woman, "That doesn't concern me."

All 3 men arrested in connection with Mac Miller's death have now been indicted, and accused of dealing counterfeit oxycodone that caused the rapper's death.

A federal grand jury handed up the indictments of Cameron Pettit, Stephen Walter and Ryan Reavis in a California federal court. The indictment backs up what TMZ first reported ... that Mac ordered 10 "blues" -- a street term for oxycodone -- as well cocaine and Xanax. Prosecutors say that instead of getting oxycodone on Sept. 5, 2018 ... the pills Mac received were counterfeit and contained fentanyl ... the powerful synthetic opioid 50 times more potent than heroin.

The feds say Mac crushed the pills, snorted them and died.

As we reported ... feds say the deal went down like this: Mac ordered from Pettit, Pettit ordered from Walter ... and Reavis was the mule, delivering the drugs from Walter to Pettit.

The woman who walked straight into the lion's den at the Bronx Zoo -- and survived -- was high as a kite when confronting the king of the jungle ... this according to cops, who say they found video of her smoking before her stunt.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... police have identified the woman who jumped a fence and entered the lion's enclosure over the weekend, and they say her social media shows her smoking something that looks like a blunt before walking into the zoo.

As you can see in the wild video from the incident ... the woman is staring down the lion in his enclosure, and she does a few dance moves only a few feet away from the massive beast, seemingly taunting the big cat.

Meghan Markle's nephew, Thomas Dooley, quickly lost his towel and was butt-ass naked during his rowdy arrest in Hollywood last week ... which we now have on video.

TMZ obtained footage of the arrest from Thursday, which took place right around the corner from the Hollywood Hotel just north of Santa Monica Blvd. As you can see ... it was a noisy affair, as officers attempted to detain Dooley..

We broke the story ... Thomas was arrested and ultimately booked for felony resisting arrest after police say he was spotted cruising up and down the boulevard covered only by a small towel.

Cops say he was also shouting gibberish to himself, and appeared to be under the influence of some substance. We're told he had to be taken down after evading police.

Mama June's family hasn't given up on her ... despite the fact she seems done with them. The fam wants to grab just a couple minutes with the reality star in what can best be described as a Hail Mary.

Sources close to June tell us her sister, Joanne, has spearheaded an effort to get June away from her BF, Geno. The next step, they say, is getting June professional help she desperately needs for her addiction issues. They know ... unless Geno's out of the picture, it's all futile.

June and Geno were in court in Alabama Wednesday when Geno lashed out, shouting slurs at photogs. We spotted a film crew documenting Joanne's efforts to help her sister.

In our video from the parking lot, Geno hugs a woman -- that's Joanne -- and you see her follow June and Geno go to their car ... as she begs June to grab lunch and talk. It's all to no avail because June slams the door in Joanne's face.

Artie Lange is in serious danger of having breathing problems if he doesn't get his deformed nose fixed sooner rather than later ... but Dr. Paul Nassif first needs Artie to reach a major milestone in his sobriety.

We talked to the star M.D. from "Botched" and he tells TMZ ... Artie's saddle nose -- due to drug use and a bookie's fist -- could possibly trigger a lot of sinus infections because of the severe nasal obstruction.

The dangers are serious ... for instance, the doc says Artie could develop bronchitis from being forced to breath through his mouth, which would cause an irritation to his upper lungs. Plain and simple ... Artie's gotta get his nose in tip-top shape, but first and foremost comes his sobriety.

Metallica frontman James Hetfield is going back to rehab ... and as a result, the rock band is canceling a tour through Australia and New Zealand.

It's unclear what prompted the lead singer and rhythm guitarist to re-enter a treatment program ... but James' relapse is serious enough that he's going back to rehab for the first time since December 2001.

Metallica says they are postponing their upcoming tour down under.

A Friday statement from the band says ... "We are truly sorry to inform our fans and friends that we must postpone our upcoming tour of Australia and New Zealand. As most of you probably know, our brother James has been struggling with addiction on and off for many years. He has now, unfortunately, had to re-enter a treatment program to work on his recovery again."

Everybody's favorite fast-food fried chicken in the "Breaking Bad" universe will soon be available in the real world ... for delivery.

A mural for Los Pollos Hermanos -- the restaurant chain owned by meth distributor Gus Fring on the TV series -- popped up in Venice Beach Thursday, and sources tell TMZ ... the grub's coming soon.

We're told 'BB' fans will soon be able to order and enjoy various chicken combos from the "virtual restaurant" in a few weeks. That means it won't be a sit-down joint, but the food can be delivered and will come in Los Pollos packaging. It's unclear where the food will be made, but no one on the outside will know where.

Our sources say the TV-inspired meals are being made by Family Style Inc., the same company behind Steve Aoki's Pizzaoki.

The investigation into who gave Mac Miller a deadly dose of pills has resulted in the arrest of a third person.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, Stephen "Stevie" Walter was arrested Monday in Los Angeles. According to docs, Walter was contacted by Cameron James Pettit on the night of September 4, 2018 -- Mac died on Sept. 7 -- asking for "10 blues" ... Percocet pills.

Cops say Mac had texted Pettit the following ...

Mac -- "percs?"

Pettit -- "I got some dilaudid 2s but that's about it. I could get yellows and blues though"

Mac -- "blues as far as percs?"

Pettit -- "Yeah 30s"

Mac -- "Those are my sh*tttts man"

From there, according to cops, Pettit then contacted Walter to obtain the ten blues. Walter sent a runner to Pettit with the pills -- and Pettit delivered them to Mac at about 2:30 AM on September 5 -- the rapper was found dead on September 7.

The runner was allegedly Ryan Reavis who was arrested earlier this week in Lake Havasu in connection to Mac's death.
