The president of ABC Family's Kappa Tau Gamma might be the one in line for a spanking -- by the legal system.

L.A. City Attorney spokesman Frank Mateljan tells TMZ that Scott Michael Foster was just formally charged with two counts of DUI stemming from his July 21 arrest. Foster plays head frat boy Cappie on ABC Fam's "Greek." He was popped on Wilcox Ave. in the early morning of July 21.

Foster has to show up to be arraigned August 11.

Shia LaBeouf, in trouble again and this time it's really serious. TMZ has learned he's been arrested for suspicion of DUI.

Law enforcement sources tell us LaBeouf was involved in a car accident at about 3:00 AM at the corner of La Brea and Fountain in Hollywood. We're told Shia made a left turn in front of another car and the two collided, causing Shia's car to roll.

Paramedics were called to the scene and both parties were taken to a local hospital, but no major injuries were sustained.

LaBeouf was placed under arrest on suspicion of felony DUI after we're told he exhibited "outward signs" of intoxication at the scene.

UPDATE: We now have more info. A law enforcement source tells TMZ deputies are at the hospital right now, checking on the injuries of the victim and Shia. If the victim's injuries are serious, Shia will be booked on suspicion of felony DUI. If the injuries are minor, Shia will be cited and released on misdemeanor DUI.

While we miss the boozy Burke, we're thankful Kelly Monaco was there to take her place as that girl.

The star of ABC Family's frat-house series "Greek" may have taken his TV role a lil' too far.

The LAPD tells TMZ that Scott Michael Foster was popped for DUI early this morning in Hollywood. Foster -- who plays Kappa Tau prez Cappie on the show -- was charged and released on his own recognizance a few hours ago. He will be back in court on August 11.

We just broke the news -- Khloe Kardashian, Kim's lil' sis, will surrender Friday to begin serving 30 days in the slammer for a probation violation after a DUI.

Kim K, who might have trouble getting her major asset in a 12x8 cell, is now speaking out, saying on her blog, "Khloe is ready and willing to serve out her sentence, no matter how long and where, and have this resolved."

Khloe Kardashian not only got a DUI that flew completely under the radar, but she violated her probation and she has been sentenced to 30 days in county jail.

Khloe K. got the DUI on March 4, 2007. She had a .13 blood alcohol level, well above the .08 limit. Khloe was placed on 36 months probation.

Earlier this month, she admitted she failed to comply with her Cal Trans requirements (i.e., picking up trash on the freeway, something we think she's familiar with) as well as her alcohol ed program. She was ordered to re-enroll in the alcohol program, the Cal Trans requirements were dropped, and the judge ordered her to serve 30 days in the slammer.

The woman who allegedly hit someone outside STK restaurant in West Hollywood has been charged with felony hit and run.

The L.A. County D.A. has charged Heather Auger with leaving the scene of an accident, DUI causing injury and driving with a .08 blood-alcohol level causing injury. All three are felonies.

The woman she allegedly hit - Lucy Crawford - a make-up artist in her mid 20's who's worked with Heath Ledger, Winona Ryder and Pam Anderson -- is still really messed up.

Here's the lowdown on the suspect from Wednesday morning's nasty hit and run accident.

Her name is Heather Auger and she's a 27-year-old from Orange County. We're told she went to Cal-State Fullerton, but that she doesn't work now -- she's got a rich BF. Must be nice.

We tried to go down to her apartment in Bev Hills yesterday, but we were rebuffed by a rude roommate.

Our cameras began rolling around 2:30 AM, moments after an unidentified woman was smashed into by an SUV outside of STK and left motionless in the street as the allegedly boozed up driver sped off -- unaware of the bloody disaster she left in her wake.

As the suspect drove away, the victim's boyfriend chased down the SUV and pulled the driver out of the car. The confrontation is the most powerful, emotional exchange we've ever caught on tape.

LAPD tells us a girl was arrested for felony hit and run and DUI. We're told the victim suffered a broken pelvis, but she'll be fine.

The girl who was arrested this morning for hit and run is in some serious trouble now.

Sources tell TMZ her blood alcohol level was TWICE THE LEGAL LIMIT!!! We're told she blew around a .17 -- legal limit in California is .08.

She's been booked on felony hit and run and DUI.
