Ozzy Osbourne's sudden death sent shockwaves across the rock 'n roll industry, but hip hop legend Trick Daddy is mourning the loss all the same.

Trick Daddy tells TMZ Hip Hop ... "The iconic legend will be truly missed, especially by me -- a young, Black man out of the ghetto of Miami -- by giving the clearance to sample his 'Crazy Train' masterpiece!"

It's true ... Jim Jonsin and Bigg D crunked up Ozzy's 1980 "Crazy Train" in 2004 for Trick, Lil Jon and Twista to create a calamity of a track -- "Let's Go" -- that would go on to become a global stadium and movie, TV and commercial soundtrack for years.

Malcolm-Jamal Warner's body will soon return to Los Angeles after his body was released to his family following the completion of an autopsy … TMZ has learned.

Sources with direct knowledge tell us the actor's remains were turned over by the Judicial Morgue on Wednesday morning, following the completion of his autopsy. We're told Warner's body is scheduled to leave Costa Rica on Thursday and will arrive in Los Angeles on Friday morning.

We are told the U.S. Embassy is working with the family on returning the body to the United States.

Post Malone's baby mama has filed to dismiss her request for physical custody of their daughter in California ... though it looks like they'll still fight it out in Utah.

Hee Sung "Jamie" Park dismissed her L.A. filing for physical custody earlier this week, a little more than three months after originally filing the docs.

The domestic violence charge famed powerlifter Stefi Cohen was facing was dropped on Wednesday, TMZ Sports has learned.

Official documents we obtained show prosecutors dismissed the case after the alleged victim declined to cooperate. Officials added there was insufficient evidence "to prove the charge beyond a reasonable doubt."

Cohen was hit with one count of misdemeanor battery in Miami earlier this month, after she allegedly assaulted her boyfriend, Tristan Hamm, during a heated dispute on July 1.

Teddi Mellencamp is dealing with some trouble at home ... because there was an attempted burglary at her Los Angeles pad.
