The president of D4vd's touring company was grilled Monday by a deputy district attorney in front of a grand jury ... on why he didn't call the cops.

A grand jury is hearing evidence in the death of Celeste Rivas. TMZ broke the story ... LAPD's Robbery Homicide Division is considering D4vd a suspect in what it says is an apparent homicide.

Robert Morgenroth, the general manager of Mogul Vision, D4vd's record label, is also the president of Zara Brothers Travel -- D4vd's tour company.

We've learned Morgenroth testified all day Monday before the L.A. grand jury. At one point, with a half dozen people in the hallway, Morgenroth came out into the hallway and was talking to his lawyer -- loud enough so others could hear. He said -- referring to Beth Silverman, the deputy D.A. presenting the case before the grand jury -- "She was very pushy on why I didn't call police."

Personal injury lawyer Thomas J. Henry proved he throws a party like nobody else ... dropping a TON of money to hire Ricky Martin for a secret performance at his engagement celebration ... TMZ has learned.

Sources familiar with the party tell TMZ ... the powerhouse personal injury attorney brought in Ricky for a 45-minute private concert Saturday night at the Fairmont El San Juan Hotel in Puerto Rico, where Thomas celebrated his engagement to Dr. Elena Alvarez Westwood.

We're told 500 guests -- including Marc Anthony -- had no clue Ricky was going to hit the stage. Our sources say the party absolutely exploded when Ricky launched into his hits.

Embattled actor-director Justin Baldoni is holding up as well as anyone could amid his messy court battle with Blake Lively ... at least according to his attorney Bryan Freedman.

We caught up with Freedman just as he was walking out of a hearing for the case in NYC today. He told us Baldoni is looking forward to reaching a positive resolution to the case.

According to Freedman, Baldoni is a "wonderful" and "meaningful" person, and "We're hopeful that when he gets the right result here, slowly he'll be back to the great man that he was."

Cosmo Lombino was one of many fans worried sick about Downtown L.A. "Skid Row influencer" Rebecca Olsen -- who was presumed dead after her recent disappearance from social media -- but CL now tells us Rebecca is clean and sober after many feared she'd taken her own life.

We spoke with the self-styled "Queen of Melrose" -- who owns multiple boutiques on the popular L.A. street of Melrose -- about Rebecca, who was arrested last month for battery on an emergency personnel. Cosmo tells us Rebecca was away helping a friend and missed the "proof of life" appeals for her online.

Lombino says it was just a relief to find out Rebecca was alive ... because she had appeared on Soft White Underbelly recently, where she'd said she was suicidal -- and Cosmo and others in their friend group feared the worst.

Tekashi 6ix9ine already knows what he'll be up to after he serves his 3-month prison sentence next year ... because a judge also ordered him to 12 months of supervised release with some pretty strict conditions.

According to court papers, obtained by TMZ, the rapper's supervised release will include a mental health treatment program focused on anger management and an outpatient drug treatment program.

Rapper POORSTACY took his own life in a Florida motel room in front of his baby mama and toddler last month ... and TMZ has now obtained new photos of the eerie scene.

Cops investigating the break-in at former Lakers player Christian Wood's rental home believe the intruders used a pizza delivery method to see if anyone was home before making a move ... this according to a search warrant obtained by TMZ Sports.

According to the search warrant, a Domino's pizza delivery driver walked up to the residence -- an Airbnb in Sherman Oaks -- at around 12:30 PM on November 5 ... the day of the break-in.

Diddy has fired off a demand letter to Netflix, claiming the streamer is screwing him over by releasing a video that Diddy -- not the videographer -- owned. But here's the deal. There's a true victim in all of this -- the man who won the criminal case for Diddy -- Marc Agnifilo. We're told he did not know Diddy had someone recording their conversation when they spoke on the phone.
