Maryland Murder Suspect Quadruple Amputee Climbs Ladder With Rifle, on Video

Dayton James Webber -- the professional cornhole player accused of murder, who happens to be a quadruple amputee -- climbed into a tree with a rifle strapped to his back in a newly resurfaced clip.

More videos from Webber's YouTube account have begun circulating in the aftermath of his arrest ... with one showing him climbing a ladder toward what looks like an elevated hunting blind.

Check out the clip ... Webber swiftly climbs up to the structure while wearing camouflage and an orange vest -- with his rifle attached to his back. He hooks his elbows around the steps ... yanking himself up one at a time.

Frank Thomas donned a White Sox uniform for 16 seasons, but now he's taking his former team to court ... TMZ Sports has learned the Hall of Famer filed a lawsuit against the club, insisting they're using his name to sell merch without permission!

Thomas filed suit last week in Illinois, and he's targeting not just the White Sox, but Nike and Fanatics, too ... and the beef is over the Sox "City Connect 2.0" jersey, which the team announced in April 2025.

In the complaint, Thomas claims his name and number 35 were featured on some of the uni tops that were put up for sale, despite never getting consent, according to Thomas.

The Big Hurt says the White Sox -- and the retailers -- likely raked in huge profits, while he says he received "no compensation" for the use of "Thomas" and his iconic number 35.

Dayton James Webber -- the professional cornhole player who happens to be a quadruple amputee now accused of murder -- showed people on social media how he can load and fire a handgun in a resurfaced clip.

The video posted to Webber's YouTube -- which is making the rounds online after Webber was arrested for murder -- features Webber out in a field ... sitting on grass littered with shotgun shells and other casings.

Watch the video ... Webber forces the magazine into the weapon with one arm while balancing it on his leg -- before picking it up and holding it between the end of his left arm and the bicep of his right.

Dakota Mortensen had a lot to say about his 2023 fight with Taylor Frankie Paul in a phone call with cops ... recalling the moment she threw a barstool that allegedly hit her child and answering questions about her urinating on herself.

TMZ obtained police body camera footage from the investigation into the February 2023 fight that landed Taylor in some legal hot water ... and you hear Dakota telling cops that she threw a metal barstool at him that he says ricocheted and hit her kid, who was sitting on the couch in Taylor's living room as the fight played out only feet away.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, a company named 24/7 Productions is suing Nicki and her company, Pink Friday Productions ... 24/7 said it first worked with Nicki on the 2022 MTV Video Music Awards, where it provided live entertainment production services.

In late 2023, the company says, Nicki asked them to help with her concerts at Jingle Ball and her album launch for "Pink Friday 2."

OJ Da Juiceman Arrested After Allegedly Pointing Gun At Trooper

OJ da Juiceman got arrested in Georgia after allegedly pointing a handgun at a state trooper ... but it looks like he's ready to fight the allegation.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the trap rapper was arrested March 15 by the Georgia State Patrol and slapped with 10 charges ... after a trooper claimed OJ passed him on the interstate and pointed a gun at him multiple times.

The trooper claims they were merging into the HOV lane on I-20 East in Atlanta in late January when OJ started tailgating and honking at him. He says OJ then passed him, pointed a black handgun at him, and sped off, recklessly driving in and out of traffic.

The trooper alleges he caught up to OJ, and OJ again pointed the gun at him and drove away recklessly.

Quadruple Amputee Cornhole Pro Fatally Shot Friend in Passenger Seat, Authorities Allege

A professional cornhole player who happens to be a quadruple amputee is facing murder charges over the shooting death of a man in Maryland ... TMZ Sports has learned.

According to the Charles County Sheriff’s Office, Dayton James Webber was booked Sunday after witnesses said he shot and killed a passenger in his car earlier the same day.

The sheriff's office says the witnesses were in the back seat when Webber -- who they say was driving -- got into an argument with the front seat passenger. Witnesses told police that’s when the 27-year-old pulled a gun and fatally shot the passenger. Cops say they all knew each other.

According to law enforcement, the witnesses said Webber pulled the car over and asked them to help pull the body out of the car ... but they told authorities they said no, and got out of the car … while Webber drove off with the alleged victim's body still in the car.

Later, cops say they got a call about a body in a yard … and identified the man as Bradrick Michael Wells, also 27, who was pronounced dead at the scene.

Officers say they found Webber’s car in Charlottesville, Virginia before tracking him down at a nearby hospital … where they say he was trying to get treated for “a medical issue.”

He was booked in Virginia by the Albemarle County Police Department and subsequently charged as a fugitive from justice. According to officers, he’s set to be extradited back to Maryland, where authorities say he will be charged with first-degree and second-degree murder, and other charges.

Back in 2023 … Webber wrote an essay for "Today" about playing cornhole professionally with the American Cornhole League as a quadriplegic.

Bill Cosby just took a huge loss in court today ... a jury reportedly awarded $19.25 million to Donna Motsinger after she alleged the comedian drugged and raped her in 1972.

Jurors reportedly found Cosby liable for sexual assault and sexual battery while awarding Motsinger $17.5 million for past mental suffering, and $1.75 million for future suffering.

According to Rolling Stone, the jury also left the door open for future punitive damages by determining Cosby acted with "malice, oppression, or fraud."

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Jordan filed the TRO request Friday in his pending divorce case with Jessi, and she filed her opposition to the TRO the same day. No further details about the nature of the claims in the documents are available. The US Sun was first to report the news.

Tekashi 6ix9ine was on the phone with his girlfriend, Aliday Alzugaray, from jail on Friday while Aliday was watching a woman allegedly trying to break into their home ... this according to a police report.

According to the report, obtained by TMZ, Tekashi was on the phone with his girlfriend, who was at his Florida home ... while he remains locked up in a federal detention facility in Brooklyn. Cops say his girlfriend was worried about a woman -- identified as Chanique Lambert -- who was allegedly armed with a gun, trying to get into the house.

Police say the family was already aware of Chanique, as they claim she had been trying to get onto the property for the past month and a half by using the same method -- arriving in an Uber and telling security she's Tekashi's cousin.

"America's Got Talent" standout Jourdan Blue was arrested Saturday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated ... TMZ has learned.

Arrest records from the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office in Louisiana show not only was he nabbed for DWI -- he was also booked for allegedly driving on a suspended license, careless operation, and open container in motor vehicle.  We're still trying to find out additional details of the arrest.

Fans will remember Jourdan as the street performer from New Orleans who earned a golden buzzer from judge Howie Mandel during the Season 20 premiere of 'AGT' in 2025. Jourdan ended up finishing in 3rd place on the reality TV competition show.

FKA Twigs says she's over being targeted by a band with a similar name ... so she's turning the tables by asking a judge to tell them to stop trying to take her to court over it.

According to a lawsuit obtained by TMZ ... FKA Twigs -- real name Tahliah Debrett Barnett -- wants a declaration from the judge to put an end to the indie twin-sister group The Twigs sending her cease-and-desist letters over their similar names.

Basically, FKA claims the sister act -- composed of Laura and Linda Good -- has been hounding her over the trademark to her name ... after she says they filed a trademark claim against her in 2014, before "voluntarily" dismissing the case and disappearing for a while.
