Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner are in a battle for queen, but we've learned based on the numbers, Kim is poised to win the war.

Kylie supporters came out in droves 10 days ago when the Kardashian/Jenner sisters' pay websites launched, with 74% of users downloading Kylie's app -- Kim was in third place with 9%. But we got hold of the numbers, and the tables are turning ... fast.

With more than a million users now using the pay sites, we're told Kylie has 40% of the users ... Kim stands at 30%. Kylie is clearly still winning, but we're told there has been a steady and continued narrowing of the gap, and Kim could overtake Kylie in days.

Kim -- who does not like losing to anyone -- has turned up the heat. She's posted ass-shots and other hot pics on her various social media platforms, driving fans to her app.

The app source who's worked with the family says Kim knows how to use social media better than anyone in her family -- Kylie included -- and when she wants to win, she'll win. And she wants to win.

Kim posted a video with Kylie promising to pass on the media torch and teach her all of her tricks. Our advice to Kylie? Michael Jordan used that trick before with the youngins ... and it worked every time.

Seems whoever booked the flight got her a first class ticket but not the others in her party, including her mom, who had surgery and is walking with a cane.

Uzo walked back to coach to see her mom and then did the switch. She sat there for 5 hours, in the company of her Emmy.

Big step for Serena and Drake ... the tennis star jetted up to Canada for the opening of Drake's restaurant Monday night -- and hung out with the rapper's mother!!

Drake was in Toronto to launch his new eatery Fring's ("I got onion rings, gotta lotta onion rings") ... along with the two ladies in his life.

Serena looked smokin' hot -- high heels and a pencil skirt -- and according to people inside, there was the usual restaurant PDA with Drake.

Unclear how much time Serena spent with Drake's mom -- but we're told the music was so loud inside, it would have been tough to have that "So, you're dating my son" conversation anyway.

As for Drake, he posted a pic from inside the restaurant with his mom ... calling her his "one and only."

No word if Drake's dad showed up -- after we spoke with him last time, seems he was also waiting for some quality time with his son's new boo.

Bristol Palin has a deranged suitor who believes he's her son's daddy and wants to do the right thing ... by moving in with her.

Michael Cummings had a box and suitcase delivered to the P.O. box for Todd and Sarah Palin's Wasilla home, packed with his belongings, including a Keurig coffee machine.

He's been a thorn in Bristol's side for a long time, sending her an engagement ring, showing up at birthday parties and leaving a knife in her mailbox. She got protective orders in the past, but they've all expired.

So Bristol went back to court and got another one, ordering him to stay 1,000 feet clear of her and her family.

Here's the problem ... people who are mentally disturbed are the least likely to obey stay away orders. But it's the best Bristol can do, and at least if he violates it the cops will arrest him.

Chris Brown just scored an enormous victory in his child custody war with his baby mama ... he got joint custody of Royalty, and he gets to take her home today ... TMZ has learned.

Brown and Nia Guzman squared off in a Houston court Friday morning. She not only wanted to deny Chris any custodial rights, she also only wanted to give him supervised visitation.

The judge disagreed and we've learned Chris and Nia will share 50/50 physical custody, with Royalty going back and fourth every 4 days. Both Chris and Nia now live in L.A.

And Chris, who was in court represented by Mark Geragos, scored another victory. The judge ordered him to pay Nia $2,500 a month in child support, which is exactly what he's been paying her. She wanted $15k.

The judge also ordered Nia not to talk crap on Chris and not reveal anything about the case on social media.

2:00 PM PT -- Nia's legal team has a positive outlook on the hearing. We're told they see it as merely a temporary victory for Chris, since there will be a mediation in weeks to come -- and child support payments will be addressed.

Also, Chris agreed that his mother would always be present when he has custody of Royalty.

Chris Brown wants the courts to do his dirty work -- as in, force baby mama Nia Guzman to quit bad mouthing him and talking about his fathering skills, or lack thereof, in public.

Chris and Nia are heading into court Friday morning to start hammering out a formal custody agreement for Royalty, but sources connected to the case tell us job 1 will be a gag order. Brown filed docs for an injunction blocking Guzman from bashing him to news media AND on social media.

Royalty's mom and dad have had very public beefs -- most recently when each accused the other of putting Royalty in dangerous situations. Sources close to Guzman say she thinks the gag order is a joke, since she only blasts Chris when he starts with her.

Also on the table today -- custody time (he wants 50/50), and monthly child support (she wants $15k/month instead of $2,500/month). This case won't be quick and easy. As one source put it, "It's gonna get nasty."

6:45 AM PT -- Nia just showed up at the courthouse in Houston. No sign of Chris yet.
