Shaquille O'Neal just agreed to a boxing match with a famous bodyguard ... and his son tells TMZ Sports even though the legend might be a bit old for this kinda thing, he'll support him nonetheless!!

We spoke with Myles at LAX this week ... fresh off Shaq's response to Will Smith's former security guy Charlie Mack, who challenged him to a celebrity boxing match.

Myles, a DJ, was caught off guard by Shaq's acceptance ... especially since his dad is 53 years old. So, we asked if he was concerned ... and his answer was exactly what you'd expect.

Kelly Clarkson is keeping it lowkey in Los Angeles wearing a large hat and shades for her first outing since the passing of her ex-husband, Brandon Blackstock.

The singer was spotted donning an all-black outfit while arriving at LAX airport with her kids, River, 11, and Remington, 9, as well as her sister, Alyssa. The "American Idol" alum maintained a somber expression as she tried to corral her group and their belongings before heading into the airport.

This is the first time Kelly has been spotted since news of Brandon's passing broke earlier in August. As we reported at the time, BB was battling melanoma -- a serious form of skin cancer -- for several years before succumbing to his illness.

Norman Reedus and Helena Christensen's son Mingus has been arrested ... TMZ has learned.

NYPD confirms to TMZ ... the 25-year-old model was arrested after police responded to an assault in progress in Manhattan Saturday morning.

Cops say the responding officers observed a 33-year-old female with minor injuries to her neck and leg ... with emergency medical services later transporting the woman to Bellevue Hospital.

We're told she is in stable condition.

The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department is feeling certain Emmanuel Haro was not kidnapped from the parking lot of a Big 5 ... leading to the arrest of parents, Jake and Rebecca Haro, for suspicion of murder.

Authorities released an update following the Haro couple's arrest on Friday, where they noted that the investigation already included numerous interviews, several searches, and the collection of digital and electronic evidence -- which is why they've since determined that Rebecca's claim her son was snatched from the parking lot of the sporting good store in Yucaipa, California ... "did not occur."

Remember, we reported that authorities believed Emmanuel to be deceased ... but that they were still searching for his remains. So far, no update has come through on whether investigators have located the missing 7-month-old's remains.

Erik Menendez's daughter Talia is refusing to call the brothers' respective parole denials a loss ... issuing a passionate defense online following Lyle Menendez's rejected bid for freedom.

Talia, who is Erik's stepdaughter from his marriage to Tammi Menendez, took to her Instagram Stories Saturday morning ... in which she expressed her disappointment about the latest parole ruling -- but made it clear she refuses to give up hope.

She wrote ... "People can have different views of this being a win or not ... When you have been let down time and time again ... The highest your hopes have ever been ... Watching your family get older and older."

Erik Menendez's stepdaughter Talia is speaking out amid his marathon parole hearing Thursday in California.

Talia -- who's the daughter of Erik's wife Tammi -- hopped on Instagram this afternoon to tell fans she has no update yet other than to say she's "just as anxious" as everyone else about the hearing's outcome. As you know, Erik and his brother Lyle were convicted decades ago for the shotgun murders of their parents, Kitty and Jose Menendez.

Talia is a huge advocate for Erik and Lyle and constantly writes in support of them on her Instagram account. In July, she posted about Erik's kidney stones, saying he was recovering from a 2nd surgery related to his health issue.

Jenelle Evans' relationship with her teen son Jace has gone up in flames -- fresh off leaking their private texts, and he’s no longer living under her roof in Vegas and it's mainly because he's currently on probation, TMZ has learned.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... 16-year-old Jace is now living with a relative in North Carolina, after he threatened to call CPS on Jenelle when she grounded him for acting out.

Our sources say -- despite media reports -- Jace never followed through and filed a CPS report ... he merely threatened it, claiming he was left in charge of watching Jenelle's other kids while she was out, which she says is total BS.

Las Vegas Metro Police is investigating a stabbing that went down at All American Park on Wednesday ... stating two men were in a verbal altercation over a parking space when the suspect stabbed the victim multiple times in the stomach.

Trish Stratus is mourning the loss of her mother, Alice Stratigeas ... with the WWE Hall of Famer announcing she passed away last week after a battle with cancer.

Stratus shared the tragic news with her fans in an Instagram post on Wednesday ... saying she hasn't been able to find the words until now -- and that writing it "makes it more real."

"She fought through so many battles in her life with a strength that amazed me, and even in her hardest days, she was still thinking of everyone else first," Stratus wrote. "That was my mama - selfless, brave, and full of love."

Brandon Blackstock's family is still reeling from his tragic death ... with his daughter Savannah sharing a heartfelt message about what her father meant to her.

Savannah took to IG Tuesday night ... writing, "My daddy never fell short of making my dreams come true. No matter how high or how far, he made a way. Not only did he make my dreams come true, he chased them with me. Worldwide he was there, my biggest cheerleader. He is my best friend, my voice of reason, and my favorite phone call every day."

The 23-year-old posted a series of photos of her with her father ... including moments from her wedding, horseback riding, and him posing with her 3-year-old son, Lake.

What makes Brandon's death all the more tragic ... Savannah revealed she was pregnant just a month before he passed away.

12:07 PM PT -- A family source tells TMZ ... they believe Travis Renee Baldwin left her home around 3:20 AM Sunday to go to her son, Logan Chrisinger's, apartment to help with a crisis. We're told she was FaceTiming with her son that morning and he threatened he'd kill himself and flashed his gun.

The family is aware Chrisinger had mental issues going on, as he had threatened Baldwin previously ... even saying he would kill her and hope she died. Chrisinger has been under immense stress lately -- he lost his job and was worried about losing his apartment.

Baldwin is remembered by her family as a loving mom to her son and daughter, Adrianna. Her family says she would have done anything for her kids and her beloved pup Kai. She also loved her job and those she worked with.

Funeral plans have not yet been arranged.

Travis Renee Baldwin -- a Newsmax makeup artist who worked for Greta Van Susteren --  was fatally shot in Virginia over the weekend -- and police say her son pulled the trigger.

According to the Arlington County Police Department, Logan Chrisinger shot and killed his mom in an Arlington apartment Sunday morning, but his motive is still a mystery.

Officers were dispatched at 8:30 AM after receiving a report of a shooting and found Baldwin with an apparent gunshot wound and her son at the scene, police said. Baldwin was rushed to a local hospital, where she was pronounced dead.

Jenelle Evans is firing back after her teenage son Jace dropped text messages online -- accusing her of mistreatment and even dredging up past abuse allegations against her ex-husband, David Eason.

On Tuesday, Jace shared screenshots of private text messages between him and his mom on his Instagram. In one of the exchanges, Jenelle fired off, "Your the one saying you're going to have my custody taken. F*** YOU," after Jace told her he didn't need her in his life.

In another, she accused him of lying about David strangling him -- to which Jace replied, "I never lied ... he tried to ..."

Now, Jenelle is responding to the leaked texts and allegations and tells TMZ ... the texts were taken out of context and posted in retaliation after she disciplined her son.

She tells us … "My children are my whole world, and everything I do is to try and protect, guide and love them. Jace posting our private texts was his reaction to being rightfully disciplined and while it hurts to see those moments shared publicly, I know it comes from a place of struggle."

Jenelle says navigating Jace's medical diagnoses has been an ongoing battle, but insists she's always fought to get him the resources and support he needs.
