11:38 AM PT -- Tyga's reps tell us, "These, like other allegations, are completely false. This was a business relationship that went sour and was ended last year. We learned of the complaint via TMZ and are aware that individuals will continue to attempt to cash in on Tyga's success."

Tyga screwed a woman -- not named Kylie -- by lying to her, and jacking her concept for a clothing company to the tune of more than a MILLION bucks ... or so she claims in a new lawsuit.

According to the docs ... Tyga and Chuon Guen Lee formed the clothing line Last Kings in January 2013 -- and she says Tyga promised to heavily promote the line and get it on shelves in the popular clothing chain, Tilly's.

Lee says none of those things happened, and then Tyga made off with more than half a mil in merch. The real kick in the gut -- she says he started another company with another partner, and cleverly named it ... Egypt Kings.

Needless to say, Lee is not amused by the wordplay. She's suing Tyga and his new partner for $1.6 mil, plus damages.

Tyga's reps haven't responded to our calls.

Macy's is paying the price for sacking Donald Trump, because we've learned thousands of customers are cutting up their Macy's credit card in protest.

Sources connected to the department store tell TMZ, Macy's has received complaints from approximately 30,000 customers since ending its relationship with Trump nearly 2 weeks ago.

We're told the store has been "inundated with complaints" from customers who believe the department store is unfairly punishing Trump for his views on immigration.

Our sources say thousands of customers have vowed never to shop at Macy's again and many of them say they're cutting up their Macy's credit card to make a statement.

Christian Audigier -- the fashion designer behind the successful clothing lines Ed Hardy and Von Dutch -- has passed away. He was 57.

His longtime publicist, Michele Elyzabeth, told the website LATF USA, "I just heard the news and I am truly devastated. Christian was an incredibly brilliant man. He will be missed."

As TMZ first reported, Audigier was diagnosed with cancer in January. He told us it was MDS (Myelodysplastic Syndrome), the same bone disease "Good Morning America" anchor Robin Roberts was diagnosed with back in 2012.

Audigier has a net worth of nearly $250 million and has worked with Guess, Levi's, Diesel, American Outfitters, Bisou Bisou, and XOXO.

His own brands are currently available in over 40 countries.

Christian is survived by his 4 children.

Donald Trump's clothing line has been hung out to dry by Macy's -- but he's firing back at the company for caving to pressure, and claiming it backs illegal immigration.

Macy's made it short and sweet, saying it doesn't "believe the disparaging characterizations portray an accurate picture of the many Mexicans, Mexican Americans and Latinos who have made so many valuable contributions to the success of our nation."

Trump immediately blasted his former biz partners -- saying Macy's and NBC dropped him at the first sign of trouble ... and he sees that as a sign they "support illegal immigration, which is totally detrimental to the fabric of our once great country."

Trump added one financial dig ... that his Macy's deal was a "small business" worth much less than his principles.

He was heavily involved with Macy's since his line was launched in 2004, even appearing in commercials.
