The bartender who claims she was shoved by Cuba Gooding Jr. BERATED the actor as she threw him out of her establishment Tuesday morning ... telling him, "New Orleans disowns you" ... this according to a witness who took a photo of the altercation.

TMZ obtained a pic showing the brunette female bartender engaging Cuba outside of The Old Absinthe House on Bourbon Street ... AFTER he allegedly roughed her up inside the bar.

We broke the story ... the bartender told police she politely asked Cuba to leave after he cussed at people who tried to take his picture ... when he shoved her into a wall.

The person who took the pic tells us ... the bartender was VERY UPSET at the actor ... and followed him outside the bar as he was being thrown out ... shouting, "I don't give a f*ck if you're a celebrity ... you don't push people."

A bar employee (the blonde) called 911 to report the alleged battery to police. Cuba has since been ordered to appear in court over the incident.

A rep for Cuba says the whole thing is one giant misunderstanding.

4:45 PM PT -- Ward has since tweeted about the incident ... saying, "I just want to let everyone know that nothing happened to me and that this entire situation has been blown completely up. I'm sorry for this even being made relevant."

Cleveland Browns safety T.J. Ward was involved in a VERY heated dust-up outside a L.A. nightclub early Monday morning ... so intense that security discharged their pepper spray to control the situation.

TMZ obtained footage of an extremely pissed off Ward leaving Greystone Manor in Hollywood around 2AM ... in fact, his friends were trying to restrain the NFL player ... while another group of people restrained the man he was beefin' with.

It's unclear why the two men were charged up ... but minutes after they spilled into the street, a couple of men in uniform, who appear to be private security officers, followed the group into the street brandishing pepper spray in an effort to break up the situation.

At one point, one of the men discharged his spray ... and the mist actually hit our camera guy in the face.

As for T.J. ... the 25-year-old former 2nd round draft pick eventually left the scene ... and was never seen exchanging blows with anyone.

We spoke to the LAPD spokesperson -- who told us none of their officers were called to the scene ... no complaints were filed ... and no arrests were made.

Eddie Griffin responded the only way he knew how when a woman threw a drink at him during his own stand-up show ... he threw one back ... and it was all caught on video.

Police in Pleasanton, CA tell TMZ they were called to Tommy T's Comedy Club on Friday night after a fight broke out when a woman became so offended at Griffin's act ... she threw a drink at him while he was on stage.

The video obtained by TMZ begins after the woman threw the drink and Griffin can be seen retaliating, pouring his bottle of water on her and then tossing it at her.

Security had the woman removed from the venue and the club closed down for the night after the fracas.

Chumlee from "Pawn Stars" was involved in a crazy -- and bloody -- fight right in the middle of Hollywood Blvd. this weekend ... but the reality star tells TMZ it was all in self-defense.

A video has surfaced showing Chum and his pals hanging out in front of Chum's Rolls Royce ... when they are approached by an unknown man.

Chum tells us ... the guy was harassing the group and demanding a ride in the Rolls. When Chum's group refused, Chum says the man threatened to pull a gun.

Chum says the man then reached for something in his pocket ... so his boys took action, socking the guy in the face HARD ... dropping the man to the pavement.

Once the guy hit the floor, Chum and his crew scrambled to get back in the car and quickly fled the scene ... while the man tried to pick himself up, blood pouring out of his face.

Chum tells TMZ, "Instinct just took over. [The man] didn’t even know I was on TV or anything … just wanted to ride in our car and start problems.”

The Game says he plans to release NEW footage showing rapper 40 Glocc getting beat up by a member of Game's crew during a violent encounter in the Hollywood Hills.

Game just called in to Power 99's Cosmic Kev ... and said one of his friends attacked 40 Glocc AFTER he punched the rapper during the initial encounter this past weekend.

Game says the 2nd attack happened after he had already left the scene ... fearing the cops were on the way.

Game also explains why he went after 40 in the first place -- saying he believes 40 started a Twitter account posing as Game's oldest child ... and had used the account to trash The Game.

Game admits he was looking to pick a fight with 40 on the day of the encounter ... and says the only reason he stopped his brutal assault on the guy is because he didn't want to kill him or put him in a coma ... "because then I'd get 25 to life."

"What I wanted to do was beat his ass like I wanted to ... without really putting him into a position where he was a vegetable or something."

40 Glocc maintains he was "jumped" by Game and Game's crew ... and claims he only tried to run away because some of his attackers were carrying guns. 40 has said he does not plan to pursue legal action against Game.

Video has surfaced of rapper The Game ferociously beating up a former G-Unit rapper named 40 Glocc ... and now the victim claims Game pulled a gun right before the fight.

The cell phone footage -- some of it shot by The Game -- shows the rapper confronting 40 Glocc in the middle of a Hollywood street ... saying, "You wanna finish it? You wanna finish it right here?"

Game then proceeds to throw a barrage of punches at 40 Glocc ... some of which connect right in the rapper's face.

During the footage, 40 Glocc tells the camera, "I just got jumped, n*gga."

The Game continues to throw punches and calls 40 a "punk ass n*gga."

As 40 tries to flee the scene, Game shouts, "There ain't gonna be another one, n*gga."

Game points the camera at his shoes, which contain blood spots.

After the fight, 40 Glocc tweeted about the incident ... saying Game "chased me down with a pistol ... N*gga has to have a gun drawn on me."

For some reason, Glocc says he will NOT pursue legal action against Game.

It looked like a post-apocalyptic WAR ZONE when cops arrived to Flavor Flav's home on the 4th of July ... with smoke, loud explosions, and a charged up mob ... and the whole thing was caught on tape.

Long story short -- Flav and some of his Las Vegas neighbors set off a TON of fireworks in the middle of the street ... and not surprisingly, the noise (and the giant fireworks in the sky) attracted the local police.

When cops arrived ... they sifted their way through the smoke and located Flav, who was still clutching a lighter in his hand.

Flav was totally cooperative -- and forked over his I.D. to the police. The laws regarding fireworks in Vegas are a little loose ... but cops didn't feel like Flav's situation warranted an arrest.

Instead, cops asked the rapper and his neighbors to stop lighting the fireworks and clear out of the street ... and everyone seemed to oblige.

Two women who claim they were injured in the Chris Brown vs. Drake brawl have sued the nightclub ... insisting it wouldn't have happened if the club hadn't been over-serving people who were already trashed.

In the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ ... Lucy Pavlovsky and Nadia Beddini claim they each suffered permanent injuries in the bottle-smashing fight inside W.i.P nightclub in NYC on June 14.

Both women claim they suffered damage to their face, head, neck, body and extremities.

TMZ obtained photos of Lucy, taken the day after the brawl -- which show lacerations to her arm that required stitches.

In the suit, both women point the finger at the people who ran the club ... claiming the bottle-throwers were "sold and consumed alcohol in excessive amounts" ... even after they appeared wasted.

In the suit, filed in state court in New York by attorney Javier Solano, the women also claim the club failed to properly train its bouncers to handle a violent situation.

The women are also suing the bottle-throwers -- but since their identities are still unknown, they've listed the culprits as John Does 1 through 5.

The women are suing for unspecified damages.

Neither Chris Brown nor Drake are personally named in the suit.

You might think Chris Brown would be persona non grata at the official BET Awards after party tonight, but TMZ has learned the nightclub combatant was indeed invited and RSVP'd yes.

According to our sources, CB will be in attendance at the star-studded soiree going down at Playhouse in Los Angeles ... where Usher, Common, and Kevin Hart are among the anticipated guests.

We're told Brown's people told party organizers the singer will be showing up and that the invite came AFTER the events that went down at W.i.P. in NYC. In fact, the party tonight is being thrown by people connected to W.i.P.

Chris Brown has taken his beef with Drake out of the nightclub and put it where it belongs ... on record ... by dropping a new verse that rips his hip-hop adversary.

The new song -- a remix track called "Game Don't Like" -- was released today on djorator.com. CB has a verse on the song, which mentions "throwin' bottles" but then takes a shot at Drake. Brown raps:

"Take Care," for the uninitiated, is the name of Drake's most recent album.

From now on, the only bottles flying at W.i.P. nightclub will be of the non-alcoholic sort ... because officials in NYC have officially suspended the club's liquor license.

The New York State Liquor Authority (SLA) ordered the booze ban last night, citing "ten separate assault and altercations beginning on March 11 2012, and leading up to a large brawl at the club on June 14, 2012" -- the night of the Drake vs. Chris Brown fight.

The SLA says it has hit the club with 17 Alcoholic Beverage Control Law violations ... including drug activity (twice) ... lack of supervision ... using the name "W.I.P." without SLA authorization ... and "becoming a drain on police resources."

According to the SLA, the ban is "effective immediately ... no alcohol can be served or consumed on the premises."

First Drake vs. Chris Brown ... and now ANOTHER fist fight over Rihanna ... but this one ended quickly.

It all went down Sunday night in London ... when a paparazzo (not a TMZ guy) got too close to Rihanna ... and one of the giants protecting the pop star unleashed a right cross that connected ... HARD.

Keep your eyes on the huge guy with the bald head ... who was trying to clear out a space in front of Rihanna's ride as she tried to exit the Whiskey Mist nightclub.

The bodyguard wasn't in the mood to talk things out with the photog ... and fired off one punch that sent the shutterbug down for the count. It's unclear if the pap ever got up.

Don't count on hearing any awkward jokes about having sex with Roseanne Barr -- because her famous ex-husband Tom Arnold wants nothing whatsoever to do with her upcoming Comedy Central roast.

A rep for Tom tells TMZ, the actor will NOT be reaching out to Comedy Central to participate and will say no if the network reaches out to him.

The rep adds, "He has absolutely no interest in being apart of it." The rep explained the couple simply doesn't talk anymore, and that's not gonna change any time soon.

Tom and Roseanne were married from 1990-1994 -- and their split was notoriously nasty, culminating in a screaming match outside the "Roseanne" set in 1994.

W.i.P. nightclub feels it's absurd that Tony Parker is suing them over the Chris Brown/Drake fight ... saying there is no way they could have predicted what went down ... sources directly connected to the club tell TMZ.

Parker filed a $20 million lawsuit against the club on Thursday, claiming the club should have known "there was bad blood between Drake and Brown" and only fueled matters by selling them and their posse alcohol.

But sources close to the club tell TMZ that Drake and Chris Brown are not prone to such violence, with one source saying, "Chris Brown and Drake are not Biggie and Tupac."

We're told the club feels the fight was out of their control and they did everything they could to stop it as quickly as possible.

Our sources say the club finds Tony's allegation they were understaffed to be ridiculous ... saying they had around 15 security guards working that night and the owners personally choose who goes in the club and who doesn't.

NBA superstar Tony Parker -- who was injured when Drake and Chris Brown's posses squared off -- is suing the NYC nightclub for $20 million, claiming it should never have let Rihanna's exes in at the same time ... and Chris Brown as well as Drake could end up as defendants.

The San Antonio Spurs star filed the lawsuit Thursday in NY State Supreme Court ... against W.i.P. Nightclub -- and in the suit he alleges the club's security was negligent for allowing the brawl to ever happen.

Parker says he was hit by shards of glass and suffered lacerations to his cornea when bottles started flying in the fight last week.

The lawsuit alleges club management, knowing there was "bad blood between Drake and Brown," was driven by the almighty buck and continued selling alcohol to the participants in the brawl, despite the fact that some were "visibly intoxicated."

Parker's injury is a huge deal because it could affect his NBA career, and -- more immediately -- his performance in the Olympics with the French national basketball team.

As for why he would sue for $20 MILLION? Parker is in the middle of a $50 million contract with the Spurs.

As for whether Chris Brown or Drake will be added as defendants, Parker's lawyer, David Jaroslawicz, tells TMZ ... he's waiting for the results of the police investigation. He also wants to review the surveillance tape before making his decision.

Attempting to get Priscilla Presley's autograph came at a very high price for one dude -- as in ... a severe ASS WHOOPING!!

Priscilla was leaving Pantages Theater last night in Hollywood when she stopped to sign autographs for a large group of fans -- but one autograph seeker started arguing with Priscilla's bodyguards ... over the positioning of his photo. Seriously.

The guy actually threatened the bodyguards, saying ... "You damage my property, I'm gonna damage something of yours." A few seconds later the autograph seeker learned the true meaning of damage ... as fists start flying!

The bodyguard makes quick work of the dude -- who was already wearing a leg brace -- taking him down to the ground ... and staying on top of him while the autograph seeker threatens to sue.
