3:42 PM PT -- Great news ... Errol Spence is "awake and responding" after his terrifying Ferrari crash -- and somehow managed to escape with no broken bones!
We spoke with Errol's rep who gave us the following statement ...
"Spence is awake and responding and is listed in stable condition. He didn’t sustain any broken bones or fractures, but does have some facial lacerations. He is expected to make a full recovery."
"He is currently resting with his family by his side. They want to thank everyone for their prayers and well wishes and are extremely grateful to the Dallas first responders who rush to the scene to attend to Errol after the accident and the doctors who are taking care of him at the hospital."
10:47 AM PT -- Surveillance cameras captured video of the crash, showing the Ferrari wildly flipping several times. There's a moment where it appears you can see Spence being ejected from the car.
The video, obtained by CBS 11 in Dallas, was shot at 2:46 AM.

10:25 AM PT -- CBS 11 reporter J.D. Miles says Spence has several broken teeth, but is expected to recover.
Spence reportedly could face a DWI charge based on the investigation into the accident.
9:57 AM PT -- Dallas Cowboys' Jason Garrett -- the head coach of Errol's favorite football team -- told reporters Wednesday he and the team are sending prayers the boxer's way after learning of the accident.
"Obviously, everyone's thinking about him," Garrett said. "Heard the news this morning and he's certainly been a great champion and our thoughts and prayers are with him."
8:43 AM PT -- Errol's most recent opponent, Shawn Porter, is sending his love to Spence and his family -- telling TMZ Sports their professional rivalry comes second, Errol's health is the priority.
We spoke with Porter moments ago, who says he's been hearing POSITIVE things about Errol's health after the crash and is hopeful he'll recover.
In the meantime, he wants Errol to know he's rooting for the boxer and hopes he gets well soon.
We also spoke with boxing legend Roy Jones Jr. who made a special video for Spence. Long story short, the boxing community is rallying around the 29-year-old.
Boxing superstar Errol Spence -- one of the top pound-for-pound fighters in the world -- is badly injured and being treated in an Intensive Care Unit in Dallas after crashing a white Ferrari early Thursday morning.
The 29-year-old was driving on Riverfront Blvd. around 3 AM at a high rate of speed, according to cops, when the car went over the center median and flipped at least 5 times.
Spence, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was ejected from the car and suffered serious injuries, officials say. You can see in the photos, obtained by FOX 4, it doesn't appear the vehicle has a roof.
Spence was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment. Police say he's expected to survive.
The Dallas Police Dept. raced to the scene. Several officers were seen investigating the crash. It's unclear at this point if they believe alcohol was a factor.

Tyron Woodley says his true love is boxing, and his dream match-up is Canelo Alvarez. Oh, and T-Wood says if he landed a power shot, it'd be lights out for the Mexican star.
The UFC superstar joined Babcock on the "TMZ Sports" TV show (airs weeknights on FS1) ... when Tyron revealed that boxing -- and not mixed martial arts -- was his first love.
"All I wanted to do is box when I came up. I just started MMA at 23, so I felt I was a little old to start boxing at that age. But, since I was a kid, that's the only sport I've ever wanted to do. So, most of my training is boxing training."
And, just 'cause he hasn't officially stepped into the ring, doesn't mean Woodley couldn't knock high-level boxers on their asses.
"I still can box right now."
We asked Tyron for his dream match-up ... and it ain't Logan Paul.
"I want Canelo. I wanted Canelo. I want the number 1 guy."

A troubling twist in the Jeff Hardy drunk driving arrest ... cops say the WWE star had a bloody nose during the stop and told officers it was from an earlier "fight" with his wife.
It's all spelled out in the police report, obtained by TMZ Sports ... which describes how the Carthage Police Dept. in North Carolina received a tip about a careless and reckless driver around 8:40 PM on October 3.
When cops found the car, they noticed the driver (Hardy) was parked in front of a liquor store ... and when he came out, he was carrying a case of beer.
42-year-old Hardy got into his car and began to drive while cops followed closely -- and finally pulled him over when they observed him weaving badly in his lane.
During the stop, the officer noticed Hardy had "what seemed to be dried blood on his nose" -- and asked what had happened.
"The driver advised that him and his wife got into a fight."
Surprisingly, the police report doesn't give any more details about the possible domestic violence incident ... instead the officer proceeds to question Hardy about alcohol.

Ronnie Ortiz-Magro denies ever wielding a knife against his baby mama, Jen Harley, in their latest alleged domestic violence incident ... and insists he was only out to protect their daughter.
Sources familiar with the matter tell TMZ ... Ronnie is adamant he NEVER picked up or threatened Jen with a knife during their latest domestic disturbance in L.A. ... which required the cops to come out, break down a door and tase him in the end.
We're told Ronnie only confronted Jen because he was afraid she was trying to take their daughter away from their Airbnb rental home ... which surveillance footage from a neighbor's house seems to support, on the surface anyway.
TMZ broke the story ... Jen looked pretty terrified as she sidled up to the neighbor's home with 1-year-old Ariana in hand, attempting to open the trunk of the neighbor's car.

Oscar De La Hoya is calling BS on an L.A. radio star who claims the boxing legend treated him like crap during his run with Golden Boy Promotions ... telling TMZ Sports his lawsuit is full of lies.
Oscar just broke his silence on the lawsuit filed by David Gonzalez -- famously known as "Tattoo" -- who accused De La Hoya of doing some seriously messed up stuff in his role as head of the company.
In his suit, Gonzalez -- who was hired to do announcing and PR stuff for Golden Boy -- claims Oscar would force him to run personal, non-work related errands ... sometimes while Oscar was "highly intoxicated and under the influence of various substances."
So, when we saw Oscar at LAX over the weekend, we asked him for his response to the accusations ... and that's when the boxer swung back.

Merriman currently helps run the Lights Out Xtreme Fighting league ... and he tells us he's straight-up ready to get the troubled Raiders linebacker a scrap in his cage.
And, why? The ex-Chargers superstar says it's pretty clear ... Burfict is a BAD man -- and he could be a seriously entertaining MMA fighter.
"I just talked to my partners right now," Merriman tells us. "We want to make Vontaze Burfict an offer to come and fight."
Of course, Burfict ain't exactly out of NFL options just yet ... he's still in the process of appealing the season-long suspension the league just handed down to him this week.

Wladimir Klitschko Could Return To Boxing ... Hints Trainer

The crowded heavyweight boxing landscape might have to make some room for an old tenant ... because Wladimir Klitschko might be making a return, according to his trainer.
We talked to Jonathan Banks, the man who trained Klitschko, and is training GGG for his huge fight this weekend against Sergiy Derevyanchenko Saturday night, and Banks hinted to us that Klitschko is contemplating a return.
"After a conversation with him like a week ago maybe, now I can say anything's possible."
Wlad's last two losses are to Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua, and he wasn't dominated in either fight, as a matter of fact, he dropped AJ in their fight, which was an all-time classic.
"I told him these exact words, 'If this is what you make up your mind to do, you have my 100% support.'"
WK is 43, making him much older than the dominant heavyweights today, but still, if you watch Banks talk, it seems he believes Klitschko can do it.
"Whatever his mind is made up to do, he's doing."

Remember, Ric told us in September he had some problems with WWE superstar Becky Lynch using the nickname, "The Man" ... because Rick says he owns the rights to that term and thinks the WWE should pay him for it.
But, when we saw Ric at LAX on Thursday with his wife, Wendy Barlow, Flair said things are definitely cool now ... and he chalks it all up to a case of "agree to disagree."

Evander Holyfield is just a few weeks shy of his 57th birthday ... but he's still ready to throw down -- and will fly to Japan for a charity exhibition in 2020.
Holyfield hasn't fought professionally since May 2011 (he beat Brian Nielsen) -- but "The Real Deal" says he's kept himself in prime shape ever since and he's ready to get back in the ring.
The details about the exhibition fight are unclear but Holyfield says he still thinks he's got the at signature knockout power.
Don't get it twisted, Holyfield says the goal is to raise money for people in need -- and not to annihilate his opponent -- so the bout will be more of a performance than a no-holds-barred fight.
"The big thing is to give people in Japan the opportunity to see the only 4-time heavyweight champion of the world."
In related Holyfield news, Evander's 21-year-old son Evan "Yung Holy" Holyfield is about to make his pro boxing debut on the undercard of the Canelo Alvarez vs. Sergey Kovalev fight.
Evan is taking on Nick Winstead in a 4-round junior middleweight matchup.
"Yung Holy" previously told TMZ Sports he thinks he can be better than his Hall of Fame father.
"My dad always tells me every generation gets better. It's pretty much easy to believe, number one it's in the bible, and the bible don't tell no lies."
Good luck!

Deontay Wilder's giving TMZ Sports his hit list ... knock out Luis "King Kong" Ortiz in devastating fashion, beat up Tyson Fury and then fight the winner of the Andy Ruiz-Anthony Joshua rematch.
We got Wilder and his fiancee Telli Swift outside Bomane Hair Salon in L.A. ... and first things first, we asked the undefeated heavyweight champ how he expects his November 23 rematch with Ortiz will go down.
"I expect to have a devastating knockout, as always. When it comes to me and the sport of boxing, I'm a master of it. I love to do it. I'm blessed to have what many fighters would love to have in this sport and that's power."
"Like I said, from start to finish. From 1st round to 12 rounds. From 1 second to 36 minutes, I'm a dangerous man."
Ortiz is a 6'3", 240-lb. badass from Cuba with only 1 loss to his name -- and that L was at the hands of the Bronze Bomber -- who beat Luis back in 2018.
Wilder knocked out Ortiz in the 10th round ... but not before he was pushed to the absolute brink of defeat in the 7th round by the Cuban heavyweight.
If Wilder's prophetic in his devastating KO prediction over Ortiz ... he's got a blueprint that'll make him unified heavyweight champion of the world.
That plan ... start with Tyson Fury. Then take on the winner of Ruiz-Joshua II.
Speaking of that crazy-anticipated rematch ... Deontay even tells us who's gonna win the fight.

Odell Beckham Fight Video Shows DB Didn't Choke Him ... Ravens Claim

Breaking News

The Baltimore Ravens say Marlon Humphrey NEVER choked Odell Beckham Jr. in their game Sunday ... and they say they've got the up-close video that proves it.
Odell and the Ravens DB went at it all afternoon during the Ravens-Browns game over the weekend ... but tempers REALLY flared late in the 3rd quarter.
On a run play, Odell and Marlon grabbed a hold of each other ... and a violent wrestling match ensued.
Beckham appeared to throw a punch at Humphrey's helmet after grabbing his face mask ... and then Marlon grabbed him by the collar of the jersey and took him to the ground.
Fast-forward to Tuesday morning when the Ravens dropped new video showing the players while they were tussling on the grass ... Humphrey's hands slid from Odell's collar and into the receiver's neck area.
The Ravens say this is evidence Marlon did NOT choke OBJ ... with team writer, Ryan Mink saying, "[Humphrey] did not wrap his hands around Beckham’s neck and did not choke him."
Of course, Browns head coach Freddie Kitchens vehemently disagrees ... because after the game, he said, "He was getting choked on the ground. They get away with that because it's Odell."
As for Beckham, he never claimed he was choked ... saying after the game, "It’s hot out there. We’re just competing. I’m just upset that I lost my earring."
For what it's worth, we watched the video several times and never saw OBJ's earring fly off. Also, still no word if it's been found.
For Humphrey's part, he said of the incident, "I definitely told the referee [Beckham] should have been ejected ... But, it is what it is. Emotions flare. I enjoy going against a top guy like that."
No word yet from the NFL on if there will be punishment for either player for their role in the altercation.

DaBaby Security Knocks Female Fan Out Cold ... Thought It Was A Guy

SEPTEMBER 2019
7:33 AM PT -- 9/30 -- DaBaby's bodyguard -- who's seen in the video throwing punches -- took to Instagram Sunday to explain why he ended up knocking out a female ... and it sounds like he was just doing what he was hired to do, thinking the handsy fan was a man.
Watch ... the guy explains that he literally did NOT know the person who got aggressive with DB was a girl, and was only told about it after the fact. That said, he issues a warning of sorts -- guy, girl ... it doesn't really matter. He's hired to protect his artist, plain and simple.
DaBaby's concert Saturday night got way out of hand, with a female fan getting knocked out cold by the rapper's hired muscle.
DaBaby was performing at the Free Water Block Party In New Orleans and things were going okay, until 30 minutes into his set, when he jumped into the crowd -- something he does at all of his concerts.
Apparently, this time around, the crowd got a little too aggressive for his security. You see a female fan run over to him, trying to get a photo.
