Kanye & Kim Christmas As Usual Around the House
Kanye West will be recovering in the yuletide spirit -- it's full steam ahead on Kardashian-sized holiday decorations at his house, days after leaving UCLA Medical Center.
It took at least half a dozen workers to squeeze a giant Christmas tree -- looks to be at least 25 feet tall -- through the doors of Kim and Kanye's Bel-Air home.
There was also a huge water delivery. As we previously reported, 'Ye's doc told cops the rapper's temporary psychosis was brought on by sleep deprivation and extreme dehydration ... although we've since learned Kanye's issues run much deeper than that.
50 Cent I Saw Kanye's Breakdown Coming
Kanye West dropped hints he was in a bad place before his emotional and mental meltdown ... at least according to 50 Cent.
50 came to 'Ye's defense on "Watch What Happens Live" Thursday night as Andy Cohen fired off questions about Kanye's condition, the Paris robbery and Kanye's insurance claim for cancelled tour dates.
Fiddy's usually the guy going for the jugular, but sounds like he's cutting Kanye some slack.

Wayne Brady Sorry I Missed My Show ... I Had Too Much Soul Food
Wayne Brady was surprisingly MIA for opening night of his new play, but he's got an excuse we can all relate to -- he ate way too much on Thanksgiving. Seriously.
We asked Wayne why he missed his debut in "Merrily We Roll Along" Wednesday night, and he told us -- despite rumors of a more serious injury -- it was something way more embarrassing.
Brady assured us and all his fans there's no reason to worry, though ... he's already recovered and will be onstage at the Bram Goldsmith Theater in Bev Hills Friday night.
HoneyBaked Ham be damned.

Kanye West's behavior was so erratic when his doctor dialed 911 ... the dispatcher was worried he might hurt himself or others around him.
TMZ obtained the 911 call and once dispatch got the rundown on his condition the operator said, "Don't let him get any weapons or anything like that."
Kanye's personal physician, Dr. Michael Farzam, placed the call on November 21 ... while Kanye was at his trainer's home in L.A.
This call makes it clear ... all involved knew Kanye was in dire straits.

Kanye West Concerts On Hold ... Indefinitely
Kanye West is not committing to any concerts after the first of the year, and there is no date set for when he'll return to the stage ... TMZ has learned.
Sources connected with Kanye tell us he is in a fragile state and needs medical and psychological help to become healthy again. There is no way of projecting a date when Kanye will have fully recovered, and as a result all of his Saint Pablo Tour shows are on hold.
As we reported ... Kanye canceled all concerts through the end of 2016 just hours before he suffered a mental breakdown. At the time, he planned to get back on the road early in 2017, but now all bets are off.
Our sources are quick to add Kanye could bounce back before the new year, but it's just too early to tell.
At least there's good news in the financial department. As TMZ first reported, Kanye has an insurance policy that covers his profits and obligations as a result of concert cancellations.
Isaiah Austin I've Been Cleared to Play Basketball Again ... Gunning for NBA
Isaiah Austin -- the ex-college basketball star who was diagnosed with a rare heart condition before the 2014 Draft -- says his doctors have finally cleared him to play again ... and it sounds like he's gunning for the NBA.
The 23-year-old was a stud at Baylor -- but his basketball career came to a screeching halt when he was diagnosed with Marfan syndrome and doctors told him it was too risky to play pro ball.
Austin was an honorary draft pick that year -- and Isaiah told TMZ Sports NBA Commish Adam Silver offered him a job with the league after he got his degree.
But now, Austin told Cassy Athena's Thru The Lens that doctors gave him the green light 4 months ago to get back on the court ... and I.A. says he got very emotional when he got the news.
He never straight-up says his goal is to play in the NBA ... but it seems pretty obvious he wants a shot.
Congrats!

Kim Kardashian Here's What Her Day Looks Like Not for the Faint of Heart
Kim Kardashian is now charged with Superwoman tasks, which include putting her own emotional upset on hold, caring for her kids and giving a husband in crisis vital emotional support.
Here's an example of a day in the life over the last week and a half.
EARLY MORNING
Wake up her 11-month-old and 3-year-old and give them uninterrupted attention as she feeds, clothes and nurtures them. She organizes their day by getting them off to various appointments and activities.
LATE MORNING AND AFTERNOON
Kim beelines it for UCLA Medical Center where her attention becomes singular ... providing emotional and various other forms of support for Kanye. Kim comforts him, deals with a slew of doctors, nurses and other health care professionals, makes medical decisions and, just as important, tries to cheer Kanye up.
LATE AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING
Kim books it back home where she's there before the kids get home. She feeds them, spends time with them and tucks them into bed.
LATE EVENING
We're told she often then goes back to the hospital to spend more time with Kanye.
People close to the family tell us she hasn't cracked at all ... she's upbeat and strong with everyone, even in the face of a pretty crappy situation.
As we reported, doctors have not decided when Kanye can come home, so it's Groundhog Day for Kim until further notice.

Kanye West 'Nervous Breakdown' Pushed Over Edge by Anniversary of Mom's Funeral
Kanye West just snapped a week ago Monday in what we're told was a "nervous breakdown" ... triggered in large part by the anniversary of his mother's death.
Sources very close to Kanye tell TMZ ... he was increasingly becoming a powder keg of emotions in the weeks leading up to his hospitalization at the UCLA Medical Center ... fueled by what we're told was a shocking lack of sleep and the pressures of touring, running his businesses, parenting and providing emotional support to his wife who was suffering her own emotional trauma after the Paris robbery.
But our sources say the trigger for the breakdown was Donda's death back in November 2007. Her funeral was November 20 -- the same day he cancelled his show at the L.A. Forum. The following day -- November 21 -- Kanye cancelled the remainder of the tour and hours later suffered the breakdown.
People close to Kanye tell us he never effectively grieved over his mom's death and has always had a difficult time in November, but this time he reached the breaking point.
Kanye, we're told, has had trouble handling stress over the last few months, and in the week or so before the breakdown he started to unravel.
As we reported ... Kanye became paranoid when he was taken to UCLA ... refusing for a time to even let doctors touch him. He also ranted that people were trying to ruin his marriage.
Kanye was sedated and is being treated by doctors and mental health professionals. Doctors hoped to release him 2 days ago, but that didn't happen and so far ... no new release date.

'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' Production Temporarily Shut Down
"Keeping Up with the Kardashians" came to a screeching halt on October 3rd, when Kim was held up at gunpoint in Paris, and we've learned the cameras will not roll for the rest of the year ... possibly longer.
Sources connected with the production tell us producers have enough footage for the series commitment, but the plan was to film through the holidays, and that won't happen.
We're told Kanye's hospitalization has temporarily shut down production, but Kim has been in such bad shape since the robbery that there was no real hope of shooting anything through December.
Kim, we're told, has been "rethinking everything" ... our sources would not elaborate.
So the show will go on ... but no XMAS cheer, for sure.

Kim is still by his bedside ... which is where she has been almost nonstop for a week.
