Music mogul Clive Davis is back home and on the mend after spending the past week hospitalized ... TMZ has learned.
A rep for the legendary music executive -- who molded the careers of Whitney Houston, Aretha Franklin, Kelly Clarkson, and more -- tells TMZ ... Clive was discharged from the hospital on Thursday and is now recuperating at home.
We're told the 94-year-old is in good spirits and happy to be out of the hospital following his recent health scare.

The reality star announced his diagnosis in a vulnerable Instagram post in which he wished he had taken care of himself "better and sooner." He added, "As I’ve said before, if you have a health concern, don’t sit on it. Get yourself checked. There’s no valid reason not to. Not one."
He did not reveal what type of cancer he has and didn't divulge his treatment plans.

At this point, John is unable to walk and can't talk, and his health is on the decline. We're told one if his last conversations was with his daughter.

Sources connected with the fight tell TMZ that Ray J was “fully cleared” to fight following an “extensive medical evaluation process” overseen by both independent physicians and the athletic commission.
The source tells TMZ that Ray J submitted to an MRA, an MRI, a chest x-ray, an eye exam, an EKG, and a full physical exam. The test results were submitted to the athletic commission, where the commission doctor separately reviewed the findings and cleared Ray J.

Sources close to Ray J tell TMZ he decided to go to the hospital two hours after the event on Saturday.
The source tells TMZ Ray has been in the hospital for two days as the doctors continue to run tests to figure out what is wrong.
We're told the medical team is investigating whether Ray had a concussion, and he is also experiencing issues with his heart beating slower.
As TMZ previously reported, Ray J has been experiencing health issues since before the fight. The entertainer was hospitalized earlier this year for heart issues and pneumonia.
