A "Glee" Christmas episode failed to deliver any joy for a woman who claims she got screwed by the crew ... laying cable all over a mall.

Yolanda Rosario says she was at the Burbank Town Center mall last Nov., where a 20th Century Fox crew was setting up to film a scene ... which apparently required stretching electrical cables over a walkway open to civilian mall goers.

In a lawsuit, Rosario says she tripped over some of the cables and fell ... breaking and arm and a rib.
She's suing Fox and the company that owns the mall ... for unspecified damages and medical bills.

Cuba Gooding Jr. flashed his American spirit right along with his ass crack ... during Labor Day weekend.

Cuba sported a Paul Revere hat and stars and stripes board shorts while showing off the dark side of the moon on the beach in Malibu

Though he's reportedly dating Jennifer Lawrence and she's reportedly dating "Glee" producer Brad Falchuk ... formerly coupled duo Chris Martin and Gwyneth Paltrow were spotted together Saturday.

Chris Brown is locked up for Easter -- but he'll still get to enjoy a delicious holiday meal ... courtesy of the Virginia justice system.

TMZ spoke with the Northern Neck Regional Jail -- where Chris is being held until his Washington D.C. assault trial begins on Monday -- and it sounds like he'll be having a mostly traditional holiday:

-- Turkey Ham (no pork out of respect for Islamic inmates)

-- Cabbage
-- Bread Pudding
-- Cookies

We're told bible study and ministers will be available for anyone who wants that kinda thing. Unclear if Chris will partake -- but a little prayer couldn't hurt before the trial.

Michelle Obama and the extremely rich collided in the air Friday ... when the Aspen Airport apparently shut down for an hour to facilitate a fun-filled ski weekend for Michelle and her kids.

The First Lady flew in late yesterday to the ridiculously in-your-face show of wealth on the tarmac. According to the New York Post, the airport was shut down for security reasons and some private jet setters were just PISSED.

It's one of the most congested weekends of the year at the Aspen Airport ... several hundred jets descend on the ski city for the long President's Day weekend.

And speaking of presidents ... the current one was not there. He went to Cali to deal with the drought.
