Multiple people close to the couple tell us the former "Malcolm in the Middle" star and Elycia Turnbow spent a romantic evening at the Martini Ranch bar in Scottsdale on Saturday night and seemed “completely carefree.”

The romance continued just a few days later -- when Frankie organized a special Valentine's Day dinner for the couple ... and even sent out a tweet that read, "The table's all set for Valentine's Day dinner … I love @elyciamarie”

As TMZ first reported, cops responded to a domestic incident at Frankie's home on Friday night -- with Elycia telling police Frankie attacked her and then held a gun to his own head.

A rep from Guinness was on hand to watch the event -- operated by a dating website called AnastasiaDate.com -- and verified the feat as a new world record.

Hopefully nobody had mono.

TMZ obtained the text message Kacey sent Charlie yesterday afternoon (see above). After dropping the bomb -- which must've floored Charlie -- Kacey continued, "I don't believe it's yours, but I'm going to Oregon to take care of the situation."

As for why Kacey thinks Charlie is in the clear ... he used protection, but Kacey says both of them were so out of it she's not sure if it did the trick.

We're told 4 other women were at Sheen's home when Jordan showed up -- and Sheen's shirt was stained with wine.

We're told Jordan left Sheen's home on Wednesday afternoon -- but Charlie was "still partying" as she walked out the door.

As TMZ first reported, Sheen was hospitalized early this morning with "severe abdominal pains."
