For once, Jon didn't use his kids to make bank.

The 34-year-old showed off her camera-ready new 'do while out and about in Pennsylvania this weekend.

Kate's gonna weave that man right out of her hair.

TMZ has learned Hailey Glassman filed a harassment complaint against Jon on December 20 for allegedly pushing her against a wall inside his Manhattan apartment -- this according to the NYPD.

Jon's rep only gave one word in response: "FALSE."

As TMZ reported, Hailey Glassman moved her stuff out of Jon's pad last Wednesday.

TLC & Bravo's finest met up at Tenjune Tuesday night, where America's favorite so-called "prostitution whore" confirmed she was "dancing" and "socializing" with Jon inside.

Per TLC's injunction, Gosselin wasn't talkin' when he left but apparently it wasn't a love connection -- Danielle insisted the 32-year-old is "too young" for her.

Sources tell TMZ Glassman -- accompanied by her attorney -- was questioned last night. As we first reported, the note that was left behind was signed with Glassman's name -- but that doesn't mean she has anything to do with the incident.

Our sources also say Jon is called a "cheater" in the note -- which was stuck to Jon's bedroom dresser with a knife -- but we're told there's no reference in the note to the destruction of Jon's apartment.

And there's this: Jon's lawyer said the NYPD fingerprinted the scene -- but Hailey used to live in the apartment with Jon, so her prints are gonna to be all over the place.

The damage to Jon Gosselin's apartment is far worse than we thought -- according to his attorney, a "butcher knife" wielding maniac sliced and diced the entire place into a million pieces.

Jon's attorney tells TMZ ... when Jon entered his Manhattan apartment this afternoon, he found his "shoes, shirts, luggage, bed, curtain, rugs and other furnishings" had been slashed by a "sick perpetrator" -- and it doesn't stop there.

We're told Jon's television, CD player, coffee maker, a Nintendo Wii game, dishes, pots and pans were taken from his apartment. Jon's attorney also says a Ming vase, believed to be over 100 years old ... was "smashed to pieces."

As for the note that was left behind ... it was "speared" to Jon's bedroom dresser with a butcher knife.

As we first reported, law enforcement sources say Hailey Glassman's name was signed at the bottom of the note -- but that doesn't mean she had anything to do with it.

Jon's attorney says the NYPD fingerprinted and photographed the scene today ... and Jon wants felony charges brought against whoever is responsible.

TMZ has learned Jon Gosselin's apartment in New York City was 'ransacked' -- and the alleged culprit left a note behind with his ex girlfriend's name on it.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ when Jon returned to his pad today, his television was missing and some of his pillows had been sliced up.

Sources say a note was left behind with Hailey Glassman's name signed at the bottom -- but we're told someone else could have easily signed her name on it. The apartment is actually listed under both Gosselin and Glassman's name.

We're told Jon is filing a complaint with police.

UPDATE: Get this ... our sources say there was knife stuck through the note that was left behind -- and whoever wrote it called Jon a "cheater."

Hailey Glassman was spotted carting her stuff out of the Octopop's Upper West Side apartment in New York City Wednesday morning ... for good -- the final nail in the break up coffin.

The couple reportedly split back in October.

TMZ spoke to an employee at Auto Exchange USA in Lancaster, PA, who told us Jon showed up at the car lot on Friday and wanted to trade his 2005 BMW M3 for a 2008 Subaru STI (pictured above) PLUS around $4,000 in cash.

We're told Jon's car wasn't worth nearly as much as he thought it was -- so he ended up leaving the lot without ever making a trade.

We've learned under the arbitrator's award, Jon must make huge child support payments -- we're told 5 figures a month. And here's the problem. TLC has now shut down Jon's ability to take outside jobs. The irony -- he did himself in.

We've also learned Jon was charged every penny of the $235,000 that he withdrew from their joint account. That amount was deducted from his piece of the settlement.

As for Jon's claim that Kate should be docked for money she withdrew ... we've learned Jon struck out. The arbitrator determined every penny she withdrew was for the benefit of the kids.

Under the terms of the divorce decree, Kate has primary custody and Jon gets visitation -- both Jon and Kate agreed to that in advance. And, they agreed, neither party would get spousal support.

Score a big one for Mark Momjian, Kate's lawyer.

Judge Arthur Tilson has signed the final papers, making Jon and Kate officially single.

Mark Momjian, Kate's lawyer, tells TMZ, under the agreement, "Our client will continue to reside with all eight of her children in the former marital home."

As for Kate, she says, "I am very relieved that our divorce has been finalized, and I look forward to the New Year, focusing on our children." Kate calls the divorce "challenging," and says she will now focus on "restructuring our lives."

A rep for Jon tells us, "While the arbitration proceedings are still a work in progress, Jon and Kate will remain binded in their commitment to their eight wonderful children. Jon is confident that he and Kate will be able to move forward in a fashion that will be in the best interest of the Gosselin family."

As for who got what, Momjian simply says, "We are very pleased with the final outcome."

Judge Tilson inked the docs after the arbitrator came down with his ruling on how Jon and Kate's property will be divided.

The PA judge presiding over the Gosselins' divorce laid down the law today, prohibiting Jon from packing heat anywhere near the home he used to happily share with Kate "Bout not to be a Gosselin" Gosselin.

If only Jon had a silencer.

He's finally learning to shoot off something other than his mouth.

Sources say the final divorce decree is now "imminent." The specifics of the arbitrator's decision remain confidential.

A Maryland judge decided today that TLC's breach of contract case against Jon was strong enough to put a preliminary injunction in place -- which forces Jon to abide by TLC's rules ... or it's his ass. That means no more interviews or appearances without TLC's permission.

TLC honcho Edward Sabin testified against Jon today, saying his recent actions -- like hosting a pool party in Vegas, taking his girlfriend to France and talking to paps outside of his home -- have been "embarrassing."

A rep for TLC tells us, "The Court has validated our view that Mr. Gosselin has a valid, binding contract and that he has breached it repeatedly ... we look forward to the next phase of the litigation, which is to pursue our claim for damages resulting from Mr. Gosselin's numerous breaches."
