2:10 PM PT -- The domestic violence temporary restraining order was granted, and the next court hearing has been scheduled for June 9 in downtown Los Angeles.

Skai Jackson says the father of her baby is terrorizing her -- and has been for more than a year -- but an alleged Mother's Day assault was the last straw for her.

The former Disney Channel star filed for a restraining order in L.A. County Superior Court, and in the docs, she claims Deondre Burgin attacked her earlier this month, as she was holding their baby boy, 3-month-old Kasai, on Mother's Day.

According to the docs, Deondre grabbed Skai by her hair, slammed her head against a car window and punched her in the face.

Danity Kane singer Dawn Richard testified for the prosecution in the Diddy trial, if he didn't get his way, "People could go missing."

Prosecutors were clearly homing in on the racketeering charge against Diddy, as Richard was asked what she thought Diddy meant by that. Richard's reply ... "That people could die."

Richard was also called to buttress Cassie's testimony last week. Richard testified how she personally observed Diddy "drag her, and kick her, and punch her in the mouth."

Drake's hoping to garner some support for his pal Tory Lanez's release ... sharing a petition calling on California Governor Gavin Newsom to pardon him.

The rapper took to Instagram Friday night to share a change.org link with the caption "@torylanez come home soon" ... and, the link led to a petition calling on the governor to "Correct a Deep Injustice" and pardon Tory.

According to the petition, Tory's conviction wasn't supported by enough physical evidence ... and, they feel the justice system straight up railroaded the guy and landed him a 10-year sentence.

Diddy's federal trial kicked off earlier this week ... and, Cassie took the stand for several days of testimony -- reading dozens of text messages during proceedings.

Those texts -- which appeared across 162 pages of legal documents -- have now been entered as public evidence exhibits ... and, we've compiled some of the most shocking for you to peruse.

While many of the texts appear innocuous -- the two checking in on each other, saying they love or miss the other person, etc. -- some are more sordid ... with Cassie admitting there were "a lot of d***s, a lot of partying" at one particular gathering.

Diddy wants Dawn Richard's civil suit against him thrown out ... calling the allegations she's made against him totally false -- on the same day she took the witness stand against him in his criminal trial.

The rap mogul's legal team filed the documents Friday ... pointing out a series of reasons why Dawn's lawsuit shouldn't go any further -- statute of limitations, improper group pleads, and on and on.

It's mostly lawyer speak ... though Diddy's attorneys do say early on in the docs that she's essentially trying to ride the wave of negative press around Diddy to a payout -- writing Dawn "seeks to transform narratives of alleged injuries against others into a headline-grabbing sex trafficking conspiracy as to her."

Cassie Ventura is moving on from Diddy after her bombshell testimony in his federal sex trafficking trial this week ... and TMZ has learned she's now zeroed in on her family and preparing for the arrival of her little one with husband Alex Fine.

TMZ spoke with Cassie's lawyer Doug Wigdor, who tells us she views her several days on the witness stand as "the last chapter of her ordeal," adding ... "She’s focused on her husband and kids this weekend and getting ready to give birth in a few weeks."

As you know ... the singer is expecting her third child with her better half, who was in New York all week supporting her as she gave testimony and was cross-examined on the stand -- including when she confirmed she told Diddy she'd be "lost" without him despite dating Alex.

It's possible Chris Brown did not act alone in the alleged 2023 bottle smashing incident at a London nightclub ... 'cause a second man has been charged in connection to the alleged assault.

Rapper HoodyBaby -- real name Omololu Akinlolu -- is charged with grievous bodily harm with intent and is due to appear at Manchester Magistrates’ Court on Saturday, London's Metropolitan Police confirmed in a statement.

As we reported ... CB appeared at the same court Friday after being charged with one count of grievous bodily harm.

A judge ruled Chris would remain in police custody until his next court appearance ... which will be at London's Southwark Crown Court on June 13.

Cassie just revealed she's expecting to receive a roughly $10 million settlement from the InterContinental Hotel in Los Angeles ... the same hotel where surveillance cameras captured Diddy beating her in the hallway.

The singer testified about the settlement during questioning from Diddy's defense attorney Anna Estevao in the rap mogul's federal sex trafficking trial in NYC Friday.

Cassie said she was in talks with InterContinental Los Angeles Century City at Beverly Hills Hotel and agreed to the $10 million settlement at some point in the past month.
