Charlie Kirk Tyler Robinson's BF Claims He Said He Regretted Murder
Tyler Robinson said he regretted killing Charlie Kirk and cried over the controversial commentator's shocking death ... at least according to Robinson's romantic partner.
Prosecutors played video in court Thursday of an interview with Lance Twiggs -- who identified himself as both Robinson's roommate and boyfriend -- in which he discusses speaking to Tyler about Charlie's death.
Lance said in the interview that he asked Tyler if texts he sent the previous day -- in which he allegedly confessed to the murder -- were true ... and he says Tyler told him they were.
He says Tyler began to cry ... and told him he wished he hadn't killed Kirk. Worth noting, Robinson has not yet entered a plea in the case.

Leviev family attorney Guy Ophir tells TMZ ... both sides reached a settlement and presented it to the Israeli court for approval.
We're told the settlement contains two significant provisions.
First, the man dubbed the "Tinder Swinder" in the Netflix doc, Shimon Hayut, denies allegations that he impersonated the family, but promises never to represent that he's connected to the Leviev family or their various companies going forward.
Secondly, Hayut cannot seek reimbursement of legal costs or attorney fees.

Stefon Diggs’ male sexual assault accuser claims he turned over more than a hundred pages of text messages and other communications with the NFL star to back up his claims in court ... TMZ has learned.
In court docs, Stefon’s accuser, Christopher Griffith, claims he produced over 100 pages of communications -- including texts on iMessage and Instagram -- between himself and Diggs.
Stefon had claimed Christopher had failed to turn over Instagram messages ... but Christopher said Stefon has those messages himself. Stefon claims Christopher blocked him on Instagram and he can’t see their old messages anymore ... so he asked the judge to order Christopher to hand them over.
As TMZ previously reported, Stefon sued Christopher for defamation, claiming the man was spreading lies about him. Christopher countersued, claiming he was drugged and sexually assaulted at Stefon’s home, which the NFL star denies ever happened.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, the exes reached an agreement, and Charlie will shell out $500,000 to Brooke to settle the issue. He will pay her $250,000 on or before this Friday, with the second half due on or before September 1. The Sun broke the story.
The half-a-mil will cover child support arrangements and interest from March 2011 through July 2026. The agreement also states that, starting on July 1, each parent will be financially responsible for the kids while in their custody.

New court documents, obtained by TMZ, reveal the OnlyFans model wants to introduce a string of text messages backing up her claims she endured repeated abuse before fatally stabbing Obumseli in their Miami high-rise apartment in 2022.
According to the filing, one exchange came after Clenney claimed Obumseli punched her in the face in April 2021. Her attorneys say she immediately fired off a text accusing him of hitting her "in my face as hard as you could" ... while Obumseli allegedly brushed it off, responding he was only trying to move her hand and "really didn't mean to."
Clenney argues the messages show a pattern of him minimizing what allegedly happened.

Three more people have been charged in connection with alleged damage to the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool, according to newly filed court documents.
Prosecutors charged Sophie Dennison-Gibby, Justin Carreno, and Cameron Thiers with misdemeanor destruction of property involving less than $1K in damage, according to The New York Times.
The charges stem from a June 20 incident in which Officers say the three were seen removing pieces of the pool's blue liner.

Tyler Robinson sat for this third day of a preliminary hearing Wednesday ... when prosecutors showed previously unseen video of him turning himself in to law enforcement on September 11, 2025 ... after a massive manhunt.
In the footage, Robinson is wearing a maroon t-shirt and a dark-colored hat as he stands in an office at a Utah police station.
The court was told Robinson was arrested after authorities questioned both him and his parents.
He's since been charged with aggravated murder -- and prosecutors have said they intend to seek the death penalty if he's convicted.

Newly filed court records show he's facing one felony and two misdemeanor counts.
