Ray J's always lived large ... but now American Express is going after him in court, claiming the singer owes the company tens of thousands of dollars.

AmEx is suing Ray J for breach of contract and asking a judge to award the company $78,704.56 ... claiming he didn't pay back the balance on a credit card.

American Express is also suing Rajun Cajun Inc. ... a business allegedly connected to Ray J -- though it's unclear how. Sources close to Ray J tell TMZ ... he plans to pay off the debt.

Mickey Rourke is seeing red after being evicted from his Los Angeles apartment ... as in, he's sporting some red hair.

The famed actor was leaving Mulberry pizza in a purple cowboy shirt and jeans when photogs snapped him and his new hairdo.

The new look comes on the heels of a judge issuing a default eviction ruling in favor of Mickey's landlord.

Mickey's been living in a hotel with his dog and he's long since vacated the apartment he's been evicted from. He told us he stopped paying rent because the place had a rodent problem, among other issues.

Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kelli Ferrell is back in court with her ex-husband, Mark Ferrell, TMZ has learned.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Kelli, who has primary custody of their three kids, claimed Mark is not up to date on his $3,991 per month in child support. 

Kelli claimed Mark failed to pay for January and February for a total of $7,982. The reality star said her ex had the ability to pay but willfully did not, “placing undue hardship on the minor children.” 

Mark has yet to respond to the case. 

A jury has reached its decision in the lawsuit against Ye -- the rapper formerly known as Kanye West ... and they sided with his former employee.

Ye has been ordered to pay $140k for medical expenses and lost wages to Tony Saxton, much lower than the $1.7M he was asking for.

Tony sued Ye for more than $1 million for alleged unpaid wages, and accused Ye of subjecting him to unsafe working conditions and wrongful termination.

"Pawn Stars" star Rick Harrison wants the back-and-forth with his son Corey over medical bills handled privately ... not in the media.

Rick tells TMZ ... "Corey and I will work this out by talking to each other and not the media."

He continues ... "We appreciate everyone's support and concern but feel it is in the best interest of all to concentrate on Corey's recovery at this time."

The singer dished all on the show's misleading prize claims when "The Traitors" S4 winner Rob Rausch revealed on her talk show he still hadn't received his prize money -- saying she totally relates ... 'cause she's still waiting on the car she was promised.

Kelly explained the show loved bragging the winner would walk away with $1 million -- but according to her, that wasn’t the reality ... claiming the "million" actually meant $1M worth of investment in you -- which in her case was a recording contract with RCA Records.

Gavin Newsom is having some fun at the expense of Pete Hegseth, slamming the Department of War Secretary for going on a $93 billion taxpayer-funded spending spree to buy pricey steaks, lobsters and crabs.

The California Governor, and likely 2028 Democratic presidential candidate, ripped Hegseth for his lavish spending habits during the last month of the fiscal year in September 2025, according to government watchdog Open the Books. The watchdog highlighted that Hegseth's bulk purchases were the largest of any federal agency since 2008.

As a result, Newsom's press office took a monster-size shot at Hegseth, writing in all caps on X Tuesday, “HEGSETH BLOWING $93 BILLION OF TAXPAYER DOLLARS IN 1 MONTH !!”

'Real Housewives of Atlanta' star Kandi Burruss and her estranged husband, Todd Tucker’s business was ordered to cough up $140,000 to their former landlord based on a settlement they reached over the debt ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, the former couple’s company, Burruss Tucker Restaurant Group, settled claims over the lease and agreed to pay the landlord $140,509.10 for rent and remediation costs for their restaurant, Blaze Steak & Seafood.

Kandi and Todd’s business had been battling the landlord in court for over a year. The landlord initially claimed Burruss Tucker owed over $200k in back rent and repairs.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, D'Wayne’s daughter, Ilahn Wiggins, claimed the late singer-songwriter and guitarist left behind an estate worth around $700K after his death last year.

Ilahn said she has 2 brothers, and her dad got married to a new wife named Dori Wiggins months before D'Wayne's death.

Rick Harrison is pushing back at claims made by his son Corey about his six-figure medical bills following Corey's motorcycle accident and complications that followed ... saying he covered the bills and Corey isn't in debt to him.

The "Pawn Stars" star tells TMZ ... "As far as I know, I paid all of Corey's medical bills long before he put the GoFundMe out. He is a grown man in his 40's and is responsible for how he handles his finances."

As we reported ... a GoFundMe was launched to help Corey cover outstanding medical bills, rent, medications and therapy -- and to pay back money he said he borrowed from Rick and friends who helped foot the hospital costs.
